Food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's... hygiene is way below par. Absolutely filthy everywhere, and no one seems to be cleaning up. Around 7 p.m., so I think the worst of the crowds are over.

Ordered only m Nuggets and a sauce. Had to go so asked about my order. The manager didn't even check. He stood in front of the balie like a jerk. And said no one can cut in. Turned out my order was returned without even calling for it. Mr. Jerk could have checked my number. But no being rude had priority. System is also stupid. Working with table numbers without knowing where someone is sitting. Or is it even a floor higher. Just put every number that's ready on the bord. Is it that had? Creating work for people...for no reason...

Takes an unnecessarily long time for fast food

I came here from Mariahoeve. The atmosphere felt better and it was accessible. I could go in freely. I doubt it's in my own neighborhood. I won't go there anytime soon. I will here, but I think I'll go more often.

Sometimes it gets so crowded that there are more people eating than there are seats. Yet, every time I see this, the dining area on the first floor is closed. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine, aside from the crowds.

McDonald's is really my favorite fast food chain, but the food is of course a bit unhealthy.

When I finally got through to someone, I was always given a different story. It felt like no one at the company really knew what was going on. ⏰ Deadlines and quality The agreed-upon delivery date was postponed several times without clear explanation. When the project was finally delivered, the product turned out to be full of bugs. Features that were supposed to be "included as standard" according to the quote didn't work or were half-implemented. When I raised this issue, I was referred to as "unforeseen circumstances" or "technical limitations"—excuses that seemed to be becoming a regular occurrence. 💰 Price and Transparency Another major disappointment was the lack of clarity regarding the costs. New amounts were constantly being added under the guise of "extra work" or "scope adjustments." These extras were never discussed beforehand, and as a client, I felt pressured to agree each time, fearing the project would grind to a halt. Ultimately, I paid much more than originally agreed upon for a result that was barely usable. 🧠 Technical Knowledge (or Lack Thereof) Although the company presents itself as an expert in its field, I strongly felt there was a significant internal lack of knowledge. Issues that should have been simple for experienced developers were constantly being pushed to "the next update" or "a later phase." There was no clear quality control, and it seemed as if they were primarily focused on delivering something as quickly as possible, rather than something good. 📞 Customer Service and Aftercare After delivery, the service was downright disappointing. As soon as the invoices were paid, it suddenly became much more difficult to reach anyone. Tickets remained open for weeks, and if I did receive a response, it was usually a standard answer with no real solution. It was even repeatedly suggested that the errors were "on our end," when they were undeniably caused by their own system. ⚙️ Overall Impression What bothered me most was the complete disinterest in customer satisfaction. There was no accountability or willingness to correct mistakes. Every conversation ultimately resulted in defensiveness, not solutions. 🚫 Conclusion Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. The experience cost me a lot of time, money, and energy, without any decent results in return. What started as a promising collaboration ended in disappointment and frustration. If you're looking for a reliable tech partner who keeps their promises, delivers quality, and takes their customers seriously, I'd honestly say: look elsewhere.

It's still a fantastic concept. It's also amazing how the staff handles so many rude and idiotic people. I wouldn't have the patience.

Reviewing a McDonald's is like judging a blade of grass in a meadow. The food is the same as anywhere else. But don't come around dinnertime. Because the service plummets with too many people. Crowd management just isn't their thing, which is odd considering the location.

A deposit cup is placed on a paper cup. This defeats the purpose of McDonald's' deposit cup. Furthermore, after initially being ignored by staff, I received my euro back in cash. They don't accept card refunds. No more deposit cups for me at this McDonald's location.

Truly the worst Mac ever... never any ice cream in the evening. The manager just shuts down the machine over an hour beforehand. Always a 30-45 minute wait. And then you have to wait to see if your order is correct.

Good service, your food is brought to your table. Friendly staff is ready to assist you.

Like any other McDonald's, although busier..

Had to walk back three times because our order wasn't complete. The first time, we were missing all the fries, drinks, and sauces. We did get drinks afterward. The staff serving them (girls) were busy with themselves and their friends. Really poor service for such a busy location. Had to wait almost half an hour. And the trash cans were overflowing and lying on the floor.

Service is extremely slow for a QSR

Way too expensive, and the portions are getting smaller and paler. Maybe not here, but you still need to be able to speak English, because there aren't any Dutch people working there. And if they do work there, they're more likely to be giggling... so I won't be going to any fast food places like that anymore.

The food (ice cream) was delicious. But I find it uncool to pay another €1 for the toilet.

Located inside the mall. Table service, but tables were not clean. Asked member of the staff of she could perhaps clean the table, she decided to just leave, another staff member was far more helpful and cleaned the table straight away. There is a parking lot directly next to the restaurant. Other than that it's like any other MCD.

28 Jul 25. Experience from earlier time was slightly better. The food delivery time was slightly improved.

€4.25 + €0.15 plastic surcharge for McFlurry paper packaging, and you get half a pint of ice cream. According to the employee, it's protocol, and she's definitely going to add more ice cream... Don't buy ice cream here!!!!

They brought the wrong order twice.

Trays are used to press garbage, I think that's why trays are so sticky. And if you report it, there is no sorry but just a "Yes, they are just being cleaned" furthermore, if you order at the table, they stand next to your table shouting if this is your order. And the reusable cups... they are really sooo dirty, not normal.

Waitress was very rude and was yelling at us. The trays are used to push the garbage cans if you say something about this the employees get angry.

Unfortunately I have to change this review after a while as there has been a lot of deterioration since my original review. The food takes a long time to get, which is normally not a problem but in this case it is as the quality of the food you get is minimal. At one point it got to the point where there was dust between my fries and chicken nuggets. I had ordered a chicken 9 menu at the purchase screen (So the human factor of taking over the order is immediately out the window, so little can go wrong you would think), and then waited a reasonable amount of time until my order was ready. I had gone there with a friend for lunch and therefore sat at one of the tables after I had picked up the order at the cash register (We had accidentally chosen to take away instead of eating here). There was little wrong with my friend's order. However, when I opened my order I noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing. No problem of course so I walked to the cash register to ask for the chicken nuggets. I got this in my hands within 15 seconds (so I immediately wonder how an order could have taken so long in the first place). I then went back to sit at the table with that friend (upstairs next to the stairs) after which I opened my chicken nuggets container and to my surprise found dust or some kind of gray fluff-like entity between my nuggets. At this point I was already irritated but also thought it was a waste of time to have to walk back. So I skipped my container of chicken nuggets and started on the fries which (to my surprise) felt a bit soggy, I am not normally used to this from a McDonald's restaurant. Around the middle of the container I found even more of those fluffs. I then stopped eating out of disgust and we left the location without eating it all. This situation has been going on for a while now (6-8 months) and since then I have heard from others that the quality of the food is very low, it tastes weird or old and the staff looks like a bunch of zombies in The Walking Dead. As far as I know no one has seen the fluff so they probably fixed that problem, at least that is my hope. All in all I hope you either A. improve the quality/standard, B. hire a new team or C. close the location in general. If there are any changes or measures taken please let me know when I can come back for a potential change to this review. I hope you can take these steps.

Placed an order to take away on Sunday May 4 at 8:13 PM: 2 hamburgers, 2 cheeseburgers, small wrap, large wrap, chicken nuggets 9 and large fries (8 items!) Order number 2781 disappears from the monitor after 25 minutes, I have not received anything yet. I inquire: "Coming, sir". Meanwhile, the supply container is becoming fuller and fuller. Only after I get angry do I get my food. I ask the employee: "Is it warm, because that supply container has been full for a long time?" "Of course sir, everything is freshly prepared" is the answer. Came home full of adrenaline. And yes, everything was cold and the order was incomplete (medium fries instead of large fries). It takes 35 to 40 minutes to deliver 8 items and even then the order is cold and incomplete. Ray Kroc is turning in his grave.....

Just about everything that can go wrong does go wrong here

Ate in the restaurant. However, order was not complete, 2 items were forgotten. Had to go back several times which was a shame. The employee who helped us was very helpful and easy to approach.

We thought we would have a nice lunch at McDonald's for lunch. I had a terrible stomach ache for the rest of the day and am now as sick as anything. thus food poisoning.

Just disgusting! The employee unpacked and repacked our burgers very often and therefore touched them very often! We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food and after we asked several times, we only ever responded briefly with a "yes, it's coming soon"... but they still didn't take care of it. The ice cream (also from other orders) just sat there for minutes and melted away. Also, at least half of our order was forgotten! In the end we canceled our order and would definitely not come back!

Worst and dirtiest mac I have ever eaten

On a class-free day. Was here on a weekday Tuesday. It was quite quiet there. Order placed at the cash register. Just wait and it will be delivered soon.

Location and branch in themselves not bad. Delivering a complete and correct order requires improvement.

Sometimes you don't get enough help

Today I went to the center of Westveld and ate at McDonald's in the afternoon with my children and we each had food poisoning. It was given cold burgers and chicken nuggets. I think the employee is late with orders and service

McDonald's Overpriced and assembly line food

Despite huge crowds almost all day long, they are quick with orders, in terms of swear and crowds I am not that fond of this branch, but in terms of speed in general

Big MacDonald lots of seating. Waiting time is a bit longer because it is extremely busy. Food was okay as you would expect from Mac. Free parking.

The food and drinks were not good. The toilet looked like a war had broken out. The tables and chairs were not taken away. Lots of MC Donalds packaging everywhere. They should just close the place if they can't maintain it. This is how you scare the customers away. Bahhhhh terrible, the employees should be deeply ashamed. They get a big zero from me. Service is worth nothing at all

We have really liked this McDonalds so far, we have eaten there a few times now and our food is always available quickly, as you would expect in a fast food restaurant. Fortunately, the service level has now returned to normal after a longer period of disappointment. You can sit downstairs and upstairs. They have no seating outside. Even on busy days they manage to keep it reasonably clean. What is something to take into account if you want to eat indoors on a hot day, they do not have air conditioning. After a few warm days it is certainly beyond oppressive. In winter it is wise to sit upstairs or far away from the doors to avoid drafts and cold from the doorway.

Can I also give minus 1 star Congratulations, it couldn't be worse on all fronts. Never again.
