I specifically ask for no pickles, because I can have a severe allergic reaction to them. That isn't something I dislike, but something that could get me into serious trouble. There was even a note on the sandwich saying: NO PICKLES. Yet, they were there anyway. Fortunately, I checked the sandwich myself before taking a bite. Otherwise, this could have ended very differently. The sandwich went straight into the trash. A waste of money and food. But seriously: haven't you sandwich makers had a reading course? There was literally a note on it. How can such an important instruction still be ignored? With an allergy, this is no small mistake. When I saw the pickles, my first thought was: do you want to kill me? Of course, that is probably not the intention, but this type of mistake can have life-threatening consequences for someone with a severe allergy. Fortunately, I discovered it in time. Next time, I expect an allergy notification to actually be taken seriously.

What I experienced today is unlike anything I have ever experienced; customer friendliness is nowhere to be found here. And specifically, a woman who apparently doesn't choose her words and acted as if I were begging her. And when I asked if I could speak to the manager, I wasn't taken seriously at all. I filed a complaint with the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). Since the hygiene and food were undoubtedly not okay, I took lots of photos of this. Ugh, ugh, ugh. I understand it's a fast food chain, but this is not the way to do things.

I went to McDonald's with a friend, and the service was really terrible. I had ordered two Happy Meals with extra sauce; she had ketchup and I had fries sauce, but they weren't included! So we had to go all the way back, otherwise we would have bought it for nothing. We had bought a Happy Meal with a toy, but it doesn't exactly make me "happy," because we got a booklet instead. We told the employee about it and she said they were out of stock, even though there was a lady behind the counter with two toys. We went home very disappointed. I would rather not come back here again.

Nice location. It feels modern and bright. Keep in mind that it can feel overwhelmingly busy. Ordering is easy. Waiting can be quite challenging. Sometimes it takes longer than you’d expect. And every now and then, something is missing. It happens. People make mistakes. The team is doing their best. You can see and feel the pressure. This place never slows down. When it’s good, it’s really good. Fresh fries. Warm burgers and other snacks. That familiar McDonald’s comfort fast food. This McDonald’s isn’t bad. It just feels overwhelmed at times. Come here when it’s quieter. That’s when it shines!

Agreements were made that were later not met, deadlines that turned out to be "only indicative," and emails that often went unanswered for days—sometimes even weeks. When I finally got through to someone, I was always given a different story. It felt like no one at the company really knew what was going on. ⏰ Deadlines and quality The agreed-upon delivery date was postponed several times without clear explanation. When the project was finally delivered, the product turned out to be full of bugs. Features that were supposed to be "included as standard" according to the quote didn't work or were half-implemented. When I raised this issue, I was referred to as "unforeseen circumstances" or "technical limitations"—excuses that seemed to be becoming a regular occurrence. 💰 Price and Transparency Another major disappointment was the lack of clarity regarding the costs. New amounts were constantly being added under the guise of "extra work" or "scope adjustments." These extras were never discussed beforehand, and as a client, I felt pressured to agree each time, fearing the project would grind to a halt. Ultimately, I paid much more than originally agreed upon for a result that was barely usable. 🧠 Technical Knowledge (or Lack Thereof) Although the company presents itself as an expert in its field, I strongly felt there was a significant internal lack of knowledge. Issues that should have been simple for experienced developers were constantly being pushed to "the next update" or "a later phase." There was no clear quality control, and it seemed as if they were primarily focused on delivering something as quickly as possible, rather than something good. 📞 Customer Service and Aftercare After delivery, the service was downright disappointing. As soon as the invoices were paid, it suddenly became much more difficult to reach anyone. Tickets remained open for weeks, and if I did receive a response, it was usually a standard answer with no real solution. It was even repeatedly suggested that the errors were "on our end," when they were undeniably caused by their own system. ⚙️ Overall Impression What bothered me most was the complete disinterest in customer satisfaction. There was no accountability or willingness to correct mistakes. Every conversation ultimately resulted in defensiveness, not solutions. 🚫 Conclusion Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. The experience cost me a lot of time, money, and energy, without any decent results in return. What started as a promising collaboration ended in disappointment and frustration. If you're looking for a reliable tech partner who keeps their promises, delivers quality, and takes their customers seriously, I'd honestly say: look elsewhere.

Trays are used to press garbage, I think that's why trays are so sticky. And if you report it, there is no sorry but just a "Yes, they are just being cleaned" furthermore, if you order at the table, they stand next to your table shouting if this is your order. Unfortunately I have to change this review after a while as there has been a lot of deterioration since my original review. The food takes a long time to get, which is normally not a problem but in this case it is as the quality of the food you get is minimal. At one point it got to the point where there was dust between my fries and chicken nuggets. I had ordered a chicken 9 menu at the purchase screen (So the human factor of taking over the order is immediately out the window, so little can go wrong you would think), and then waited a reasonable amount of time until my order was ready. I had gone there with a friend for lunch and therefore sat at one of the tables after I had picked up the order at the cash register (We had accidentally chosen to take away instead of eating here). There was little wrong with my friend's order. However, when I opened my order I noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing. No problem of course so I walked to the cash register to ask for the chicken nuggets. I got this in my hands within 15 seconds (so I immediately wonder how an order could have taken so long in the first place). I then went back to sit at the table with that friend (upstairs next to the stairs) after which I opened my chicken nuggets container and to my surprise found dust or some kind of gray fluff-like entity between my nuggets. At this point I was already irritated but also thought it was a waste of time to have to walk back. So I skipped my container of chicken nuggets and started on the fries which (to my surprise) felt a bit soggy, I am not normally used to this from a McDonald's restaurant. Around the middle of the container I found even more of those fluffs. I then stopped eating out of disgust and we left the location without eating it all. This situation has been going on for a while now (6-8 months) and since then I have heard from others that the quality of the food is very low, it tastes weird or old and the staff looks like a bunch of zombies in The Walking Dead. As far as I know no one has seen the fluff so they probably fixed that problem, at least that is my hope. All in all I hope you either A. improve the quality/standard, B. hire a new team or C. close the location in general. If there are any changes or measures taken please let me know when I can come back for a potential change to this review. I hope you can take these steps.

Placed an order to take away on Sunday May 4 at 8:13 PM: 2 hamburgers, 2 cheeseburgers, small wrap, large wrap, chicken nuggets 9 and large fries (8 items!) Order number 2781 disappears from the monitor after 25 minutes, I have not received anything yet. I inquire: "Coming, sir". Meanwhile, the supply container is becoming fuller and fuller. Only after I get angry do I get my food. I ask the employee: "Is it warm, because that supply container has been full for a long time?" "Of course sir, everything is freshly prepared" is the answer. Came home full of adrenaline. And yes, everything was cold and the order was incomplete (medium fries instead of large fries). It takes 35 to 40 minutes to deliver 8 items and even then the order is cold and incomplete. Ray Kroc is turning in his grave.....

Just disgusting! The employee unpacked and repacked our burgers very often and therefore touched them very often! We had to wait about 30 minutes for our food and after we asked several times, we only ever responded briefly with a "yes, it's coming soon"... but they still didn't take care of it. The ice cream (also from other orders) just sat there for minutes and melted away. Also, at least half of our order was forgotten! In the end we canceled our order and would definitely not come back!

Got two burgers tonight, they really weren't good. Way too much sauce and the burgers were really mega greasy… Definitely not recommended. We didn't end up eating the burgers either.

The food was terrible. They block you after a bad review on Facebook, so we're doing it again here. We ordered three times, and once they forgot to deliver half of it. We could have driven there ourselves because they didn't answer. Last time, we ordered for a huge amount, and everything was just old, dry, and disgusting. We'll never order from here again!
