There is no option for vegans. They probably don't know what filet o fish is. It isn't even on the menu. Very unfortunate. The location did look clean, though.

It remains terrible. They are supposed to announce which song is finished. But there is too much noise and music playing as well. The display board wasn't working or they weren't using it properly. There is always something at this location.

To share good moments with the family... nice place

A bad experience. Ordered 2 milkshakes, only to take one: Vanilla and one Banana. The cups don't show what's in each, so checking isn't possible. When we got home, it turned out we received two bananas. The TV monitor doesn't show whether your order is being prepared or is ready. And when leaving, you have to ask for a tray to take the cups home in yourself. And providing a napkin is completely too much trouble for them. In short, a very bad McDonald's. Not worth repeating and strongly advised against.

What a terrible place. First of all, you have to get takeout because it always goes wrong. Secondly, it's always such a mess. Every time I get takeout, something is wrong. Last time we were missing this, then that, and now I had a Bic Mac without the top bun and cheese, half a Bic Mac. Come on, surely you can make a Bic Mac, man? And we also had a half-filled wrap that was inedible, really not normal. For the price you pay, you expect decent food.

We thought we were ordering tasty ice creams. A bit of a shock regarding the price, but oh well, we had already promised the kids. 4.75 for a McFlurry. Phew. And then the order arrives at the table and you look in the cups... they're only half full. McFlurry Oreo with chocolate sauce turned into an Oreo caramel sauce. Luckily we liked that, but we took the cup with the least ice cream to the counter, and the gentleman just thinks it's perfectly normal. Never again this McDonald's for us. What terrible service, and for that much money you're supposed to expect something in your cup, right?! Rubbish place!

⭐ 1-star review Very disappointing experience. My burger was served without the top bun, which made the whole thing messy and poorly presented. The chicken was basically just sitting on the bottom bun with lettuce everywhere. For a McDonald’s burger, I expect at least the basic components to be there and the food to be assembled properly. This looked rushed and careless, and it was honestly unpleasant to eat. Not acceptable for the 8 euro price.

I was disappointed that the doors didn't open. I also miss the apricot jam with the croissants. That was really my go-to snack.

On August 4, 2026, at 18:25, I ordered a Value Menu with fries for takeout. The order sat waiting on the counter for 5 minutes before it was called over. It was 27 degrees outside. Within 5 minutes, I was at the shop and went to open the bag. The fries were missing. The burger was cold. I dialed the phone number on the receipt, but unfortunately, there was no answer. My advice: check the order before you leave.

It's just not right. Things go wrong every time, and when I file a complaint, I get no response. How do you take your customers seriously?

Fast service and a consistent, familiar taste. Fine for a quick bite, but the prices have become a bit high compared to the portion size and quality.

Super dirty places are not being cleaned normally at school.

Bad service! We asked the man to clean the table because it was very dirty, but he refused to do so. In the end, we couldn't eat; he was very ill-mannered.

Good service, just a shame that they leave the trash on the table and the trash cans aren't emptied regularly either; the trash just fell out of the bin. Otherwise, plenty of parking space.

Forgot to hand over half of the order themselves and then talk back when you bring it up.

Quite a lot of money for little food

Unfortunately, my friend and I had a very negative experience. The manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely unfriendly in the way he treated us. We did not feel welcome and found his attitude very unprofessional. Good customer service starts with respect for your guests, but unfortunately, we did not experience that here. I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. I advise others to think carefully before dining here and perhaps choose another restaurant where hospitality and customer friendliness are a priority. He was Indian.

I was disappointed with the hygiene. Otherwise, it is a standard McDonald's.

The Indian manager insulted us and was rude to me and my 5-year-old child, and he looked at us angrily the whole time and we felt uncomfortable. I hope this message gets him fired.

Worst place ever. I am heavily pregnant and order a burger without bacon. I go to the counter because I am allergic to bacon. The manager (male figure) gets into an argument and refuses to give us a new burger. Says we have to order and pay again. Says we are in the wrong. Throws our burger away and then acts as if we never received a burger. Never coming back. The manager is super racist and has no compassion for others. Blames others for their mistakes. Most ridiculous place ever!!

Good McDonald's, great service and of course the well-known range

I ordered 2 Happy Meals; the first one was great in terms of temperature, but the other was lukewarm. If you try to speak to someone at the counter, they just look at you and go do other things!! With the 2nd Happy Meal, there were even hairs on the fries!!! And no, not my child's!! 🤮 I threw it away and left; very disappointing!!

The food is okay, well, it is a McDonald's. If you're hungry it's bearable, but it's no feast.

The wait times at this McDonald's are ridiculously long! This is already the umpteenth time we have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for just one ice cream or drink. That is simply unacceptable. I will be skipping this McDonald's next time.

I specifically ask for no pickles, because I can have a severe allergic reaction to them. That isn't something I dislike, but something that could get me into serious trouble. There was even a note on the sandwich saying: NO PICKLES. Yet, they were there anyway. Fortunately, I checked the sandwich myself before taking a bite. Otherwise, this could have ended very differently. The sandwich went straight into the trash. A waste of money and food. But seriously: haven't you sandwich makers had a reading course? There was literally a note on it. How can such an important instruction still be ignored? With an allergy, this is no small mistake. When I saw the pickles, my first thought was: do you want to kill me? Of course, that is probably not the intention, but this type of mistake can have life-threatening consequences for someone with a severe allergy. Fortunately, I discovered it in time. Next time, I expect an allergy notification to actually be taken seriously.

Making mistakes with the order, disappointing the kids, and then being rude! The game hasn't been working for a while. Surely that wouldn't matter. That is how the place is run here.

It was always poor in the past regarding quality and service. So huge praise to the new manager. You notice a huge difference there in quality, service, and the atmosphere among the staff. Finally, a well-oiled machine instead of a disorganized mess.

Shouting at customers, no interest at the checkout. Food undercooked and cheese without sauce. They shouted out the wrong numbers at the checkout, a woman then separated from the fries that were warm, everything was dramatic and I immediately felt nauseous from the food. So, not recommended.

I visit McDonald's regularly and often enough they forget parts of the order; today was no exception. We were also harassed by a group of youths between 17 and 20, and nothing was done about that either.

What I experienced today is unlike anything I have ever experienced; customer friendliness is nowhere to be found here. And specifically, a woman who apparently doesn't choose her words and acted as if I were begging her. And when I asked if I could speak to the manager, I wasn't taken seriously at all. I filed a complaint with the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). Since the hygiene and food were undoubtedly not okay, I took lots of photos of this. Ugh, ugh, ugh. I understand it's a fast food chain, but this is not the way to do things.

Fast and hot service, no regrets.

This Mac donalds sucks. One time it took 45 minutes for them to serve my frappe while it was sitting out ready. When i wanted to ask where my frappe is the lady shoo'd me off and didn't let me ask my question. I went back and gave them a second chance. I ordered just an iced tea. It took 30 mins and the ice was 100% melted

Manager instantly marks the orders as completed when they come in and then you have to stand there for up to an hour waiting for your food with a bunch of other people hoping they haven’t forgot about you.

I went to McDonald's with a friend, and the service was really terrible. I had ordered two Happy Meals with extra sauce; she had ketchup and I had fries sauce, but they weren't included! So we had to go all the way back, otherwise we would have bought it for nothing. We had bought a Happy Meal with a toy, but it doesn't exactly make me "happy," because we got a booklet instead. We told the employee about it and she said they were out of stock, even though there was a lady behind the counter with two toys. We went home very disappointed. I would rather not come back here again.

Regarding “fast” food, around 10:20 Saturday morning, few people in, it took more than 20 minutes for 3 regular meals. The manager told us, yes it’s McDonald. Hahahaha

Very bad hamburgers, too much sauce and the hamburger was very greasy. Had a bad meal and they also charged an extra 15 cents for cardboard cups. I will never eat here again.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This was my second time at McCafé, and after standing there for ten minutes, I was completely ignored and not even said "Good morning." Then I just got a blank stare, so I asked, "Can't I order here?" Someone in front of me had already ordered and taken their food. But for me, it was a problem: I was told to order while waiting in line. And it's always the same employee.

Everywhere you go, cold, soggy fries/cold burgers/poor management. Every McDonald's snack bar is the same story. Why is this? Why? Take action and stop complaining. So, take action, please.

Nice location. It feels modern and bright. Keep in mind that it can feel overwhelmingly busy. Ordering is easy. Waiting can be quite challenging. Sometimes it takes longer than you’d expect. And every now and then, something is missing. It happens. People make mistakes. The team is doing their best. You can see and feel the pressure. This place never slows down. When it’s good, it’s really good. Fresh fries. Warm burgers and other snacks. That familiar McDonald’s comfort fast food. This McDonald’s isn’t bad. It just feels overwhelmed at times. Come here when it’s quieter. That’s when it shines!

So so Mickey D. Not welcoming. The people working there cut off the people who are looking for a seat or who are waiting for their orders. Very odd behavior if you pretend to work in hospitality. I will be avoiding this store.

Food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's... hygiene is way below par. Absolutely filthy everywhere, and no one seems to be cleaning up. Around 7 p.m., so I think the worst of the crowds are over.

Ordered only m Nuggets and a sauce. Had to go so asked about my order. The manager didn't even check. He stood in front of the balie like a jerk. And said no one can cut in. Turned out my order was returned without even calling for it. Mr. Jerk could have checked my number. But no being rude had priority. System is also stupid. Working with table numbers without knowing where someone is sitting. Or is it even a floor higher. Just put every number that's ready on the bord. Is it that had? Takes an unnecessarily long time for fast food

I came here from Mariahoeve. The atmosphere felt better and it was accessible. I could go in freely. I doubt it's in my own neighborhood. I won't go there anytime soon. I will here, but I think I'll go more often.

Sometimes it gets so crowded that there are more people eating than there are seats. Yet, every time I see this, the dining area on the first floor is closed. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine, aside from the crowds.

When I raised this issue, I was referred to as "unforeseen circumstances" or "technical limitations"—excuses that seemed to be becoming a regular occurrence. 💰 Price and Transparency Another major disappointment was the lack of clarity regarding the costs. New amounts were constantly being added under the guise of "extra work" or "scope adjustments." These extras were never discussed beforehand, and as a client, I felt pressured to agree each time, fearing the project would grind to a halt. Ultimately, I paid much more than originally agreed upon for a result that was barely usable. 🧠 Technical Knowledge (or Lack Thereof) Although the company presents itself as an expert in its field, I strongly felt there was a significant internal lack of knowledge. Issues that should have been simple for experienced developers were constantly being pushed to "the next update" or "a later phase." There was no clear quality control, and it seemed as if they were primarily focused on delivering something as quickly as possible, rather than something good. 📞 Customer Service and Aftercare After delivery, the service was downright disappointing. As soon as the invoices were paid, it suddenly became much more difficult to reach anyone. Tickets remained open for weeks, and if I did receive a response, it was usually a standard answer with no real solution. It was even repeatedly suggested that the errors were "on our end," when they were undeniably caused by their own system. ⚙️ Overall Impression What bothered me most was the complete disinterest in customer satisfaction. There was no accountability or willingness to correct mistakes. Every conversation ultimately resulted in defensiveness, not solutions. 🚫 Conclusion Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. The experience cost me a lot of time, money, and energy, without any decent results in return. What started as a promising collaboration ended in disappointment and frustration. If you're looking for a reliable tech partner who keeps their promises, delivers quality, and takes their customers seriously, I'd honestly say: look elsewhere.

It's still a fantastic concept. It's also amazing how the staff handles so many rude and idiotic people. I wouldn't have the patience.

Reviewing a McDonald's is like judging a blade of grass in a meadow. The food is the same as anywhere else. But don't come around dinnertime. Because the service plummets with too many people. Crowd management just isn't their thing, which is odd considering the location.

A deposit cup is placed on a paper cup. This defeats the purpose of McDonald's' deposit cup. Furthermore, after initially being ignored by staff, I received my euro back in cash. They don't accept card refunds. No more deposit cups for me at this McDonald's location.

Truly the worst Mac ever... never any ice cream in the evening. The manager just shuts down the machine over an hour beforehand. Always a 30-45 minute wait. And then you have to wait to see if your order is correct.

Had to walk back three times because our order wasn't complete. The first time, we were missing all the fries, drinks, and sauces. We did get drinks afterward. The staff serving them (girls) were busy with themselves and their friends. Really poor service for such a busy location. Had to wait almost half an hour. And the trash cans were overflowing and lying on the floor.

Service is extremely slow for a QSR

Way too expensive, and the portions are getting smaller and paler. Maybe not here, but you still need to be able to speak English, because there aren't any Dutch people working there. And if they do work there, they're more likely to be giggling... so I won't be going to any fast food places like that anymore.

The food (ice cream) was delicious. But I find it uncool to pay another €1 for the toilet.

Located inside the mall. Table service, but tables were not clean. Asked member of the staff of she could perhaps clean the table, she decided to just leave, another staff member was far more helpful and cleaned the table straight away. There is a parking lot directly next to the restaurant. Other than that it's like any other MCD.
