I don't understand how it says they're open until 1 a.m. and sometimes they close at 10 or 11 p.m. What's that nonsense? 24/7??

I go here for a good cup of coffee and cake.

This restaurant uses digital ordering. This saves a lot of time and is very convenient. There's plenty of seating and reasonably clean restrooms. There's also an outdoor play area for children. The food here is delicious, just like at other McDonald's.

We went in for two cappuccinos. We ordered on the screen and were charged €5.50. The cappuccino was served at the table. Exactly what we ordered was brought to us. I asked the gentleman, "Where's the sugar, where are the stirrers, and sometimes you even get a piece of nougat with it." Yes, he'd forgotten that. In the end, we were fine without our piece of nougat, but we did get extra milk for the cappuccino.

Had to wait half an hour yesterday for 1 happy meal. They cannot handle “busyness”. Cold food, staff not always friendly. It has deteriorated considerably since the renovation.

What a drama last night! Stood in line for more than 1.5 hours at the drive. Normally things usually go well. But this time things really didn't go well in terms of planning behind the scenes. Due to the persistent crowds, the customers and we received the wrong order. You have 1 colleague working in the drive who appears to be the most customer-friendly, she usually helps me/us during lunch. She deserves ***** from us. She always greets us with a smile. The rest of the staff barely speaks Dutch. Maybe hire a good manager who can keep the staff on track during busy times.

Ordered food, 1 menu, 1 burger and McFlurry. The atmosphere in the kitchen did not look good. It took 40+ minutes for my food to be served.
