McDrive takes so long that it causes a nitrogen crisis.

Quick ordering at the pole. Fast food service (we were there just before the rush, though). The food is fine (what you would expect from McDonald's).

Super mean staff, just went around yelling at us.

I found it strange that an employee was yelling the 'c' word at a customer, then took off his pants and touched him in an inappropriate way. The McFlurry was tasty, though.

The employee looked at us very angrily/grumpily, making us feel uncomfortable having a nice meal here with my family. Additionally, the food was cold.

Got a nice ice cream via the drive-thru

Called to get confirmation that my order had gone through to their system. And received no feedback that it was there, and the employee said "I don't have it on my tablet." And I tried via TB chat and nothing. And I'm trying to get confirmation through them and getting nothing, just not on my tablet.

The service dog was with us and there was no comment, what a relief. Forgot to take a numbered tag after paying for the order? The manager helped look for those who hadn't received their food yet and explained to us how the numbered tags work; very friendly. Worth repeating!

Quality perfect, location perfect. But... when ordering via Thuisbezorgd, I received an incomplete order multiple times. Forgetting something once in a while can happen. But systematically handing over incomplete orders to a delivery driver is simply unacceptable. It’s not that difficult, is it? You put what’s on the receipt in the bag and hand it over. That’s your responsibility, isn't it? But this won't be an isolated incident.

Just good old-fashioned goodness again, and the food arrived quickly.

As you would expect from a McDonald's. Your fries aren't always warm; if you mention this, you get fresh, warm fries immediately. Orders are prepared quickly, so you never have to wait long.

The people working here are neither friendly nor particularly smart. It is remarkable how it is possible that every time you order food, you are guaranteed to miss out on something. Additionally, the service is terrible; if you call them, the guy who answers can't even say a proper good evening. Cheap staff is one thing, but a bit of a decent standard wouldn't be bad at all.

I got food poisoning. I have never in my whole life became so sick from food that i ate 3 days ago. I have very strong stomach but this one made me really sick. I throw up for 3 days i cannot talk i got fever and i got diarrhea.

First of all, the good man drops my veeeeeeery delicious milkshake, then I get a yogurt in return, and as if that wasn't enough, I get the most trashy trashy cheeseburger ever! What a disgrace!!!!!

If you want to get an ice cream at 00:30, they have already switched off the machine and are cleaning it.. This wasn't indicated anywhere either, which meant I had to wait unnecessarily long in the McDrive before I could get out.

For the umpteenth time, there are no croissants when you order breakfast. You can order breakfast until 11 o'clock, but the staff indicates that they are only allowed to keep 4 in stock. They are afraid they will have to throw them away otherwise. They are really not customer-friendly.

Fresh fries unless you drive home with them, like all McDonald's, but the container is always half or three-quarters full. The container used to overflow, but now there's far too little, while the price is higher. Burgers are often not fresh and the cheese isn't melted. A bit of a shame. Orders are delivered quickly, unlike other McDonald's. I don't understand how this food can be legally sold. I always have a stomach ache the next day and have trouble going to the bathroom ;) That was the last time I went, I definitely won't be doing it again. Crap.

We had a quick bite to eat with a group of colleagues on the way to a workshop.

Something always sells out when I come here! Now the mint tea is out again, and last time I ran out of frappe. I won't be coming back.

I ordered filet o fish burger I was gonna wait and in a minute or 2 it was done

Some staff could do with some "people skills" training, although some are doing a good job.

It's just awful. We ordered and waited for about an hour and a half, even though there were two big testi menus. The order arrived cold. They put in as little fries as usual and soo small everything was squashed. The burger was assembled haphazardly. I asked for a drink without ice, and ended up getting half a glass of ice.

Pay close attention to your order in the drive-thru, as we didn't get our full order. They're not exactly hitting it, so that's a plus. Also, one of the burgers had way too much salt. They probably didn't appreciate the late order. It's Christmas, but I'll be less optimistic next time.

I ordered a wrap and unfortunately received something completely different than what was supposed to be in it, and it wasn't even recorded!

By far the biggest disappointment in the Netherlands in terms of speed and customer focus

Things always go wrong here! Ordering at the drive-thru is easy, friendly, and fast. Paying afterward is fine, but the preparation and checkout process is never accurate. Once home, it's always a surprise what's been forgotten or incorrect! It's great that they're working, but motivation is often lacking at the window.

That's one thing they are trying to steal, medium size fries instead of large, also no nuggets served which we paid for. BUT put 1 normal and 1 veggie meat into the Big Mac is beyond everything. Restaurant management should think, what if somebody is allergic to the ingedient of the veggie meat??? Depends on the level of allergy they can kill a customer right on the scene. We ordered 2x BigMac, both the same, 1 beef, 1 veggie. I understand this duurzaam hype in Netherlands and also cost cutting but you cannot put somebody in DANGER because of this.

I ordered 9 nuggets but received 6. I ordered chili sauce and received mayo, but I'd already opened it without noticing and put it on my nuggets. When I asked if I could have a chili sauce packet, the waitress told me it wasn't possible. When the waitress left, she laughed. I'm really sorry about what happened to me. Wtf, meh, I'll be back.

The burger was missing a patty and the food was cold.

A double cheeseburger like that is delicious.

Beautiful and nice restaurant after the renovation

I had two frappés and six apple pie bites. I had to wait seven minutes at a closed window. When the order came through the window, they didn't apologize for the wait. When I got home, one frappé was a lump of ice, and one of the apple bites was broken, so all the filling was gone. Apparently, they can't handle several customers at once there.

Strategic place for finding the food

I don't understand how it says they're open until 1 a.m. and sometimes they close at 10 or 11 p.m. What's that nonsense? 24/7??

I go here for a good cup of coffee and cake.

This restaurant uses digital ordering. This saves a lot of time and is very convenient. There's plenty of seating and reasonably clean restrooms. There's also an outdoor play area for children. The food here is delicious, just like at other McDonald's.

We went in for two cappuccinos. We ordered on the screen and were charged €5.50. The cappuccino was served at the table. Exactly what we ordered was brought to us. I asked the gentleman, "Where's the sugar, where are the stirrers, and sometimes you even get a piece of nougat with it." Yes, he'd forgotten that. In the end, we were fine without our piece of nougat, but we did get extra milk for the cappuccino.

Do you think you can still eat something because the website says they are open until 01:00. Unfortunately, if you arrive at 23:35, everything is already closed. Do you speak to an employee outside who says we close at 00:00 to which we say it is 23:35??? Service no service so😡😡

Do not order food here! We only received drinks and a small bag of food from someone else. When we called we were told that we had to arrange it with Thuisbezorgd. And so NO food was delivered that we ordered. Ridiculous! If you offer a delivery service, make sure that it works, even if you work together with another party

Just came from McDonald's Ridderkerk. I don't think it's normal that I, as a customer, have to hear how a manager, another employee, addresses him in the store that he is late. And that all his colleagues were angry with him. I think you shouldn't discuss this in the store in front of customers. You do this properly in the back of the office or separately in their canteen. If I worked there, and my manager addressed me in front of customers. He would have gotten a piece of his mind from me, and I would have gone home.

Excellent McDonalds, even on a very busy day we received our food within a considerable time. Because it was (coincidentally?) so busy, there were unfortunately hardly any seats available, that's the only downside.

The manager acts angry and swears in front of children

20 minutes waiting for your order, you ask for your money back, it's suddenly ready and then they push you to accept sorry, everyone else who ordered later had already finished everything, no apologies yet

The cup of Coke had already fallen over in the bag before we received it, leaving the entire floor covered in Coke. So no coke. The container of 'large' fries was also only half full and the fries were cold and tough. Super super bad!

Very nice experience, delicious food and friendly employees. The manager helped us fantastically with a small problem. Absolutely great with the old-fashioned service that we were always used to at Mac Donalds.

We came once for mc drive, we were with scooter and were not allowed to order. A little later we came back with car and we saw other scooter riders and we were allowed to order from them. Totally not service oriented. From now on I will go to Barendrecht.

Everything you can and should expect from a McDonald's restaurant. Fairly fast service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it is not the spontaneous friendliness but a procedural friendliness as we always find in the large chains. The food was just up to standard. In short, I got what one would expect

There is always something wrong when you order. They always forget half of your order. While you think quickly drive and go home. When you get home you miss this or the wrong order. Getting so tired of it. Or cold fries. And the staff could be a bit friendlier.
