You don't go to McDonald's for the atmosphere. If you order, it is brought to your table if you want. Very nice and friendly service.

It's a regular standard MC, no special features

Burgers were OK, salad was bad. Did not get any napkins.

Only the outside needs to be kept cleaner. Including the tables.

Modern and clean place. The coffee and the ice cream were tasty.

Today I ordered a portion of chicken nuggets and a milkshake from the car. I put the milkshake down next to me and it accidentally fell over; it turned out the lid was loose, with all the consequences that entailed. The entire seat was covered in a sticky mess. The person serving me also didn't ask if I wanted sauce in the chicken nuggets, which is usually the case. Well... great then...

Good, but no longer special. They are standing still a bit; they could be a bit more exciting and certainly different with the prices.

Very helpful. Fatbike battery stolen from girlfriend and they were very useful to the police. GREAT !!!

It is striking that the tables and floor are almost always dirty. The glass partitions are also just filthy. If the ordering kiosks are cleaned this poorly too..... enjoy your meal (with your hands). Nowadays, a milkshake is a lump of soft ice cream floating in (in this case) strawberry sauce. McD is significantly more expensive compared to a regular snack bar. As far as I am concerned, definitely not recommended.

Awkward turn towards the Mc drive-thru. As is often the case, most of the trash cans outside were overflowing, causing crows to pick out napkins and empty burger boxes. It is understandable that this causes irritation in the neighborhood. Not the customer, but McDonald's policy is the cause of the large amount of litter there.

I went to get chicken nuggets but I waited for an hour and I still couldn't get them. I spent 4 euros on them.

We were able and allowed to charge our bike batteries here for a moment. And have something to eat in the meantime.

At this McDonald's, you are allowed to order your food yourself at a kiosk; however, this did not work as it should. Fortunately, you can still order at the counter and pay with cash. It is also wheelchair accessible, with a separate toilet for wheelchair users. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It sounds strange, but that is no longer a given these days.

Bro,you guys forgot 2 burgers and a medium coke,that is just not being aware of the whole order and just try to memorize it from your head,not cool.i ordered a 2x meal that would be 4 burgers and 2 cokes already and I added an additional coke and i didnt get the 1 coke and 2 burgers,bro.

A friend and I ordered cheeseburgers. He didn't have a top bun, but he didn't make a fuss about it, but then I got one WITHOUT PATTY. And the worst part was, when I complained, they didn't even believe me.

Same as all other McDonald's. Not good for you, but nice every now and then, and you just have to do it. Difficult turn-in from a certain direction.

I think it's quite interesting to go there sometime, but we ordered a World Cup menu and it said World Cup baker + Big Mac menu + Mac Fluffy + drink. That's why I thought it was really bad, because we never received our Mac Fluffy, and when we asked about it, they said it was a separate menu, even though it didn't say so.

Just went there to grab a bite, they're quite nice.

It's a difficult location; you can't do two orders by car, you have to go inside for that. Even at a quiet time, you can still wait a long time for your food because the staff working there get it first, and they make a fuss if you don't have something from your order.

Items were ordered but were not included in the order; this has now happened for the second time. However, the forgotten items were listed on the receipt and, of course, paid for. The same thing happened with an oatmeal latte; it wasn't oatmeal but regular milk, there were two drops of caramel syrup in it, the coffee was too strong... there was also something hard in the chicken nuggets.

Very busy staff friendly but the coke had no bubbles, enquired and the got me another the same, advised they needed more co2, manager came over and said it had enough asked her to try, she said she didnt drink it a colleague tried it said it we just enough for the "fizz", i gave up and drank the flat coke

I had a Chili Chicken but it tasted completely like fish, and like it too. I got a new one but I had the same problem.

They don't have frikandel rolls.

If you come just outside peak hours, your fries will be hot and the service will be super fast. I also love McDonald's, so the food is delicious. Only 3 stars for the atmosphere, but the music (especially the bass) is quite loud. Service could be better if they'd kept a better eye on the trash cans; they were all full, and I could barely fit my tray in.

I was still in the restaurant a little after closing time and wanted another coke, luckily the staff was kind enough to fulfill my request. Toppers

Please eat and drink locally. When you order takeout, the order is never correct. You're not going to drive 10 miles back to get the missing food.

We went there last night. Ordered two cups of coffee for seniors. After 15 minutes, the coffee still hadn't arrived. Because we had to go to the cinema, we handed the sign with the numbers and receipt to the counter, explaining that we couldn't wait any longer for the coffee and that we no longer needed the order. The staff behind the counter were baffled. We could have gotten a refund, but they didn't. We didn't have time for that either. What surprises me is that they can't make and serve a cup of coffee within a normal timeframe. At a good restaurant, you get a cup of coffee on your table within five minutes. Several people were there after us, and their orders were served within five minutes. Surprisingly bad. And McDonald's is also a cold and uninviting place.

The food was excellent, as it should be. The atmosphere was great and clean. It's just a shame that the toilet paper holders aren't replaced in time when they're almost empty. My daughter sat in the toilet without toilet paper.

Always a great place for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant is clean, orders are ready quickly, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The drive-thru usually runs smoothly, and there's plenty of seating inside. The food is fresh and hot, just as you'd expect. In short: a reliable McDonald's where you'll always receive fast and courteous service!

Very dirty. Burger leftovers and their wrappers were lying in the men's restroom sink. Tables in the restaurant weren't cleaned. Food scraps were on the floor. The food was typical McDonald's.

The food was as expected from MC, but the shop itself looks like a mess. Packaging and other trash are littered throughout, and most of the tables are unclean. The real highlight was the absolutely filthy men's restroom, with food scraps in the sink and wet toilet paper on the ceiling and floor, plus a clogged urinal. These problems were still present at the end, even after the warning at the beginning.

The worst McDonalds I’ve been toch . Every time I miss the things I ordered. EVERY SINGLE TIME. How is that even possible??? They always forget to put or a couple of burgers, or a box of nuggets, or fries. And I would understand if it happened once it twice, but for 20 times there was no single time, when I got everything I ordered.

McDonald's is getting more and more expensive...fortunately, this McDonald's continues to deliver some quality and reasonable service. Other McDonald's could learn a lot from this (Apeldoorn South).

The staff is just standing around chatting while inside it's a complete mess. Clutter and newspapers on the floor, overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, spilled cups. For today's prices, you'd expect something.

I received a cold Big Tasty, which was quickly made and already put in my bag. Then they made a double cheeseburger... The end result was quite expensive, and I had a warm cheeseburger and a cold Big Tasty. And the last time, I received two double cheeseburgers, two lukewarm, cold, gray burgers on both buns, and two "freshly" cooked. Really awful.

It took at least 10 minutes for my order of 2 cheeseburgers and spicy chicken nuggets to be brought out.

The food was fine, what you'd expect from a McDonald's. The service could have been a bit more cheerful. All in all, a good McDonald's.

Delicious coffee, top service and a fast charger for the car.

We've been coming here almost every Thursday for years, and we really like the food. It's difficult to give a rating, because it varies enormously. Sometimes the staff is grumpy, and then the food is subpar and the place is really dirty. And then, like today, the food was delivered super fast (4 minutes), nice and hot, generous with the fries, and a very cheerful "enjoy your meal" with a broad smile. And delicious. And finally, proper ice cubes in the cola, not those tiny little ones that go in your mouth while eating. And the place was clean this time. However, 8 out of 10 times the music is way too loud (bass).

Restrooms out of order, several items sold out, tables uncleaned, long wait times. Now I've lost a star. My son and a friend went to McDonald's with his report card. I misunderstood my order, and they refused to exchange it (he doesn't like cheese and got a double cheeseburger). I'm going to file an official complaint through McDonald's, but I'm giving it one star here as well, and I hope no one goes to this incredibly awful "restaurant" again. How do you turn a fun outing for two young boys into a huge disappointment? McDonald's. Yuck.

Parking is a challenge. Be aware that there are parking lots that require you to cross very often to get out.

Good food for a reasonable price

I find McDonalds to be shockingly expensive. The last time I went there was months ago and I can't remember paying between 8 and 10 euros for a burger. What a waste! I'd rather go to a local snack bar, where I get much more for my money.

The price-performance ratio isn't quite right, even though everything was fine. I went there twice and once I had to wait a long time for takeout. The other time I ate there and the food I ordered was brought to my table fairly quickly. The staff are friendly, and the fast food tastes average to good (McDonalds, you know). Furthermore, it was reasonably clean. To address the excessive prices again: The order shown in the pictures cost €21.45, which is very expensive for fast food or McDonald's standards. Sauces cost extra, which is annoying. Conclusion: You can go, but you should keep an eye out for special offers if you don't want to spend too much money on fast food.

Unfortunately, it has gone downhill here in recent years Furniture/windows simply not clean. Waste bins overflowing. If you go through the mac drive, you can also wait a long time. Why does it comb faster elsewhere and is it much cleaner elsewhere? The manager of this branch is completely wrong here. I don't understand why the head office does nothing about this. I will get it somewhere else from now on because it is getting too dirty here in terms of hygiene Long waiting times.

Dirty toilets, thick layer of dust and dirty floors at 10am. Tables and floors also dirty. Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 egg mc muffin, while the only customers were there.

Fast service and friendly staff!

The floor and around the table legs were really dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned for days. The walls and windows were also filthy. The chairs and tables didn't look like they were cleaned properly either.

Not much food available. Hard benches/chairs and unsociable atmosphere.

The restaurant itself is fine, just like any normal McDonald’s. Don’t order through Uber Eats though, it’s insanely expensive and every time the order keeps getting pushed forward every 10 minutes until it’s ultimately cancelled after you’ve waited for an hour and a half. They aren’t reachable by phone or any other means at all. Super frustrating!

9 out of 10 orders via McDrive are incomplete, very annoying.

Wij gingen een mcflurry en wat frietjes halen, de service was snel maar er zat helaas heel weinig in de beker. Ook was hij niet goed gemengd zoals ze dat vroeger deden, er zaten ook wat weinig toppings in. We hadden ook een grote friet besteld en daar zat ook heel weinig in, ze waren koud en slap en zat nauwelijks zout op. Bijde zijn het voor de prijs niet waard.

It's a shame that the floor and tables are not really hygienic inside and outside. Staff not friendly and not attentive. I ask the person behind the counter for an extra straw and I had to ask three other colleagues. It's a shame that no one dares to take responsibility there.

With larger orders, things are often missing. Tip is to check before you go. Often sauces but also burgers.

It took more than 50 minutes before we got our food. (We were a group of 4 guys.) The people who worked there were nice when they found out we had been waiting so long. Me and my friends (group of 4) had to wait for 50 minutes. The staff was nice when they found out we were waiting this long.

It doesn't get any better. The food is and remains good, but outside it is just dirty. There's so much junk. It can also be neat outside

Simply bad! It's because the kids like it sometimes, but for the rest it's junk.

Unfortunately the worst McDonald's in the Gelderland region. Very slow, gets loud when you disagree with something. I pay for it, right? Actually there's always a fuss there. Especially with the staff themselves. McDrive is a total disaster. Concept the same everywhere. Here it is really the staff that makes the bad difference.

Just a Mac like so many others. Make sure you check your order when you go through the drive. And make sure you know what your order costs, sometimes things go wrong. (Has never happened in my favor). And the ice machine is broken.

Food as expected. It was cold there, eating with your coat on is not fun!! It was strange and very disturbing that a large number of the tables were not allowed to be used due to cleaning work. There was no cleaning at all, but people were constantly walking past our table looking for a place to sit, really annoying!!! It was between 5pm and 6pm!!

Iedereen die het gelijk in het restaurant wil opeten, krijgen ten onrechte een aantal papieren bekers aangesmeerd. Zo ontvangen ze een plastic toeslag, terwijl deze mensen allemaal gewoon in het restaurant eten. Dit is per beker 10 cent.

Too bad, it's incredibly expensive and the food was just cold. I really don't recommend McDonald's in Zutphen.
