Great service, food was very fresh and tasty. In most parts of the world I never eat at McDonald’s - but in the Netherlands it’s simply something else. I try to go every two weeks.

One of the most disgusting places ever. I am delivery driver, I know a lot of places, but this one... The whole McDonald's chain is gross, but this one is through the roof. Better starve than eat here. Zero hygiene.

Always good here, never had a bad meal and it's clean

I ordered food through McDrive around 10 p.m. The employee who helped me order, pay, and then receive the food was very friendly. He made my day with his kindness and enthusiasm, which started right from the moment I ordered! Many McDonald's restaurants could learn a thing or two from him!

It took ages to get our food... It's now been 35 minutes. The service is also incredibly slow, and it's incredibly slow, even though it's busy. Such a shame!

The screen said the order is ready, but it was not there when I came to pick up. I had to wait another 5 minutes before I got the order (and it was already gone from the screen)

The food itself was good but the service was bad it took 20 minutes for my order to arrive.

We've been waiting an hour for our food, and we've already gone to the counter three times because the kitchen had lost the receipt... and then just left it like that. It's a shame we went to the counter and then the manager finally printed out a new receipt. The staff was very slow and unfriendly. This is our first and last time here.

The food was what you'd expect from McDonald's. The kitchen staff were constantly shouting at each other in an antisocially loud manner. I understand that you want to enjoy your work, but you should always be considerate of others.

What happened to the concept of FAST food restaurant…takes super long 😒

Been here about three times. Never had a good experience, each one worth one star. If you want the slowest McDonald's in the world, this is the place to go! The staff doesn't care one bit. Of the three people before me, two had to come back because something was missing. My Coke tasted like Dr. Pepper for some reason. The manager should find a new job!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager was rude and uncooperative when I pointed out a mistake with my order. Instead of helping, he responded with a bad attitude. The food was not good, and the customer service overall was poor. Although the place was clean, it was very crowded and noisy. I'm really upset with how things were handled – this is not acceptable at all. I don't recommend this place.

No one at the drive-through, asking if I could just wait a moment. Of course I did. A few minutes later, I was able to place my order: a Big Mac menu and a cheeseburger. Apparently, the price wasn't announced anymore, and there wasn't a screen either. Anyway, the price seemed to be correct at checkout. I got my food fairly quickly, and at least it was nice and hot. I parked the car, and lo and behold: no cheeseburger. Back inside and to the cash register. They asked if I had a receipt. No, I didn't get one either. I never even considered needing one. The receipt was produced anyway, and lo and behold: the cheeseburger hadn't been charged to the register. What had been charged: a large menu (not requested, not even asked of me) instead of a medium menu. Hence, roughly the same price as my original order. All in all, not very satisfied. But the food was nice and hot.

I left immediately! There was a sewer truck there, and it smelled so awful that I felt nauseous!

Absolutely terrible. No Yammie sauce at McDonald's is simply outrageous. It shows they make absolutely no effort to please customers. Without it, the food is dry, tasteless, and a waste of money. A truly major disappointment—this is reason enough for me not to come here again.

I politely asked if they had any Yammie Sauce. But the person who answered my call was very angry and negative towards me. It was a real shame.

The most disgusting restaurant I ever seen.

I pull through the McDonald's Drive-Through, thinking I'll quickly grab something to eat. I'm immediately sent off to a parking spot to wait. Fine, I thought, as long as the food is right. Well, no way. I get my order: One Filet-O-Fish with the cheese not on the burger, but just loose in the container of ice-cold chicken nuggets. A bone-dry cheeseburger that hasn't been prepared with a single bit of care. And as if that wasn't enough: the McKroket is completely missing. Not in the bag. Gone. I try to explain this in a normal way, but I'm looked at as if I'm the one doing something wrong. As if I'm making it all up. And then I see a woman in the kitchen give me a dirty look as if I've lost my mind. No apologies, no decency, no service. Just disinterest, arrogance, and poor quality. How hard is it to properly prepare an order? How dare you treat customers like that?

The burgers were delicious, the ingredients were a little small, but the order was quick and delivered hot.

A completely normal McDonald's. The employees are consistently friendly and, despite the hectic pace, always have a smile for their customers. I happened to be here twice in one day.

Nice and clean except for the toilet

The usual quality and service you can expect from a McDonald's. In other words, simply good.

One of the worst McDonalds for poor hygiene. The toilets were disgusting and the water in the sinks were broken, so I couldn't wash my hands. How can you offer food in a place where there's nowhere to wash your hands. Burger was great but the coffee was awful and watery.

Today I tried a fish filet and double cheeseburger again. The fish was dried out, hard and tough, just like the double cheeseburger. Kept warm for too long. This always happens to me, only at this branch. But according to the McDonalds employees, it is supposedly only made after the order. I have tried it 3 times. Now I will go to another McDonalds

After our order we always order an ice cream for our 6 year old children. One of the children has to eat gluten free, so we always ask for 1 of the soft ice creams in a tub. That is of course never a problem. Here it is. Instead of 1 euro we had to pay 3.15 for a Sunday but without sauce and nuts…. According to the employee the manager did not allow it otherwise. Very strange. It is not about the 2.15 but the unfriendliness of the customer. In addition, it is not clean and the waste bins were full, so we could not throw away our own waste l.

Terrible we just bought simple ice cream and it takes 10 minutes for simple ice cream it is not worth waiting

So slow this place, and the workers ..even if there are 3 customers all, they have two speeds ; slow and mega-slow, if it's busy then the waiting times go into an hour hmfor a menu, dang. There's another MC real close by ; also KFC , just check your maps; thank me later!! Not friendly at all; ignorants , i thought coloured people would knowa thing or two about ..bad treatments. Apparently, they , as well, put it back in the world!! Horror place, heavy energy and all that negativity goes into your food! Totally don't recommend, from all MC's you can eat at!! AVOID IT, you'll just loose your time!!

Waited 30 minutes for a simple small order or of ice creams (no line). We kept asking a few times where our order was, no one knew. Strange. Asked again and finally received our order, staff seemed not to care, manager even worse and unfriendly. Lack of staff he said, so we had to deal with that. No apology or friendly word. We’re paying customers, please treat us as such, nothing more but also nothing less! Conclusion: Spare yourself the hassle and don’t visit this Mac Donald’s with a terrible service.

This McDonald's just needs to move. What a great location. You can't turn your ass there (let alone your car). The entrance to Gamma is constantly blocked. You can't properly get there by bike or drive by and if you want to eat inside you literally have to walk against the direction of the drive-thru without a curb. There's probably plenty of room elsewhere in the area. Nice staff by the way, that's not the reason for the rating.

I think the quality of this establishment has deteriorated considerably. Nothing is fresh these days. While I used to love driving from my hometown, where there is also a Mac Donalds, all the way to Diemen to get my Mac Donalds there. Nowadays I hardly go there and when I do I am not satisfied with the quality and I still have to go back in to receive my order again and fresh. It seems as if the passion and love with which employees used to do their work, so that we as customers left satisfied, are completely gone! It's a waste of my money to have to keep purchasing food that tastes bland and bland at the prices they are sold for.

Sometimes the fries aren't hot enough

I'm literally missing my entire order. I had it delivered and only received a milkshake in the wrong flavor. First time and never again!

You come home with an order of six fish fillet burgers, and two of them are missing the fish fillet. Unbelievable. Now you have to check the contents of your food, ridiculous.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to get orders ready both complete and hot. Often, it's either incomplete or not hot, but unfortunately, often both. Furthermore, tables are often uncleared and dirty. The restrooms are extremely filthy. Staff also use the same restrooms, and I've noticed a few times that the men don't wash their hands after using the restroom. It doesn't have to be this way, because I've seen other McDonald's do it.

A shabby McDonald's with a bleak atmosphere. I ordered two coffees on the screen, but then the receipt didn't appear. I explained the situation to the counter twice, and had to reconfirm my order with the staff three times because they didn't understand. Ultimately, I was glad we only had coffee and no food. This is one of the least clean McDonald's I've been to in years.

I've never seen such a messy McDonald's. Your number is on the screen, ready to be picked up. There you are... Food isn't ready yet, and your number is hidden. So everyone is literally standing around the counter. It's dinner time, 5:30-6:30 PM. Don't put out the trash cans. People put them on top of the table or just leave them on the table.

Fries are limp, cold and tough. Literally would rather die than eat them. Burger also unbearable, seems like it has diseases in it

should have known from the way the tabes looked like; very dirty. either way, the big tasty burger i had me going for the toilet for days still, just unwashed hands of the silent quitter staff that handled my food or the food itself was riddled with bacteria, i cant know for sure. only this i know for sure; this place made me ill and i will never again come back here.

It's getting worse and worse, they don't speak Dutch, they're rude, they keep ordering wrong, and the food is just gross, so I'll move on to the next one from now on! Edit October 2024; It hasn't gotten any better, bad even. Pay close attention to what you pay because they secretly add things and half of it is not in the bag

Ordered a double cheeseburger, and this is what I got

Only one at drive true had to park my car and wait till they bring me my lunch wait 10 min got my food was asked frisky to leave the parking spot as my food was delivered at my passenger seat and had to reach over to get my lunch to prevent spilling. McDiemen.

In this place, at least at the drive in they are constantly trying to shortchange you. And even being caught they're continue to do it, just for the lesser amount. Avoid this place.

The gentleman at the McDrive cannot be understood, I had to ask 3 times if he wanted to speak clear Dutch. Then I wanted to order a McSmart double cheeseburger, he cheerfully told me that that didn't exist. I went in to order it again. The staff inside is not much better, arrogant, uninterested and speaks almost no Dutch. all bad.

It was terrible 😔 The personal was so damp. I had feelings that they didn't know nothing. We was waiting about half hour for our order. And service workers didn't help to get it faster. When I asked the manager about my order. He didn't know nothing and we have to wait really much time. When they decide what have to do. No recommend! And for owners pay attention for your workers and on their professional suitability.

This is not quite a McD. Both the burgers and the fries are often not really warm... and therefore the fries are limp. Obviously the management and staff can't do much about it. But the guests often leave a large message behind, but there is no quick action or response from the staff. It's either I take it as it is, or you think, then I'll drive on a bit.

Ordered a Mc Crispy but after a fantastic warm welcome in the Mc Drive from the most disinterested employee of the century, I also received a Mc Taai. At least make the food fresh. Mc Donalds, this was inedible.

Small and beautiful. But staff does not speak Dutch, is not accessible and certainly not spontaneous. Arrogance at the highest level and I had to wait more than 10 minutes for a mint tea. I wanted to add another tea bag, but that wasn't possible. Even the manager was called in for something so small and he even said that it was not possible. How stingy can you be

I can understand that working at McDonalds may not have been your dream for the future, but treating your customer so rudely is not. We went for a Bacon & Egg McMuffin and got two cold sandwiches, making me wonder if the bacon had even seen the baking tray. Very unfortunate.

Staff are not always helpful. Drive thru, but behind the counter they are not always tidy. It is also often forgotten.

Now for the 2nd time, unfortunately again very slow, could not order at the counter, had to order via app, leave the screen after 20 minutes. Walked to the counter and received a sorry size order within 5 minutes.

If you order a cappuccino you get a bad coffee with warmed up milk. The staff apparently does not understand the concept of a cappuccino. If you say something about it, a manager is called in to do it again and 1 hour later you get an equally bad cappuccino. You could almost forgive it, but the attitude you then have to accept as a customer is so misplaced that I started to wonder whether I had forgotten to pay or whether I had paid for the coffee with receipts. ..,🤔

I live nearby and this is consistently the slowest McDonald's I've ever come across. The staff walk around like hungover zombies, without a care in the world for the "fast" aspect of fast food.

What incredibly bad and slow service! They really don't deserve the title fast food, but terrible slow food! If you could give 0 stars I would have!
