I actually almost never write reviews, but this really topped everything. You plan your evening, stay home on purpose, order food because you think: fine, they’ll be here soon, and then you sit waiting for 2 to 3 hours without any clarity whatsoever. No update, no decent communication, and on top of that, the phone isn't answered. The most frustrating thing isn't even just the waiting, but the feeling that you aren't taken seriously at all as a customer. Everyone knows the feeling: you stick to agreements, make time, and expect at least a message if things are running late. Instead, you just sit there waiting and wonder if anyone is even going to show up. I specifically set aside time for this, incurred costs, and adjusted my entire schedule. As a customer, you don't expect perfection, but you do expect respect and communication. Based on my experience, I would really advise people to think carefully before planning anything here. This level of service is unacceptable to me. They should shut your place down 😡🤬

Order was placed 2+ hours ago and still haven't received anything. Unreachable by phone either. Terrible service.

The order is now more than an hour late and no one answers when I call. There is no update whatsoever, no explanation, and absolutely no communication. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. I expect immediate clarity regarding the whereabouts of my order. If it can no longer be delivered, I want immediate cancellation and a full refund. This is not the way to work. The food just arrived and is lukewarm; it isn't even warm anymore. Very disappointed with this. Ordered months ago as a regular customer! Man, how it has changed!

But leaving someone waiting 2–3 hours without communication is simply unprofessional. A simple message or an honest explanation would have made all the difference. Instead, I was left with lost time, costs, and pure irritation. Based on my personal experience, I would advise people to think very carefully before scheduling anything here. If you value reliability, communication, and respect for your time, then for me, unfortunately, this was exactly the opposite. 🤬🤬🤬

We ordered from Amersfoort; it had to be delivered from Diemen, which is already strange, but anyway... The order was supposed to be refused due to distance, etc., and it was supposed to be refunded. However, it was still delivered 2.5 hours later, cold and placed among the trash! Our appetite was immediately gone. Apart from that, the order was also wrong; in short, a major scandal. They were reachable by phone and the delivery went smoothly. We ordered at 2:30 am and the food was still delicious.

I placed an order at the restaurant but never received it, and I also didn’t get a refund. I waited 3 hours for the food and nothing arrived. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. Now it’s the next day and I’m still waiting for my money to be refunded.

Shit, just... All my food was bland. No sauce, no flavor. Food arrived cold and took way too long. 22 euros for some soggy fries with two pieces of chicken.

The food wasn't great, and the service was also terrible. The owner was never around, but I can tell you one thing: the atmosphere was great. The occasional clapping in the kitchen was fantastic, though. All in all, I only come here for the pleasant atmosphere.

Placed an order for pickup Saturday night, drove 20 minutes for nothing. The place was completely closed, and they arrived well before closing time. There was someone else waiting there who had also been waiting for their food for two hours. I called several times immediately, but no answer. I've been trying to call them ever since, but haven't gotten a response. The order is listed as picked up, even though we didn't pick it up. I paid a fortune for nothing, and now I'm completely unreachable!

I am so angry I ordered this around 8 o'clock it should have been delivered at 10 o'clock it is now almost 12 o'clock they are not answering they are scamming you just have to close this business what kind of mogul action is this

What an incredibly awful place! You order something online at 10:30 PM. It's almost 1:30 AM now, and we still have nothing. Food was supposed to be delivered at 11:30 PM, but we haven't received any updates, nothing. We've tried calling 35 times from multiple phones, but no one answers. We've left a voicemail, but still nothing... Incredibly awful place! Please don't order anything... It's truly beyond words.

I ordered a double burger, fries, and onion rings. The burger was fine, but there weren't many vegetables. The fries were half-cooked and so limp I couldn't swallow them. The onion rings, on the other hand, were cooked well but too greasy. The service charge was an absurd €35.

Ordered from this store. Unfortunately, the quality isn't what I expected. Very expensive for what you get. And I think it deserves a negative review. I HOPE you'll do something with it!!! That 50-dollar mixed grill was absolutely inedible.

Ridiculous that on the Thuisbezorgd website there are providers that are +/- 30 minutes drive away from "Nieuw-Vennep" with delivery costs of €15.00. It is absolutely not possible that the quality and temperature are still 100% as prepared by you. In addition, I would have to order for at least €35.00.

I work night shifts and was able to quickly find a restaurant where I could order something. Top! Because I have to go back to bed quickly. It's just a shame that there are delivery people who can make such a simple transfer of goods a problem. It's good that Spies also works with one disabled delivery person. Normally I don't write a review quickly. But I have ordered here 3 times now (via Uber eats) and have had no problems yet. Food is great. Delivery quite on time. Twice in the time schedule and once no longer than 10 minutes over the delivery time. I then called and was kept informed that the delivery person was already on his way and could be there at any time. Also had friendly delivery people 3 times. Maybe I'm a lucky person, but so far I haven't been able to see what most of the reviews here indicate.

been waiting for almost 3 hours now, the delivery person is still not there, the number cannot be reached, called at least 6 times last time, also had this problem, the delivery person arrived very late, ended up falling asleep, hung the order at a random door and did not get any money back.

Ordered 6 chili cheese nuggets, received 5 of them. Garlic sauce was not how it should taste. Hard pieces of shawarma meat. All in all, for the money I paid, it was really worthless. I called to report my complaint, but nothing was done. Once never again. Shame!!

Ik heb veel slechte reacties gelezen, achteraf snap ik er niks van. Ik doe meestal geen reactie geven maar viel me om dat dit bedrijf het wel verdiend om een eerlijke review te krijgen. Heb besteld, daarna gelijk gebeld keurig opgenomen en gevraagd of de bestelling is aangekomen ( is in de nacht dus bel altijd even voor de zekerheid ) heeft me gewoon netjes te woord gestaan. Geef ik een 4/5 Bezorging duurde langer dan gezegd werd verteld 40 min duurde 60 min maar ik verbleef in de stad dus is begrijpelijk veder nette beleefde man. Geef ik een 4/5 Het eten.. ja was gewoon oké vond iets te prijzig voor mij doen maar goed. Kip burger was goed en had gevraagd de aardappel schijfjes en uien ringen extra door te bakken werd ook netjes gedaan. Geef ik een 3/5 Bij elkaar opgeteld kom ik uit op 3,66 geef ze een wel verdiende 4 sterren. Veder niks op aan te merken.

Bestelling kwam 20 min later dan aangegeven en hiervan werd ik niet op de hoogte gebracht. Vriendelijke bezorger. Patat was heerlijk, lekkerste durf ik te zeggen in heel zuid. Goed gekruid en krokant. De burger was lekker. Normaal gesproken als je in de nacht besteld bij bedrijven krijg je meestal een doorweekt zakje patat en een natte burger. Dit was absoluut niet het geval en bestel ik graag nogmaals hier.

Pasable, la comida estaba buena. Pedí una hamburguesa, la carne me pareció algo más pequeña que en el mostrador, algo seca, ES CARNE SABOR KEBAB, por si alguien no se lo esperaba como yo. Estaba bien aliñada con pepino y cebolla, rico. El pan de hamburguesa era tostado, no blandito del todo. El batido estaba muy bueno, batido natural normal y corriente. El personal simpático al ser extranjeros.

Bestel je een broodje shoarma, krijg je een stokbrood wat zwemt in de olie met daarin de shoarma. Niet echt wat je verwacht. De kalfssteak schotel was droog. Patat was slap en mega zout. Algemeen: matig en niet wat je verwacht. Bezorging was wel op tijd.
