I ordered a large coffee at the Drive-Thru, but once I was back on my way, I realized it was just a cup of hot water with a hint of coffee.

Fast and friendly, fresh burgers and hot fries, easy parking and, weather permitting, outside on the terrace.

Just plain tasteless McDonald's food. Even if you're a customer, using the toilet is chargeable. You pay separately for eating, drinking, and digesting. I hope they don't charge for breathing next time. It doesn't matter if you're a customer or not, even if you buy €1000 worth of food, you'll still have to pay to wash your hands or urinate.

Went to get food tonight, were given the wrong order. We went back and they said they hadn't seen the receipt. (Our receipt states the time we ordered our food as 22:40.) We waited about 30 minutes until we finally received our order. While waiting, we also saw several other people coming back with the wrong order or missing items.

It is just a McDonald's as you would expect.

The food and service were good. We had a tasty meal, but I found paying for the toilet strange.

Very customer unfriendly; we were the only ones whose order was checked to see if everything was correct. This is simply ethnic profiling; the employee even admitted herself that she was conducting a check. Shame!

A McMuffin with bacon, that was the idea, but unfortunately, the bacon didn't make it. 🥓 Tasty sandwich, that's for sure, but without bacon, it's a whole different ball game!

I placed an order at MC and had a good meal. But you still have to pay for the toilet. Extra. This is no longer MC service. Once an order is placed, customers should be able to get a token to use the toilet for free.

It is expensive, but at least you can fill your stomach there for a while.

Went to get a Sundae and an Oren milkshake, waited 30 minutes and still nothing, ended up talking to the people and asking if they would just fix it. The whole McDonald's was full of people waiting for their order. Well, finally the food is here, the soft serve is sour and the milkshake too, really unbelievably bad, you guys.

There's not enough space for trucks. Holland has already forgotten how to build a new parking lot, and the number of trucks passing through has increased exponentially. After 5:00 PM, you might not find a spot. I got three burgers at McDonald's for 7 euros. I liked one of them. The other two were not very good and small. A little bigger than a dumpling.

Nice McDonald's, easily accessible and plenty of parking. The trash cans were very full when we were there, so it might be helpful to empty them a bit more frequently.

The toilet is paid, even for customers. I ordered a Big Mac meal and to eat I had to wash my hands, so I paid 50 cents. After that I ate and had to wash my hands again — and had to pay again. I have nothing against paid toilets, but at the very least not for customers.

Very disappointing experience at the McDrive in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. I asked twice to change my order from chicken burgers to cheeseburgers and was assured that it would be corrected. However, I still received the wrong order and had to go through the drive-thru again to buy the cheeseburgers separately. Mistakes happen, but the communication and customer service were poor. I felt ignored and that nobody took responsibility for fixing a simple issue. I expect better service from McDonald

I'm writing my first review of a place😊 I was impressed by the smiling girl who served me a latte macchiato. Not only did she brighten my day with her smile, but she also wished me a good day in Russian. You made my day! The coffee was delicious, the toilet, which cost 0.50 euros, was clean, soap, water, everything was perfect.

It took 40 minutes until I got my food. They were also very stingy with the fillings on the sandwiches and the sauce with the ice cream.

Having to wait 45 minutes for your food. People asking for their money back because it took an incredibly long time. A manager who said with a bit of a laugh, "It was the same yesterday." Many angry people. Staff short, and those who were there were too inexperienced or didn't know what to do.

It is actually quite ridiculous that you have to pay 50 cents to use the restroom, especially after you’ve just spent a considerable amount on a few menus and are still hungry afterwards. Even more disappointing is that those restrooms aren't even clean. Additionally, my McDonald's Drive-Thru order was incomplete. As a result, I had to go inside after all, while my two children were already sitting on the grass outside eating their Happy Meal. That made the whole experience quite frustrating.

Really bad. Yuck. Disappointing. Next time I'll go to another one in the center of Rotterdam. Never again this one.

Asking again at the drive-in pickup what your order is, okay, there was one other car in front of me, and then finding out 5 km further down that they made a mistake again, sigh.

The food itself is fine, but it's an incredible mess; I've never seen such a dump. 10 staff members chatting in the kitchen; cleaning isn't part of the job. Trash cans full, floor dirty, tables dirty; the staff just look at it and walk on. If an overweight person walks in, five of them are standing there laughing and pointing at that person. Given the reviews, I don't understand why McDonald's isn't doing anything about it.

McDonald's Pay Toilet. A Disaster

Just spent more than €40 in breakfast, took them forever to bring our breakfast. No books available for the Happy Meal and they didn’t even mention it and instead they gave us a useless cardboard “toy”. Croissants came 15 minutes later. What was unacceptable is tha you have to PAY FOR THE TOILETS!!! Unbelievable! I understand that if you don’t consume there, you should pay, but that’s a service you should offer your clients! You’re a freaking restaurant!!

Last week, we decided to eat at McDonald's again and arrived at the Hendrik Ido Ambacht location. After parking behind the restaurant, we wanted to find the entrance, only to find it had been moved a few meters to the right!? We hadn't been here for quite some time, but it turned out the entire place—including the entrance—had been renovated (and later, I believe, there was a new owner too)! It now has a modern and sleek look, paid restrooms, refurbished new cash registers, and a bit more seating than I remembered. The chairs and the rest of the furniture also looked new. After ordering at the kiosk, our order was brought to the table in two parts (burgers and drinks were already ready, the fries were freshly fried). Once we were about to start, the fries turned out to be a bit soggy and the burgers lukewarm; what a shame... After a few bites, one of our drinks tipped over, turning the seating area into a watery mess. Someone came by immediately to ask if we needed anything, like other food or a cloth, and without any fuss, everything was neatly cleaned up and mopped. Very professional! 3 stars for the food; unfortunately, that always remains an area for improvement at McDonald's. Otherwise, neat.

Very Bad service, First they forgot to put my Fritsaus in my order, then you need to pay the toilet even if you ordered. The managers are rude, I parked for a couple of minutes when they asked me to wait for my order, I stepped out to eat in the terrace. They come when I was eating, to ask me to move my car immediately, but there where not cars coming in. Would not recommended, better go to another place.

This used to be a great place, but lately it's only gotten worse: long waits, mess everywhere, and the staff is unfriendly. I wouldn't be quick to come here.

When you buy a large takeaway wrap for €6.50, check what's inside, because when I opened it, there was only the wrap, three pieces of breaded chicken, and a little mayonnaise. No salad or other vegetables. It's a rip-off when you order takeaway.

First of all, my friend and I arrived on Friday evening at 21:50, right after work. At that time only the drive-thru was open, so we had to eat in the parking lot, inside the car. I understand that this is your schedule and policy. However, it would be very helpful and considerate to have a covered terrace or a small sheltered area for customers. It was wet outside and there was no possibility to sit on the benches. A simple covered space would make a big difference for customers who arrive late and still want to eat comfortably.

Worst McDonald's ever. There are only two highchairs for the entire restaurant. Parents have to eat with babies on their laps. Then you also have to pay for the incredibly dirty restrooms. The staff is incredibly slow and constantly serves the wrong orders. Honestly, one star is too many! Just drive to another restaurant.

They were taking orders away to make sure they were "on time." The food sat there getting cold for 10 minutes, even though they said nine times, "Yes, the fries aren't here yet, no, yes, they're coming," and then they were given cold food AND cold fries. Absolutely disgusting, and the people there were just worried about time, marking orders as "prepared" and crossing them off so others would think it was good. 1 for service 1 for food 1 for atmosphere

I once ordered food 10 minutes before closing because I'd finished a 14-hour shift and barely eaten anything all day. Apparently, the staff didn't appreciate me ordering food 10 minutes before closing because my food was deliberately loaded with a terrible amount of salt. I didn't even finish it and went home. I hope karma gets you someday.

This time, the fries were freshly made and deliciously crispy. Always check your order, regardless of which Mac you order.

We had an excellent stay. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Eggs are made to order. Only 8 rooms, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Gated, access with a code. The rooms are neat and clean. Excellent location relative to the strip, and the beach is also very easy to walk to or €4 by Uber/Bolt. We would definitely stay here again.
