Worst McDonald's ever. There are only two highchairs for the entire restaurant. Parents have to eat with babies on their laps. Then you also have to pay for the incredibly dirty restrooms. The staff is incredibly slow and constantly serves the wrong orders. Honestly, one star is too many! Just drive to another restaurant.

It's strange that there are only two high chairs here. With a full restaurant, several children had to sit on laps. The manager said this never happens normally... haha. Well, this time I'm not choosing to eat uncomfortably. I canceled the order, but unfortunately, it was already ready, and then the manager suddenly wanted to look for a chair. A bit of a shame. I'm in Dordrecht now. There are still eight free high chairs here. See, this way it can be done.

What a terrible mess. Not a single empty table because every table was covered in trash, and the trash cans on and next to them were overflowing. We'd already ordered, otherwise we would have left.

My order had been waiting a while, and we were waiting for drinks, so my fries and hamburger were cold 😡 One of the servers was cleaning the trays while there was a huge mess on the floor where customers are supposed to eat. The service, staff, and food could definitely be much better...

I'm FURIOUS! I'm ANGRY! I'm SHOCKED! How can a company like McDonald's provide such rude service?! I mean, I go there to buy food, not to be harassed and ignored! The fries were COLD, the drinks and carrots were MISSING, and the table hadn't even been cleaned! And then I have to PAY FOR THE RESTROOM?! €0.50 to use the restroom?! That's just RIDICULOUS! And then the wait... Over 20 minutes! I mean, what are they doing there?! It's just unacceptable! I'm never going to this McDonald's again, and I advise everyone to do the same. There are better options nearby that are customer-friendly and offer good service.

The service was nice but not too fast.

This time, so, so bad! Never experienced anything this bad before. The fries still tasted raw. The cheeseburgers were dry, and the buns were too hard around the edges. The chocolate milkshake was undrinkable; it was more cream than milkshake. We had to throw it away because I drove onto the highway and couldn't turn back.

I come here to eat 30 euros worth of mediocre burgers and then I also have to pay to go to the toilet

Paid toilets after you've already paid too much for the saltiest food. Can't even wash your hands after eating that stuff.

Mc Donalds always stays the best. I dont understand people how they can hate MC Donalds. The idea was always a success juat because a couple owners made it bad for others doesnt mean every MC Donalds is the same.

I didn't get the toys I wanted from BTS and the burger bun was hard

They were taking orders away to make sure they were "on time." The food sat there getting cold for 10 minutes, even though they said nine times, "Yes, the fries aren't here yet, no, yes, they're coming," and then they were given cold food AND cold fries. Absolutely disgusting, and the people there were just worried about time, marking orders as "prepared" and crossing them off so others would think it was good. 1 for service 1 for food 1 for atmosphere

I once ordered food 10 minutes before closing because I'd finished a 14-hour shift and barely eaten anything all day. Apparently, the staff didn't appreciate me ordering food 10 minutes before closing because my food was deliberately loaded with a terrible amount of salt. I didn't even finish it and went home. I hope karma gets you someday.

This time, the fries were freshly made and deliciously crispy. Always check your order, regardless of which Mac you order.

We had an excellent stay. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Eggs are made to order. Only 8 rooms, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Gated, access with a code. The rooms are neat and clean. Excellent location relative to the strip, and the beach is also very easy to walk to or €4 by Uber/Bolt. We would definitely stay here again.

Disgrace. I ordered four ice cream cones at the Drive-Thru, which, while three customers ahead of me were waiting at the takeout window, were sealed. Upon arriving at the window, I was handed four leaking, half-melted ice cream cones, but they couldn't provide a tray or box to put them in. I only live three minutes from the Drive-Thru, but the ice cream had already been tapped for 10 minutes, and all my clothes and car upholstery were covered in melted ice.

Sauces are served in plastic bags instead of containers like in the rest of Europe. One star extra for the bathroom gate, which doesn't set off an alarm if you go over the top 😀

We stopped for a coffee together on the way back. We had to wait over 20 minutes for two coffees. And then we also had to pay to use the restroom...

Some of the staff don't seem to take their work here very seriously. At 3:08 PM, I ordered two mini McWraps at the McDonald's Drive. Afterward, I had to park in the designated parking space. There was no one else there yet. After waiting 12 minutes, I was the first to finally get what I ordered.

Very slow McDrive. Regardless of what I order or the time I do it, almost always take a seat in the parking lot where it is brought.

Just don't know where to start. First of all, we had to wait a very long time for two menus and a happy meal. Literally, others who ordered later got their menus first (I'm not talking about small orders that are usually earlier). After asking (which also took a while) we got a general answer that it would be right there. After a long wait, the food arrived at the table, with two incomplete menus and a cold burger. With the incomplete menus, we missed a filet-o-fish burger and cherry tomatoes with the happy meal. The cold burger was the new mcspicy. Very disappointing burger where, without exaggeration, only half of the burger bun was filled. The icing on the cake was that there were no napkins, considering that you can't get them without asking at the cash register. So it should be included, especially if you come to eat with children (given the happy meal). There was never a moment when we were asked (after indicating what was missing) if everything else was to our liking. NOTE: It was not busy, there were no more than three other orders before us.

This McDonald's has been out of order for a while. Our large fries were half full and the previous order was a fiasco. A hamburger without a hamburger can't be right?

I guess its now McDonald the pub, because in restaurants You have access to toilet without the ridiculous paygate. I know, some will say its just 50 cents, but well - exactly. How can a branch of second biggest land owner worldwide not be able to afford tapwater and soap? Imagine on what else they could be cutting the costs if even hygiene is not something fundamental.

Poor Faisel/Fayzal was just cleaning the tables and she started snapping at him about having to ask her first. Scary ten-ton guy wanted to lick the tables first and it was daring to see it happen. A real mood killer. Felt really mean towards him, he didn't do anything wrong, he just did his job. Hard work towards her. Will come back again, but you don't have to see this twice!

There's no sign that you can only order by driving through the drive in! After we went there by foot the woman in told us aggressively that she can't give walkers food. But how can I get there with the car when I'm already in the parking lot??? That was very rude!
