There are longer waiting times when demand is high.

A female manager regularly made inappropriate comments and gossiped about guests and staff while other guests were present. Furthermore, the food is consistently of extremely poor quality. Today I waited 40 minutes, and the burgers were already ready. Such a shame. Filing a complaint is pointless; it's my fault for trying again and again. The staff is otherwise incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Mediocre, expensive and dirty restaurant.

It's an okay Mac however when it is really busy it is a total mess, they had a nugget deal last week and we had to wait 50 minutes for a 20 piece, it was a mistake on their side. And the whole room was filled with trash, it was really busy so can't really blame them, but would not recommend If busy

I was disappointed in this place, and it all started out well. I came to the Netherlands to McDonald's for the first time, but the inside of this place was terribly poorly cleaned, both the floor and the tables (I cleaned mine myself). There were also no signs at hand, and many had the same problem at this place, so I wrote down the table number, but that's not all. The food itself was strange. First, they brought us Coke with ice, but we asked for it without. Then the burgers turned out to have a minimal amount of sauce, only on top, the bottom bun was literally empty. I also want to add a plus, namely the sauces; they were more than at any McDonald's. 35g. I usually see only 20g. Well, that's where the pluses end. Also, at McDonald's, the restroom was closed for over an hour, and the staff went there every five seconds. Also, in my opinion, there was not a single adult manager in the McDonald's itself, only students.

It was terribly dirty, I had to clean it up myself, the food was terrible, half a potato had disappeared somewhere, the toilet was closed, but the staff could go there, but visitors weren't allowed to.

I need a course on how to handle customers and their complaints. The manager is useless. A terrible impression, all in all, not recommended for fast food. But reading the other reviews, MAC management isn't doing anything about it either. Very disappointing. Best, Claudia!!!

I ate here last Friday night. But what a mess! Tables covered in trash everywhere. I told the order counter I'd eat it there, but I got it in a bag. The sauce wasn't right. Luckily, it was replaced with the correct sauce. But maybe they should pay more attention to cleaning the tables, floor, and everything else. I'm not sure I'll eat here again.

Opening time was 10:00, but we had to wait outside in the rain until 10:05. The coffee machine was being cleaned, and we had to wait 10 minutes for our coffee. The staff looked bored, even though the stairs to the restrooms were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The restrooms were also dirty, and there was no soap for handwashing, even though it was right after they opened.

The order was incomplete for the umpteenth time. Both at McDonald's and having it delivered to my home. The employees were snarky and completely unfocused on the customer.

The absolute worst dive with unfriendly staff. The place hadn't been cleaned in ages. Disgusting.

Simply filthy, piles of unsealed trays. We waited 40 minutes for our food and in the end, the veggie burger we ordered was just a regular chicken burger with chicken meat. We wouldn't eat there again.

I actually enjoy coming to Enschede. But the McDonald's here really shocked me. You wait an hour for your food. The tables aren't cleared, and there's nowhere to sit because it's filthy everywhere. In Germany, it's a thousand times cleaner. I honestly wonder if the staff here actually work? First and last time here.

For German guests, it's unusual to have to pay for the restroom. But otherwise, it's the same as all McDonald's.

I've never been to such a filthy McDonald's. There's nowhere to sit because the mess from previous customers hasn't been cleaned up. Everything is filthy, and you even have to pay to use the restroom—which is also extremely dirty and doesn't have toilet paper.

It took about 30 minutes for us to get everything. That's pretty bad for a fast-food restaurant, even though we were the only ones in the store. By 9:30 a.m., there were no more croissants or hot chocolate. So, pretty poorly organized.

Multiple times delinquents make trouble there

We waited 25 minutes for coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies. Our order number wasn't even on the screen; we had to go to the counter! Your staff should fix this; it's disrespectful to the customers.

All the food was cold, from the fries to the hamburgers, very dirty.

It's a real nightmare with orders here. A while ago, I went to eat here with a friend and our kids. She'd already received her order. I went to ask where mine was. The whole order had disappeared, so it still had to be made. They'd already finished their food, and I still had to start. I recently had McDonald's delivered, and a burger was missing. We called them, and they told us to come pick it up ourselves?! Last week, I was waiting for my order, and I saw one order after another coming back because it was wrong. I looked at my receipt and saw that I hadn't ordered any sauce, even though I had said I had. So I pointed it out, and the girl told me she'd add it. I wanted to pay for it, but I didn't have to. I thought that was nice of her. When I got home, the sauce was still missing! Today, I ordered a McFlurry for the kids. It took fifteen minutes to get the order, and then I got the wrong McFlurry, which I had to return. 🥲 Where people work, mistakes happen. I totally get it. But I don't know what's been happening here lately; it's just one thing after another. Such a shame.

We took the train to this horrible chain, and oh man, it was disappointing. When we walked into the store, we were absolutely shocked! While ordering, we saw that the signs with the order number were gone. We then had to pick up the food ourselves and had to wait 25 minutes even after they said it was ready at the counter. When we opened the container of chicken nuggets, we were disappointed. There were one nugget missing... scandalous, it made my niece cry. Then there was no pickle on our hamburger. We'll never be back. Disgraceful.

Expensive meanwhile a little food

We've been there before to get something to eat. However, the digital signage wasn't working, it was a huge, filthy, and disgusting mess inside. Ordering at the counter wasn't even possible, and no one responded to the staff. People were yelling and happy. The quality was absolutely disappointing. I left immediately and tried again today. It was quiet, and we were helped at the counter. The food was only slightly better than pig food. Mister sauce and such. The fries were cold, too. They don't give sauce in a nasty bag these days, and you have to figure out where to put it. And Ed was still a filthy, disgusting, and disgusting mess. As far as I'm concerned, the place should close down, Rob Geus, and give it a good cleaning first. Because we're not happy here. Oh yeah, and one more thing: if you do want to use the restroom, you're politely asked to put €0.50 in the dispensers so you can get through the gate. Even if you ate there, they don't give a damn.

A very dirty, smelly toilet that you also have to pay for. Your feet stuck to the floor, the towel dispenser was broken, and the hand dryer didn't work. The ice cream was overpriced for a cup that wasn't completely full.

I find it incomprehensible that a company leaves such a mess in the city center every day. Even far from McDonald's, you can still see the trash on the streets, on benches, in the bushes. McDonald’s Enschede Review Unfortunately, our visit was not very pleasant. Although we arrived before the lunch rush, the restaurant was generally dirty. Tables were not cleaned and sticky. The staff, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful. A big downside: even if you eat in, you have to pay 50 cents for the toilet - while the toilets were very dirty and partly broken. On the positive side, the burgers were served really hot and fresh despite the long waiting time. All in all, there is room for improvement.

The waiter is terrible, the service is slow, I ordered a salad and had to wait 25 minutes. When I finally went to the checkout, they told me that they had forgotten my salad and that I had missed the train because of them.

All the food was greasy and completely cold, very unhygienic place, employees shout angrily at each other and say, among other things, that each other gives them headaches. The food was typical mc. The selection at the happy meal was larger than in Germany 👍🏽 For example, instead of fries, there was a bag of carrots to choose from. There were still fries with it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Choice of drinking cups whether reusable or disposable (extra fee). You probably have to have it delivered to your table, the machine asked for a table number, the delivery for relatively little (2p) took quite a long time. It was very crowded, very loud, the door was always opening, which brought the cold into the rooms. One bench had no seat and was not locked. Prices were relatively the same as Germany.

Yesterday, January 3, '25, my boyfriend and I went to McDonald's around 1:00 am because we had eaten very little that day. I ordered 3 cheese burgers for myself 😅 and my friend some too. When we received the order and were almost home, we noticed that I was missing 2 burgers. So we went back to pick up the rest. Then 1 cheeseburger was pressed into my hands and I grumpily wished them a nice evening. It may be a small amount and I'm not at all into writing reviews, but it's just too crazy for words that things go wrong at McDonald's time and time again and they make extra profit by (not) including the wrong or missing products. to give.
