The schnitzel is greasy and soggy, the spareribs are soggy, the chicken satay is a bit too spicy and not very warm, and I could go on and on. There are also good dishes, but nothing to write home about. Each round takes a very long time to get another, which doesn't really help. They keep ordering drinks, but when you ask for a glass of tap water, you suddenly get a bottle without them telling you because they don't serve tap water. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy, looks neat and pleasant, and the service is excellent.

It always takes a long time to get your order. Within two hours, I received three appetizers with a side dish, and even then, it was practically cold. The schnitzel wasn't cooked properly, the tenderloin was cold, and the pepper was too much. The price, quality, and quantity are poor; I feel ripped off. I also suspect this is the way this franchise operates; it's easy money. I went to McDonald's afterward.

We had one of the best steaks we've ever eaten here, with a delicious appetizer. The beef tataki as a starter was excellent, and the 300-gram Black Angus steak was cooked to perfection. The service was a bit slow, and they initially forgot to order our main course. Luckily, this was resolved with a complimentary round of drinks. In short, fantastic food and a good recovery from a mistake, but the speed could be a bit sharper.

We dined with four people at a (Burgundian) dinner for friends celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful evening, absolutely 100% top-notch. The staff, host, and the ladies all deserve a 10 out of 10. You can be proud of that. Highly recommended.

Quite noisy, small restaurant, very close together, and the air conditioning was broken, so it was incredibly hot. The steak is inedible; there's really nothing special about it compared to other places we've been, and the time between courses is simply far too long. Still, I don't want to criticize everything because the waitress really did her best! And that's always worth something, but the meat is average all-you-can-eat quality. Sometimes you have to try something new, but this wasn't for us, and the price-quality ratio is 2/10 in my opinion.

To be fair, the food was delicious. Friendly service. Highly recommended!!! It's a real shame, though, that you have to wait at least an hour each time for your next bite (or plate) of food. After three hours, you get two tapas plates with a dish on them... so the men in our group didn't eat enough. That's a real shame because the food was delicious, but extremely slow. Of course, that makes it expensive. Not recommended for big eaters.

Jammer dat je na lekker gegeten ,na twee flessen wijn genuttigd te hebben en bier je vraagt om een glaasje water deze alleen bij de wijn kunt krijgen ,kon wel spa blauw kopen .De rondes bestellen duurde soms wel erg lang. Met een groep van 8 personen niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

It's a shame that after a delicious meal, after consuming two bottles of wine and beer, you ask for a glass of water, which you can only get with the wine. You could have bought sparkling water. Ordering rounds sometimes took a very long time. With a group of eight, it's not worth repeating.

Vriendelijke en attente bediening We hebben a la carte gegeten, voorgerechten, vlees en nagerechten waren heerlijk. De in eerdere reviews vermeldde problemen met het putje zijn opgelost. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het probleem is dat de medewerkers van de bediening vrij jong zijn, ik denk gemiddeld 18, met het lijkt, minder ervaring. Er is geen persoon die echt de leiding heeft over deze jongelui. In de keuken een ouder iemand. Besluiteloosheid en niet direct service gericht, waardoor de wachttijden (iets) langer zijn. Dit leidt tot mogelijke irritatie bij de klant. Ik heb zelf lekker gegeten, anderen aan tafel minder. Misschien heb ik juiste keuzes gemaakt. De glazen moeten echter niet lang leeg staan, maar dat gebeurd dus wel. Als klant moet je niet hoeven vragen om drank. Mijn tip; zet een ervaren iemand in de bediening, die de boel overziet en aanstuurt. Op die manier komt het goed.

We spent a weekend at vd Valk in Nijmegen, but we love eating tapas. We made a reservation at Meet & Ribs. It was great!! Highly recommended

The service is super friendly and they work so well together. The food is more than fine. Nice atmosphere. It is advisable to reserve a spot in time. There are many who already know that you can enjoy an evening here.

Service was prima, wat langzaam maar vriendelijk. Eten was oké op z’n best. Vlees waren ene keer heerlijk mals en de andere keer taai (zelfde soort vlees). Toetjes waren prima. Het minste van de avond vond ik toch wel dat ik een allergie(intolerantie) had doorgegeven bij de reservering en bij vrijwel elk gerecht dit alsnog garnering werd gebruikt. Dit heb ik voor het bestellen nog een keer benoemd en dit was gelezen. Na 2x als garnering dit nogmaals gevraagd omdat ik graag een gerecht wilde bestellen waarin het misschien zou kunnen zitten maar dit zou eruit worden gelaten. Helaas kwam ik alsnog wat tegen (het leek er dus gewoon tussenuit gehaald) en had ik er ondertussen ook al wat van gegeten. Daar dus later behoorlijk last van gehad. Voor ons dus niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Erg jammer want het concept is super!

The "diner bourgondische proeverij" tasted amazing, the dishes prepared by the chef definitely deserve compliments. Other than that, the service was alright, they are friendly, but what I think is "not smart" is that they literally put the full plate of food out to see for us, so I knew it was done and ready, but they still took 20-30 minutes before serving it to us and that kinda stung a little, because they were also just chatting with each other in the meantime. Though I do think this was after the boss left, so just a friendly reminder that "when the cat is away from home the mice dance on the table". Meaning in this case, once the boss leaves the establishment, the service becomes... not that amazing. The decoration is nice and very lovely, but it feels a bit cramped, I think they are in need of a bigger establishment.

Leuk en sfeer vol restaurantje maar wel een paar minpuntjes Leuke bediening. Maar vlees werd niet top gebakken. Maar toetjes waren heel goed. We zaten precies bij de deur van de wc . Maar het slechtste vonden wij dat onder onze tafel een afvoer putje zat en dat was behoorlijk aan het stinken . En dat probleem was wel bekend bij het personeel en niet iets wat pas was Vele klachten van eerdere bezoekers hadden ze gehad.

We used to always go to the location in Cuijk, but after it was closed we decided to try it here. We were positively surprised by the staff and the delicious food. Definitely worth repeating!

Nice varied menu, dishes were delicious and very pleasant staff, but no air conditioning in your restaurant in 2024 is sad. We were suffering from the heat at our table and I seriously wonder whether those great waiters are even allowed to work under these conditions. That could really be better.

Had dinner here with my wife for the first time last Thursday. Very friendly and good help from Daniel. The interior of the restaurant feels very homely. The atmosphere was very successful. We both ate spare ribs and we both agreed that it had been a while since we had such tasty spare ribs. So very successful. I like to drive from Arnhem to eat here.

3,5 uur gezeten , lekker gegeten bediening goede steaks ..Rood zoals het Hoort ... kip ook lekker ,ribs goed , varkenshaas ,lekker, kip gied op smaak , de gamba heerlijke saus, hamburger gewoon (h)eerlijk balletjes gehakt in lekkere saus, ba gerechten perfect , gewoon.. rustig... gaan zitten... rustig de kaart bestuderen , dan gerecht voor gerecht laten komen met zoveel mogelijk variatie ... er zijn zoveel verschillende mensen ...is dus ook smaken ... maar bij mij is het altijd heel makkelijk kip is wit van kleur varkens Haas Rose van kleur .. rood vlees het woord zegt het al en gaarvlees (ribs) is gaar oftewel grijs van kleur

Had dinner last night at Meet&Ribs in Bemmel. When we made our reservation earlier that day, we were greeted very friendly by a lady from the kitchen. She thought along with us about the smallest one in our group and the associated high chair or booster seat... this ultimately became a wonderfully soft, thick cushion on a chair. (Thanks for that!) Upon arrival we had to carefully check whether this was the right restaurant, as it is a lot smaller than we thought. Given the rave reviews, a larger building may not be a bad idea to increase sales. Once inside we found a cozy yet surprisingly spacious setting, with just enough tables not to give it a crammed feeling, chappeau. The lady who provided us with a table and drinks was very friendly and immediately introduced us to the concept of "the tasting" by explaining everything well and clearly. The drinks arrived quickly, unfortunately there was no option to get a carafe of water, only a large bottle of still or sparkling water for €5.75. Not expensive but still. After completing our first choice card, the wait began, which took quite a while between all the cards. Because you can also order 1 dish + side dish per person/per round, an evening like ours is less suitable for small(er) children. All this does not detract from the excellent dishes and everything tasted excellent, but the pace of serving the dishes was very slow for our group. I sat at the table for a total of more than 3 hours, the help of a phone screen was unavoidable in the end 🤫 But enough whining: The desserts were very nicely made and the flavors were well matched. We would love to come back again, with the two of us and the kids with the babysitter. Thank you for the nice evening!

Small restaurant but not inferior to a large restaurant, but seriously nice and cozy, nice staff and the food is really delicious!

Saturday April 13, 2024 had a delicious meal with two good friends, the atmosphere was good and the food was delicious! Slightly on the expensive side at €42.50 per person excluding drinks. Worth repeating!

Ate here with family on Christmas. Reception and service was very good. The occasion is not particularly large, but this really improves the atmosphere. Food very good. An extensive choice of dishes that are of very good quality. Highly recommended to enjoy many good dishes at a reasonable price.

Meet and Ribs is my favorite all you can eat restaurant. I've been here several times and it's always good. The service is friendly, the food is tasty (especially a good idea if you also like desserts). The name says it all, but I'm also a fan of the ribs. Too bad the French Garlic is off the menu. It's also a shame that he is gone in Arnhem, I don't have a car myself and Bemmel is not always convenient. But well worth the hard work! Legend: 1) Terrible! I don't recommend it, I will never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I won't come again. 3) Ok, nothing wrong with that, but nothing special, nice for once. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! De proeverij was wel lekker. En het personeel ook erg vriendelijk en correct. Maar na de eerste paar gangen moesten we wel erg lang wachten op de volgende gang. Niet erg netjes. En het was niet eens druk. Toch een leuke avond gehad

Gisteren wezen eten met ons team. Sfeer was ongedwongen en het eten was erg lekker. We hebben gezeten van 18 uur tot 22.30 en voelde ons niet opgejaagd om plaats te maken voor de volgende. Zekers voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super gezellig gezeten en alles was heerlijk leuke bediening .maar ook vooral je zo fijn kan tafelen geen haast en einde van de avond voldaan .👍👍

22april hier gegeten met een grote groep. Eten was goed, service was enorm slecht! Ruim 30-45 min geen drinken, tafel wordt niet leeggeruimd, ober geeft daarna lakse reactie (Interesseert hem niks)

Leuke zaak lekker eten goede service

Het vlees (steak, varkenshaas) word te lang gebakken waardoor het droog is. toetjes waren heerlijk en de service en vriendelijkheid van het personeel is goed. Sterk aan te bevelen, Vervang de stoelen, bij binnenkomst zagen we al snel dat echt elke stoel kapot is.

het was vandaag niet heel erg druk, helaas was de gastvrouw niet gericht op service en gasten. Eten was redelijk maar de wachttijden voor een concept als dit zeer slecht. We hebben hier eerder gegeten, lekker om de hoek, maar nu nooit meer.
