Don’t believe the hype it really is closed

Closed, we were excited to try it but it is no longer in business

They did a collab with another restaurant so the card was different from last time. We were all a bit hungry but we didn't see anything we liked from that special card so we ate lunch somewhere else. Drinks were good and not too pricy for the city. Service was nice but they weren't that quick.

We ate baguettes for breakfast there. At first we were skeptical about whether the price was worth it, but the baguettes were really worth every cent! It was super tasty :)

Workers don’t know what to do and many mistakes on each step: mixing the orders, forgetting to bring forks, not counting right… Food is not good enough especially for these prices.

Brunch closes on a Sunday and bartender who doesn't know how to do anything

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer einfachen Mahlzeit und das Restaurant liegt wirklich sehr passend an einer Hauptstraße mit schönen Sitzplätzen. Der Service war sehr nett. Meine Frau und ich haben dann verschiedene Karten bekommen - und die Preise waren unterschiedlich. Eine Pizza kostet abends scheinbar 17,50€ und nachmittags 20,50€. Haben dann eine Flasche Wasser und 2x Pizza Salami bestellt. Die Pizza war eine Katastrophe- der Teig war sehr hefig und es gab keine braune Stelle. Die Tomatensauce schmeckte nach nichts - lediglich die scharfe Peperoni Salami hatte einen guten aber sehr salzigen Geschmack. Auch die Gäste neben uns am Tisch - die eine art fFadenbrot-Sandwich hatten waren absolut nicht begeistert. Schade - schöne Lage - gutes Personal - schlechtes Essen.

delicious food and amazing prices (for amsterdam). ordered brunch and was surprised by how little we paid for the quality of the food. would defo recommend if visiting amsterdam. the venue is also so lovely- its light and cozy with cool designs and also above a canal. staff was super kind too. would definitely come back! :)

Very close to the main station and definitely a place to visit if you are close to the Amsterdam main station. I went here in 2019 the restaurant converted to a bar and a place to shake a leg in the evening.

Haben nur etwas Trinken wollen - Warteten mind 15 min auf die Karte. Zu uns hieß es keine Speisen. Anderen Gästen wurde Essen gebracht. Nachdem wir die Karte erhielten warteten wir wieder sehr lange auf eine Bedingung, die die Bestellung aufnahm. Getränke kamen dann schnell. Zum Bezahlen sind wir dann nach drinnen, da die Bedingung nicht auffindbar war. Wirklich sehr schlechter Service.

Brunch che ha superato tutte le aspettative. Molto soddisfatti. Servizio veloce e personale cordiale. Prezzi nella media della città.

Good food! Always booked inside, so make a reservation if it’s too cold out for you. The patio is very nice though and staff is extremely considerate.

I don't even know where to start. A couple of months ago, I have stumbled across this restaurant and had their burrata sandwich. It was the best sandwich I have ever had in my life. Today, I went to Amsterdam again, and I knew I had to eat here again, me and two friends of mine came especially for the sandwich. The sandwich was no longer on the menu, but when we told the really friendly waitress, she went and talked to the chefs to make it for us. The sandwich was even better than I remembered. The ciabata is fresh and crunchy, just like the bread from Ratatouille was. The burrata tasted like it was freshly made out of milk from italian cows, the vegetables, perfectly cooked. The entire table went silent in awe, we only talked about it for the next 20 minutes. Might I add, the coffee was always amazing (Dutch coffee always dissapoints me so this was new). I also ordered the cake of the day, it was a fruit cheesecake drizzled with chocolate: another slay. Overall, 20/10, the staff especially, I recommand it with the entirety of my heart.

I popped in for a quick bite of breakfast before heading off on the Eurostar. I chose the avocado and eggs on toast. The menu listed chili flakes but I asked for it without. The eggs were ever so slightly underdone, with a bit of ‘goo’, but otherwise tasty. I appreciated the avocado being sliced avocado rather than guacamole as you tend to fund when ordering this elsewhere.

Très bon! Nous y avons mangé en début de semaine, nous avions pris des avocado toast avec une portion de frites et bâtonnet de fromage et deux boissons. Prix très correct, nous n’avons pas trouvé ça cher.

Wonderful service and really nice food!

Seated right away with prompt service. Ordered the açaí bowl and vegetable frittata and avocado toast which came out in 10 mins and was absolutely delicious! Server was delightful, too.

Geen vriendelijke bediening en de koffie en frietjes waren koud. Het broodje was wel lekker.

Beställde Scrambled Eggs. Tog cirka 25 min att få maten. Då var äggen kalla. Mina kompisar beställde korv som kom in bränd i kanten. Jag hade gått till ett annat ställe nästa gång.

Nice place in the middle of the city, sunny terrace, excellent food! Great veggie options!

We loved this place, until it changed the menu. We were used to come for brunch but most of the things we loved are not there anymore. They had awesome “eggs metropolitain” which we loved. And amazing croissants. All is gone… that’s sad :( PS. We’ve been told that the menu has changed to become more “italian”. As an italian, I feel like it was more italian then than now… without croissants…..

Service vraiment pas top, j’ai commandé un lobster roll, sans lobster a 14 euros. Ils ont oublié la moitié des commandes. Je met deux étoiles pour les frites

Friendly staff, but They are understaffed so it took way too long

Il posto è carino. Si mangiano cose da Brunch ed il cibo è buono, anche se su due volte che sono andata, mancava la salsa olandese compresa in uno dei piatti di punta del locale, anche la spremuta d’arancia era esaurita, cosa principale di ogni brunch che si ritenga tale. Non trovo carino il fatto che la prima cosa che ti dicono all’accoglienza è “no cash only card”…almeno salutare mi sembra doveroso.

Heerlijke pasta en pizza’s, toch wel de beste pizza die ik ooit in Nederland heb gegeten!!!
