Todavía nos estamos acostumbrando a mi nuevo entorno y probando varios restaurantes en el vecindario y esta noche entramos a Brooklyn en el muelle de NDSM. Fuimos recibidos por Leonardo que nos mostró a nuestra mesa. Si bien el menú no es extenso es puro y delicioso. Mi compañero tenía el filete irlandés añadiendo patatas asadas mientras yo tenía el tagliatelle de hongos. Ambos disfrutamos de nuestra comida y terminamos con un doble expreso para mí y dos cucharadas de helado de vainilla para mi pareja. ¡Oh y el vino Merlot es tan calmante y cálido para los sentidos! Gran lugar donde podíamos charlar mientras disfrutamos de nuestra comida!

The salmon was raw inside (unedible) and the potatos were cold (improperly heated). Overall, not a pleasant experience. The service was quite slow. They didn’t come and check if everything is ok. The worst part: they tried to charge more than quoted on the menu.

We had a lovely time. My wife and I enjoyed a great meal at Brooklyn Restaurant last night. The food was amazing and so was the service. The chef came out to talk to us and treated us with goodies along and after the meal. Highly recommend 👍🏽🤠

Real nice atmosphere, friendly staff and really nice and tasty food. The chef Rui brought an amuse which tasted really good. I had a pizza, normally is basic and oké, but i was surprised by the taste and the amound of topping. Lovely. Afterwards i got a small desert wich turned out to be a typical Portuguese snack i knew from Spain, it tasted really good. Thanks to the staff, cheff and the nice experience.

Staying at the Doubletree Hotel which this restaurant is attached to and is the hotel restaurant. First Hilton hotel and first double tree that I have received an Amuse Bouche at !!! And the dinner I had of Goats Cheese salad was excellent. The hotel it's attached to is equally as nice and both restaurant and hotel are a great close location to the city. Red wine was equally really good and all was very good value for money. Will return.

Never would have thought that this is a good restaurant. But the food is very good. The waiters very kind and even the chef with personal explanations on the table makes this restaurant one of the better ones in Amsterdam. Yes it’s under the Hilton, yes it’s difficult to find where the entrance is. But give it a chance.

Been here during the IJhallen flea market. It was a lot quieter at the other catering points. That should be an advantage, but the service seemed very inexperienced, with an illogical cash register system, VERY limited selection of drinks and food and everyone had to wait in line for a very long time. The fries finally came relatively quickly. Loaded fries were ok, nothing special, but pricey. Next time we'll skip this thing...

A nice place in a great location. Unfortunately, the praise ends here. The restaurant was not overly busy but I had to queue for 25 minutes to buy a coffee and cake. Then it was another 25 minutes waiting for a piece of cake at the counter, watching staff handle food with unwashed hands, staring at an overflowing bin where they were trying to make burgers. By the time the cake was finally served, the coffee was cold. A waste of a prime location.

Don't come, don't waste your time. 40 minutes waiting for two coffees and two slices of cake. The waiter served other customers who arrived much later and we had to leave without having received anything. I have traveled all over the world and this is quite possibly one of the worst services I have ever seen.

Great food and super sweet staff. We were greeted so well as soon as we walked in the door by their wonderful waitress, who were knowledgeable about their selection of drinks and had a very positive and friendly attitude. They allowed us some take-away entre after our dinner, which normally isn't something they offer, but wasn't a problem either way. The food was great. One of the best vegan burgers ever according to my partner, and absolutely fantastic bacon on the non-vegan burger, as well as a perfectly cooked medium-rare burger, with a wonderful taste. The meal was also plenty, so you're unlikely to go hungry after eating here.

In total shock I write my review after a night's sleep about how I can and want to share our experience. First of all, beautifully decorated, beautiful clean open kitchen and super beautiful designs of Chesterfields. Top! Now to the core. After looking at nice tasty options we decided to make a reservation at 6:00 PM on Saturday. It was pretty quiet but I understand that now! Order was: 2x carpaccio, 2 shrimp croquettes, 1 steak, 1 salmon, 1 children's menu pasta bolognese, 2 creme brulee and 3 drinks. Carpaccios: received without pine nuts, warm plate for a cold dish, without sauce and way too many wrong type of lettuce leaves. Rating 3.5 Shrimp croquette: 3.5 cm long each, again the same lump of lettuce leaves with too small a paper container of sauce. Number 5 Steak: well cooked, 2 pieces of too hard bimi, 2 pieces of too hard carrot arranged like tic tac toe and not enough sauce. Delivered without fries or other option. Nothing offered and not asked my mistake Salmon: Same garnish in terms of fantasy, but it was nicely cooked but not in proportion to the price (number 7) Children's menu bolognese: rating 6.5 because there wasn't much to say about it. Small plate, a large scoop of pasta and the children, well, they don't really have many expectations of the chef. Creme brulee: arrived and immediately confirmed our feeling. Creme brulle was warm and soft so un-set. Too little sugar, so the caramelized sugar was as thin as the custard-like filling. Top with 3 raspberries and 1 piece of ice. But that didn't help our disappointment. Grade: 1 All in all we tried to enjoy ourselves, but after the bill came, the door closed behind us in shock. >146€ price versus quality is really completely off. But I understand the overhead costs due to the laceration, but damn! I stop because I can go on for hours, but it still gives me stomach problems and it doesn't taste good

We received a friendly welcome; but unfortunately that was it. The food took longer than an hour to arrive. We were not offered anything so we asked for bread ourselves after 50 minutes. The salmon (which according to the menu would include potatoes) only came with half a carrot to garnish. When asked, the response was almost shocked and announced that the potatoes were gone. Unbelievable that this is only said when serving and then when asked instead of when ordering a dish for 30 (!!!) euros. We could choose another side dish, which became a salad. All in all very dissatisfied. I would advise against eating here.

Leuke locatie, mooi ingericht en goed om even op te warmen. Helaas is hiermee al het positieve genoemd. De bediening was drukker met elkaar in gesprek dan op de gasten te letten. De prijs stond niet in verhouding tot de waarde, 30 euro voor 2 simpele tosti's (dunne boterhammen met plakje ham/kaas) met wat friet en 2 cappuccino. Uiteraard eigen keuze om daar te gaan zitten maar een volgende keer in de buurt kijk ik wel verder.

Lunch maandag omdat we in de buurt moesten zijn. Onverwacht leuke plek. Bijzondere locatie (kom je niet zo maar langs...). Leek ons eerst duur, maar uiteindelijk waar voor ons geld: broodje zalm/avocado enz. en gebakken zeebaars. Koffie- en frisdrank prijzen: ± als in centrum Amsterdam of iets goedkoper. We zagen pizza 'voorbij komen'. Zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit. M.i. kun je beter geen pizza's op menu zetten als je geen goed deeg en goede pizzaoven hebt. Wellicht beter: flammkuchen en meer pasta gerechten? Het was erg rustig. Wel lekker gezeten

Wir waren mehrmals dort essen. Es war immer sehr gut. Bei unserem letzten Besuch hatte ein Koch sehr schlechte Laune und schimpfte laut hinter dem Frontcookingbereich herum, weil wir eine Beilage beim Steak getauscht haben. Hard to decide is it 4 or 3 starts… Definitely not what it used to be pre pandemic. Boring menu, unprepared staff and good food - at least dinner (very tasty soup and acceptable burger). At breakfast scrambled egg was over cooked and most of “hot” meals were barely warm, sometimes cold.

Every visit brings a new level of frustration. You ask for poached eggs, they bring boiled. You sit down, and before you can even look at the menu, someone insists on taking your order. When you say you’d like to check the menu first, their enthusiasm vanishes. Later, you have to chase a waiter just to place your order. But today, they truly outdid themselves. We were a group of ten, and I was the first to leave. I went to the counter — not the table — to pay only my share. The waiter said he couldn’t do that and When I asked why, a woman suddenly appeared, introducing herself as the manager. She declared that she was too busy to take separate payments. I calmly explained that I wasn’t asking for separate bills at the table — I was at the counter, ready to pay. Her response was astonishingly rude and dismissive. She kept talking in a condescending tone, clearly irritated that I even dared to question her logic. My 3-year-old son, watching all this, asked, “Mom, why is she speaking like that?” — a question I honestly couldn’t answer. What made it worse was that while being openly dismissive toward me, she turned around and smiled politely to the woman behind me in line — saying “sorry” to her while ignoring me. It was hard not to feel that she was being extra rude simply because I’m not Dutch. The food is average at the best, overpriced, and absolutely not worth the attitude. Unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, I strongly suggest staying away. I’ve lived and worked in many countries and met people from countless cultures, but I’ve never encountered anyone in hospitality as unprofessional and unpleasant as this waitress. While they may be short-staffed, it’s not the customer’s responsibility to accommodate their chaos . Being understaffed doesn’t excuse arrogance, — and at Eendracht, arrogance seems to be part of the menu.

I hope someone finds this useful, but I do not recommend this place. We sat at the table downstairs, but since it was a table for 4, waitress asked us to sit at another table for 2 (place was 1/3 empty at the time, but okay, not a problem). She sat us down at a table upstairs and gave us menus. Then we were waiting for like 15 minutes and nobody took our order, but people who came in after us were ordering. I went to the counter and asked if they can take our order and then another waitress said we should order via QR code. I do not know why she couldn’t tell us that at the begining. So we ordered via QR code and had to pre-pay our order. When we got our order, one person got it wrong (pouched eggs with bacon instead of salmon). I asked for replacement and the second time I got completely overcooked eggs. At that time I was already shaking and wanted to leave, but since I pre-paid and already lost 45 minutes of my time my friend went downstairs and asked for a new plate. Luckily third time everything was fine and waitress asked if I wanted a complimentary drink, which was kind. The whole experience all together was really not good, especially considering the prices. I think you should really pay more attention to customer service, the place was not even full and anyways there were so many problems. Also to all the customers I recommend you that you sit downstairs and don’t pre-pay.

I don't get this place. I've been here two times and every time I didn't feel Welcomed (neither did my friends). They seemingly have a philosophy but it doesn't actually involves you as a guest. I don't remember when is the last time I heard so many no's from a restaurant. Can the food be a bit slower? No, the kitchen has schedule. Can we get some snacks or extra dessert with coffee? No, this is all we have. If we really don't like the wine, can we exchange it? No, that's not possible. Can we pay at the table? No, you have to come to the cash register. Did they forget this is a service industry? I appreciate having a concept but you have to bring your guests along. Soms of the staff (wine person) is enthusiastic about what they do but overall, I have no desire to visit them a third time. A guest should feel Welcomed when they visit your restaurant and not feel like they are accommodating the rules of the pretentious management. This btw has nothing to do with the food, which was good, although they didn't skip to mention they are accommodating our veggie option (although it was available upon booking) as well as repeatedly serving our dishes as a double portion plus 1 (we were with 3 people), although we didn't necessarily wanted to share it that way. I left feeling like I left my money to a place that couldn't care less about my experience and that is not what a restaurant should be.
