Super friendly people, it's always a good atmosphere, and the boba is delicious! Nothing negative to say :)

We received such a warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed Matcha Strawberry and Ice & Go with my son. We'll definitely be back!

I don't understand why people leave bad reviews because it's super cozy here and the bubble tea is delicious with lots of choices!

We often stop here for a break while shopping. It's a wonderful place to sit, especially in the summer! We tried several drinks, including the delicious Bubble Tea. The owner gives great tips on choosing the perfect spot. See you next time!

You come from far away because your child wants to buy something here, and then you look around and Google says it closes at 5 p.m.! At 4:43 p.m., my child walks back to the car in dismay because they slam the door in her face and close the store. Unfriendly. Well... What can you say about the staff? They don't seem to be there!

Horrible, what awful staff!! I'm never going back! A grumpy woman with long, dark hair didn't say hello or goodbye, snapped at me while I was ordering, and glared at me. The drinks were disgusting and powdery. Later, I vomited and had a really nasty aftertaste. A real disaster 😭😭

I had a special ice cream for my kids today. They're ice cream balls. The kids loved it. I haven't had it yet. The lady who served us the ice cream was very nice. I would definitely recommend it when visiting the zoo.

I ordered a food, they packed it. Then I ask for spoon and fork - they didn't have.. I was already contact my visa with the machine... I denied the order and push the red button (asking for pass)... didn't take the food. Then I saw they charged me for food I didn't take...

Not a nice Bubble tea at all. I really expected more from it. The employee also spoke English and she could not speak Dutch.

Once in 2023 or so I stood here with a friend and her mother when they still had two parts. Tasty Boba, a bit expensive. The person behind the counter didn't speak Dutch, but it didn't matter.

Never again. Everything was cold. This is also the first time I have ever posted a review. But it was really sad what I was presented with. My husband reluctantly ate it and I left it alone. Didn't pay for it either. Children had a sandwich that looked like a flattened bun without sauce or anything. No napkins.

Please note that reviews older than 3 years were from a previous draft anyway. I'm updating my review. Because it really is so different than before. This is pretty much the only place where you can buy bubble tea in Emmen. This makes it extremely expensive and tastes like supermarket bubble tea. It's not necessarily bad, but if you get a bubble tea in Groningen, Zwolle or the Emmen market... it is 100 times tastier and always cheaper. The people who work here seem friendly... but the food and price can't match what else is in Emmen. There are still many opportunities for Milado to conduct research. As an employer, go to Groningen for a bubble tea... and compare it with yours. Or go to the square in Emmen and order a sandwich... and compare it with yours.

I don't often complain, but the food here is very appalling. The buns were old. The toppings were very sparse and consisted of 90% tomatoes and cucumber. The so-called toasted sandwich was cold. Complaints reported there at the cash register. Didn't get any response. Normally I don't destroy an entrepreneur and write bad reviews. But no answer? Then just post this.

Really bad food, way too expensive (price/quality)

Worst thing ever. No understanding at all on the phone, you are lied to and taken from your own wallet. Prices for home delivery and in-store prices do not match at all. Get a completely different pasta that I didn't order and they literally say it's not my problem and they don't come up with a solution either! The olives and onion on the pizza broke. I will never eat here bad service again!

During our visit in autumn 2022, we seemed to have ended up in a series with a hidden camera: a glass of rosé was “not available because it was gone” and prosciutto pizza was also not included because “the ham was also gone.” After almost an hour of waiting due to the crowds, the requested spaghetti turned out to be a plate of penne, because the chef had also "misunderstood" that. Tasty and best restaurant in Emmen

I asked if they could have a pizza ready at 5:00 PM sharp because I work in the center and I don't have too much time to wait. This worked and tasted good.

Zeer aardige en behulpzame eigenaresse en chef. We kregen als aanbeveling van de chef de tomaten crème soep. Die is echt buitengewoon lekker, goeie sterke smaak (dus zeker geen waterig tomatensoepje) En daarbij hadden we de pasta met scampi en verse spinazie, met verse knolook en de pasta met kip en honing. Die beide pasta’s zijn vers gemaakt en de kruiden en specerijen proef je zo goed, het is echt of een italiaanse mama het thuis heeft gemaakt. Overheerlijk, bedankt!!

We kwamen aan en het terras was bijna vol. Gevraagd of we binnen konden zitten. Dit kon niet omdat het binnen het restaurant gesloten was. Gingen zitten op het terras. Was toevallig net 1 plekje vrij. Nog geen 5 minuten later konden andere mensen gewoon in het restaurant plaatsnemen. We moesten veder 40-45 minuten wachten voor 3 broodjes en 3 drankjes. Personeel gaf eerst aan dat er geen broodjes meer waren en dat er nieuwe gebakken moesten worden. 2de keer gaven ze aan dat er te weinig personeel was. En de 3de keer kwamen ze langs dat de warme chocolademelk machine kapot was. Veder ook geen drinken mee besteld vanwege 30 min wachten op onze bestelling. Verder kregen de mensen die later kwamen eerder hun eten dan wij. Na 40 min kwamen de broodjes op tafel. We hadden 2 witte broodjes (1 met kip kerrie en 1 met brie) en 1 bruin broodje met eiersalade. Kip kerrie was een haakse gierigheid. Was een heel dun laagje. Net zoals bij de eiersalade. De brie was veder wel goed. Witbroodje was wel goed. Alleen het bruine broodje leek nog van gisteren. Was erg hard. Was overduidelijk niet vers. Verder was het best prijzig. Een broodje van 10-15cm kost al 7 euro.

Vanochtend ontbijt besteld. Duurde lang terwijl wij de enige gasten waren. Croissants waren niet goed afgebakken. Koffie lauw en eitjes vloeibaar. Bovendien witte puntjes niet vers. Jammer dat we niet tegenover waren gaan zitten. Bijzonder dat ik als reactie op bovenstaande review 4 weken later een reactie krijgt en u dan nog precies weet wat wij hebben gezegd. Dat hebben we overigens niet gezegd!!! Bovendien heb ik niet mijn laptop gebruikt...!?

Gezellige zweer en super lekker eten!

Vanmorgen hier samen met mijn zus een kopje cappuccino gedronken.... Kreeg een schrik bij het afrekenen 🤔 € 8,00 voor 2 Kopjes cappuccino.... Dus hier gaan we niet meer heen

Het bestelde eten was goed, maar daarna totaal geen interesse als klant. We wilden nog wat bestellen, maar we werden compleet genegeerd. Te druk met andere zaken.

Erg klantvriendelijk. De bediening komt ontspannen over. Netjes worden de corona regels gehanteerd. Heerlijk broodje en lekkere koffie

Gewoon lekker direct geholpen zonder te hoeven wachten, uitstekende broodjes en perfecte bediening.

Heb hier lekker gegeten. Lekkere broodjes. De baguette La France is mijn favoriet, ook de wafels zijn erg lekker.

Komen hier regelmatig, lunchkaart is goed en personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Het was een gezellige plek. Hadden koffie en juice Orange gedronken en ieder appeltaart punt gegeten.

Goed vertoeven en dikke compliment

Lekkere koffie en zeer goede broodjes vers gebakken met goed beleg. Vriendelijk personeel en snelle bediening.

Hele fijne plek, goed eten en aardige bediening.

Prima koffie en goede sandwich. Gedateerde inrichting die wel heel charmant is.

Den Latte Macchiato mit Karamell Sirup sowie die waffeln und Käsekuchen mehr wir nur zum empfehlen:)
