Great spot with a really nice view of the river and plenty of spacious seating if you need to work or study. The host at the entrance was super friendly! Ordering is quick and easy via the table QR code—you just scan, order, and pay directly, which keeps service super fast. I tried the iced latte (it was okay) and a cappuccino with an extra shot (also fine). Good overall service, though it would be a great touch if they automatically provided a glass of water with the coffee!

A very pleasant experience! The staff welcomed me immediately and were super friendly. My pancake and tea were also ready quickly and were delicious. Additionally, I had a beautiful view from the window of the water and the buildings. The service was truly top-notch and the waitstaff very pleasant. Definitely recommended!

Hands down one of the absolute best spots in Amsterdam! The location easily offers the best canal view in the entire city, especially if you get a table right by the window. I visited Milky Amsterdam with my friends and we had an incredible time. The desserts were delicious, visually impressive, and the overall atmosphere was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent! The pancakes and crêpes, both gluten-free and regular, were absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge. The service was spectacular. Alex took note of my food intolerances and was extremely careful about them. Thanks to her, I had the best gluten-free crêpes of my life. The place is also beautiful, with a lovely view of the canals of Amsterdam. The service and hospitality from the staff were exceptional.

Expensive experience for mediocre pankes, an affogato that looks like it was made with no love and overall annoyed staff who seemed to hate us being inside this store. Taste was nothing special. Wouldn't recommend especially for this price.

Pancakes with Nutella, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream—huge and delicious! It's a bit pricey, but you can easily split a portion between two. The place is well-kept and very clean—including the bathrooms—which is not a given for a place in central Amsterdam. If you're lucky enough to get a table near the windows overlooking the canal, your break is even better with a fantastic view! The owners are very friendly. We'll be back!

Fantastic spot, great view, incredible service, incredible food

First time, had a savory crepe with angus beef, lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, and gouda cheese, with ketchup for sauce. And a frappe mocha. Both were very tasty and delicious, I thought the crepe would have all ingredients inside but lettuce and sauce were on the side. I also thought the frappe would the thick icy slushy kind but it was the foamy frothy type. Again both were tasty but some photos and extra details on the QR menu would be nice

Amazing new pancake/waffle place in the city center of Amsterdam, with great view over the water and unbelievably delicious pancakes. We've tried both savory and sweet, the taste is wonderful and the portion is quite filling. It's a new favorite place on my map now!

Very good, the dish can be composed however you like, sweet or savory, ingredient by ingredient, and there's also a beautiful view of the canal. Unfortunately, the loud reggaeton music is awful.

Overloaded Crepes & Pancakes! The crepes and pancakes are exactly what they promise. We discovered Milky on Instagram and were fascinated by the pictures and videos. Now we've been here and weren't disappointed. All crepes and pancakes are also available in a high-protein version.

You could order online outside (like at McDonald's), but you could also order at your table or from the staff. The employee was friendly and approachable. The ambiance is beautifully designed, and you can see the river from the back. The seats are very comfortable, and so is the sofa. The tables are perfect for two people. The same goes for the restrooms, as there are two. It's a bit cramped, which makes it ideal for gossiping while you're on the toilet. Now for the food: it arrived very quickly and was very nutritious. The milkshakes are reasonably priced, especially since they're decorated, and you can use the straw to suck up marshmallows and eat them. You could customize your crepe, but every extra cost extra. One crepe costs €6, and my best friend ended up paying €18 (which she didn't regret at all!!). Just something to keep in mind.

Large portions. Stayed open fairly late. Close to city center as we walked there. We came in about 30 minutes before closing but the waitress was nice and patient with my lively friend.

If you’re lucky you can sit on one of the two little tables that over look the beautiful canal. Felt judged by the server did not feel very welcoming. Unfortunately, my order was wrong although I waited patiently for 40 minutes. For €45 it was a shame

30 mins before closing time i was sent away that they are closed already, no sorry no nothing, just a "we are closed" I walked 30 mins to get there, so of course i am kind of mad about this. This place is so nice and well located, near the river. The food is excellent either sweet or savory both are tasting really good. The portion is generous, so can easily be shared to not waste food. You're very welcome with family.

But hey, it's worth it! A well-filled crêpe with goodies. The atmosphere is still a bit cold, but the people are friendly. We will definitely be back again.
