Got some delicious spareribs with homemade potato wedges. Currently, takeout is the only option; we're waiting until we can eat in.

The food was delicious, with a sandwich and fries included without having to ask. Despite it being the weekend, we still received our food fairly quickly. The delivery person was very friendly.

Fast delivery and delicious. For the true sparerib lover, but also delicious chicken and salad.

We bought unlimited spareribs and chicken wings through a Social Deal promotion. We went there with the family. The reviews were glowing, the photos were nice... but... this is no longer a restaurant!! Dirty, bare, ugly, uninviting, and dead. We were offered to sit outside at a dirty table. We should have left, but oh well. We'd already paid, of course, and if the food is good, I'd be happy to stay... unfortunately... Dry, old meat. The waiter tried his best, but it was no use. We left the second time and received a small refund from Social Deal because we complained. I recommend leaving this as it is. A disaster.

Steak was tough no sauce had to ask for it so meat was cold sauce was inedible was certainly not pepper sauce Spare ribs sufficient but little taste certainly not spicy and dry Cola from a can not even cold but warm Sandwiches with aioli bread was not cooked aioli no taste

Delicious food, the gentleman is super friendly and can even make delicious spare ribs around 1 a.m. Cozy place and definitely recommended. You get a lot for your money.

Delicious food and great service.

The restaurant was completely empty, and the service wasn't great. The baguette was an old, dry, and cold pistolet. The salad was ice cream lettuce with a tomato cut into quarters. The spare ribs took a long time to arrive but were delicious.

Took a three-course menu via social deal. The place is very small and it looks unhygienic. Tables and cutlery are not very clean and everything is messy. The interior could also use a metamorphosis. The man who helped us is very difficult to understand because of his poor Dutch and because he talks under his breath. You have to guess what he says. A boy walks like a headless chicken who should definitely take a course in dealing with customers. The carpaccio was very sparse but not bad in taste. The spare ribs and chicken were tasty, the meat of the ribs fell apart and the chicken had a delicious taste. (hence 3 stars) We did not get dessert due to a problem, but due to poor communication with the owner, we don't know exactly, but because of this, we received a portion of extra ribs and chicken. The fries are nice and crispy but very few. We got a small bowl for 4. When you pay, it is without a receipt and you have to calculate from memory. Really bizarre. All in all, it is recommended as a take away, but I would certainly not recommend eating there. The people are doing their best but it's really not enough to welcome customers.

Used to be very satisfied with Mr. Ribs, great taste, hot, on time and large portions and I didn't mind paying a lot for them. Unfortunately, the last time we had cold fries and very, but also very less, spare ribs than before, not normal for 30 euros that you lost. This is how you lose customers. Shame!!

We ate at this restaurant for the first time via Social Deals. The restaurant is small and unsanitary. The table is sticky, windows are not clean, neither are plates or cutlery. Very annoying tin noise as music in the background. We also received dirty placemats. The carpaccio had a reasonable taste, but a strange color. The spareribs were well seasoned and tender. The dessert was ice cream with whipped cream, which was manageable. We have kindly expressed our criticisms to the owner. He responded gratefully and agreed with us. He indicated that this was due to renovations, but also admitted that this was not possible. He threw the placemats in the trash. All in all, we will not return to this place again, but we would like to thank the owner for taking the criticism seriously. Hence two stars.

Cramped eatery, perhaps better for takeaway. In terms of service, not everything went smoothly, but okay, they were very nice. In terms of food, I expected a little more from what was advertised as a "spare ribs specialist", I was really looking for good spare ribs so in that respect it was disappointing. In terms of quality, it's just what you generally get at these types of establishments, and to be honest, I expected something completely different in terms of type of eatery. What I did find bad was that even though I asked, they served regular Coke instead of Coke Zero, you know that right away. When ordering drinks on the 2nd round, he only indicated that he actually didn't have this at all (anymore) and the 1st round was clearly not zero, then it felt a bit like you were being tricked.

Excellent spare ribs. Wonderfully tender, it falls right off the bone. Had dinner with a group of 10 people. Very nice and attentive staff. Entrepreneur with a passion for his business. Very satisfied!

Owner knows how to serve delicious spareribs at a very reasonable price. Atmosphere as in a renovation. All in all, worth it

Dinner via social deal. The best man was alone and had a full restaurant (15 people), which quickly filled up with smoke from the grill. Left after 1 hour without eating or drinking.

The food is super tasty. The owner of the business is very friendly and helpful. Have been there twice now and would love to come back. We have been married for 8 years on September 24 and we are going to celebrate there. My husband and I had a delicious meal together in a charming restaurant. TOP

What a ball tent. Don't understand where the good experiences come from. Had a 3 course menu. The carpaccio only tasted like the dressing. Baguette with allioli was with mustard?? My friend will get a new carpaccio, but after 1.5 hours nothing. Brutal owner! Just ran off. Never again!

Had delicious BBQ spareribs tonight. Super tender and tasty. Service was excellent and the place is cozy. Highly recommended for Zoetermeer people who like good, lots of food. We will definitely come back.

Somewhere in a back street of the Dorpsstraat area, next to a small cafe, is this small Spare Ribs shop. Doesn't look super hip & trendy, but that's for sure they know Spare Ribs there. Nicely presented with some salad and good fries. The hospitable owner takes the order in his head and you usually get what you ordered ;-) You can sit inside or outside on the small terrace.

He does his best, the food is good, but he does not keep to what has been agreed.

Finally in years, together with my birthday daughter Gail, I ate delicious spareribs again at Mister Ribs in the Dorpsstraat in Zoetermeer. Ordered a menu in a cozy atmosphere with friendly service. I recommend this small and cozy grand café to everyone.

Had unlimited chicken wings at Mister Ribs. The chicken wings were prepared in the oven and grill. The meat was tender and tasted delicious. Mr Ribs serves good sized portions, two large bowls that we could barely finish. Also large glasses with drinks. The owner ran fast and did his best. Worth repeating.

Yesterday we had dinner with three people at Mister Ribs, Dorpsstraat 182 E, 2712 AR in Zoetermeer. The entire experience and food was good! we could eat (3p) as much chicken as we could eat, but after 2 rounds we were all full! We ate chicken wings marinated from the oven and then grilled. It was definitely tasty. We were also offered his other specialties to taste. These were tasty too! Apart from this we were given large glasses of soft drinks and water. Also very good. I saw a hardworking entrepreneur trying to make something of his restaurant! This is worth repeating for us. If you see a good offer, you can always call Mister Ribs ;-)

Ordered for the first time after good reviews. To avoid crowds, even in the afternoon, because delivery was possible. Unfortunately, at 4:30 PM it appears that there is no delivery person yet and whether we want to pick it up ourselves... not possible due to isolation. He will make sure it gets to us, he says…. At 6:00 PM (after I called at 5:45 PM and was told that the delivery person is on his way and the food is already ready) Once it's done, I get a call again that it won't work anymore. Pity.

Delicious fresh spare ribs (not frozen). Fall off the bone. Tastes also delicious (sweet) and I am very picky about that. Garlic sauce also delicious and super tasty fries. Very hospitable. Had a normal portion and that was a lot of 3 wide ribs.

Spare ribs were tender, ready to be pulled off the bone. The downside was that the sweet sauce was far too little. The meat was good, but the taste was unfortunately disappointing. Fries were tasty, but a bit on the small side. The taste is an area for improvement. I think if I specify it for the next order it will be perfect!

Great tasty food, when the owner heard that it was my birthday, something special was brought to the table and also a bottle of bubbly. Went again later for my wife's birthday, but it had to be delivered, so we immediately received a bottle of wine. This is an address we will visit much more often!!! Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, delivery time was stated to be 30 minutes.. After two hours and three calls, the food arrived: cold! We called again and angrily asked for new portions. We are still waiting for that...

Ate here today, October 6, 2021, with vouchers from the auction opportunity. Great service and delicious food. Friendly owner who surprised us with a bottle of drinks because it was my husband's birthday. Ambience is cozy and pleasant. Definitely recommended. I will definitely come back here again.

A very wonderful restaurant with excellent service

The food was delicious, the surroundings are not the prettiest, but the ribs are delicious, definitely recommended.

Ordered by phone at 5:30 PM. Would take 30 to 45 minutes to deliver. After almost 90 minutes, a gentleman who spoke little Dutch came and delivered it on foot. Couldn't find it with the car!. Food was lukewarm and fries limp. After calling, they were bluffed with all kinds of excuses. No more food from him for us. The price is also quite on the high side for what you get.

Never again! After 2 hours still no food and an unfriendly man told us that the order had been delivered a long time ago! But not with us! Not resolved, no food...

Mr Ribs Zoetermeer checked. We think it is attractively small. The welcome and staff were extremely friendly. The spareribs were good. (and I should know because I usually eat spareribs}. Choice of hot and sweet. Good portion. Fries fine. Delicious fresh salad. Now in corona times, pickup is also recommended!

Ordered ribs for the first time today and the children's menu with nuggets was only called after 1 hour that they had no nuggets, they solved it nicely with chicken fillet, Chicken fillet was delicious and the ribs were certainly good, just a small bag of fries. Everything was tasty, just a bit too expensive.

Nice tent! Highly recommended. I ate a 3-course dinner here via social deal. There was also a baguette with very! delicious alioli. Carpaccio was fine, but nothing special. The spareribs, on the other hand, were very good! Very tender and the sweet sauce is really fantastic. Served with a salad and fries. A warm chocolate cake with whipped cream was also a great dessert. For what you pay here, a very good tent. The service was really very friendly. Maybe not very professional, but very friendly.

Ate several times. Nice and close to home and also very cheap thanks to the Groupon offers. At some places you get different ribs if you come with Groupon or you are treated differently. I didn't notice that at Mister Ribs. Very friendly staff (there was only 1 man in the service who worked very hard and served all the tables). Spare ribs are nice and juicy, not too soft, not too hard, do not fall straight off the bone (pre-boiled in water). Simply great. Worth 5 stars and recommend it to everyone.

Good service and delicious food

Went to eat at Mister Ribs via a voucher. It is a small-scale restaurant, mainly offering meat. The ATM didn't work, but luckily I still had some. It is not noisy due to its small scale. The furnishings are certainly not luxurious, but good enough. The tables are close together.

Great ribs! Well, strange service by a poorly Dutch speaking gentleman in a small tent. The waiter went out and came back after 40 minutes... what he did, I have no idea. You really have to ask for extra ribs explicitly, otherwise you won't get it. Paying is also a drama, they actually want you to pay in cash, otherwise it is all very difficult. Precisely because of the service & owner, I will not recommend this tent. If you want to eat ribs\meat quickly, then you've come to the right place.

Small restaurant but prepares tasty ribs. You can also pick up from them. The portion of fries was more than sufficient and nicely seasoned. The ribs were very tasty, perhaps they could have used a little more sweet sauce/marinade. The men who run the place are very friendly. They could do a little more to improve their accessibility, but unfortunately their website does not work. The Facebook page has not been updated for six months. I think they can still score points on that. I highly recommend trying it out.

Friendly host, delicious tender spareribs. Very nicely seasoned. Lots of meat on the bone and it falls right off. Truly finger licking good. We had difficulty finishing the first round. We were informed in advance that if we did not finish it, we would have to pay extra. I think this is a good policy, because there is already more than enough waste in the catering industry. Unfortunately we don't live in the region otherwise we would become regular customers.

The food is fine. Paying was a bit slower. The gentleman had already confirmed our Social Deal, but expected us to have it scanned at checkout. The deal was no longer there and this caused some internal panic. After a call to Social Deal customer service, the man suddenly remembered that his son had already arranged it. Aoli was mayo with I think garlic powder. Tasted mayo and I didn't think the meat was tender. The social deal as it stands was not consistent. Furthermore, the atmosphere was good.

Really great, really great. Eat out a lot. Came here through social deals. My boyfriend is Muslim and I am not with my children. Halal especially for him. And made chicken. And the taste and food are really delicious. You really should eat here. Price is not expensive. Quality very very high. Pre-made taco with minced meat and salad. And a large salad bowl with the main course. Homemade sauce. And fries with tasty herbs.

Had a great meal here, that's all I can say. Delicious spareribs, very tender and tasty. Our group had both sweet and spicy and spicy was also really tasty and spicy. With the spareribs we got garlic sauce, spicy sauce, fries and salad and that's all you really need. Service was fast and friendly. Two points for improvement: hand out those pre-packed wet wipes to clean your hands or put out bowls of lemon water. And make the name of the restaurant a little clearer, it now takes a bit of searching, also because the restaurant is in a corner. Sooooo delicious, the meat falls off your bone! Unfortunately, the difference between sweet and spicy is not really noticeable. Fries nice and crispy. Only 5 tables inside and 5 outside.. By changing very simple things it can certainly be a top tent.. Bowl with water on the table for your hands, parasols for the rain, nicer decoration of the terrace, oh and the toilet is certainly possible a lot cleaner! Very friendly service, not big inside but really cozy!!

Ate here on August 16. Spare ribs are good, nice and tender. Collecting all the bones on your plate when eating all-you-can-eat becomes a bit of a mess. Handy to put a waste bin on the table, although the tables are very small. Service in slippers could be a little more alert, but very friendly. We will go back again.
