Nicely decorated restaurant, very friendly and welcoming. Service was good. Unfortunately, the food was better a few months ago, I remember the pancakes at the other branch tasted better and the same for the scrambled eggs

Minimalist retro style, friendly staff, and amazing food. The pancakes are made with wholemeal flour and a dash of exotic spices, and are the best I have ever eaten. A must for hungry, healthy eaters

So a victim of its success, a hip hop decor brunch, 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽, the wait is long outside and very long inside. But it was very good, just leave the maple syrup at the table for the pancakes, we had a problem, only payment by credit card, remember, but the cashier was super cool and super accommodating at the top... brunch at 12 p.m. and wasn't hungry until the evening...

It was really good, the vibes are immaculate and the food was really good! A must if you'd like to enjoy a good brunch here in Amsterdam!

Saw this spot in alot of vlogs and was curious. But (something I don't say often) it's worth the hype. Great vibes, clean and spacious, good choice of music and now I still need to review the food. Delicous, great choice of different toasts/pancakes/eggs. A must go when you are in Amsterdam.

I liked the eggs with smoked salmon but blueberry pancakes were not really that tasty. And coffee definitely could use an improvement. I wouldnt recommend it.

Pancakes and egg to next level! Waw everything was delicious. The bread, the eggs, the seasoning.. and the portions are huge. And all comes with free smiles. The perfect spot to start or end the day or anywhere in between. Can't wait to try the sweet pancakes next time

The pancakes are delicious, it's just a tad pricey for what you get, service could be a bit faster, especially when it's busy. A couple of years ago the portions were a bit bigger, but they still taste very good.

The ambiance with all the hip-hop elements was the reason I visited this restaurant. The service was super friendly, but I personally didn't find the food to be of the highest quality, and the iced matcha with oat milk was inedible. It's a shame; I really expected more.

The food is delicious You can choose the menu with pancakes or bread. A filling menu with high protein. Halal products are marked with the letter H on the menu. It is an ideal place for people with religious sensitivities.

The taste and portions of the food are very good.

This place nails indulgence without apology. “The Infamous (by Daily Paper)” is exactly that: thick, fluffy pancakes drowned in rich Belgian chocolate sauce, with banana, juicy strawberries, blackberries, cinnamon, a generous scoop of Ben & Jerry’s, and a slick of peanut butter tying it all together. Total chaos in the best way. The saffron ice cream after? Smooth, floral, and unexpected—a perfect finish. The watermelon juice was crisp and cooling, and the ginger shot hit like a citrus bolt. Flavor-forward, fun, and surprisingly refined for a pancake joint. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The food was great!! They are short of staff but still able to accommodate us with great service. The restaurant has a great interior design too. The toilet seat is the Japanese toilet bowl which I reminds my time when I was in Japan!

Last brunch before leaving to the airport. The 🍁 latte was great, the pineapple juice too. We shared the Wutang combo and the pink lady American pancakes.

This was a cute place and the food was good . There was lots of different options suiting to everyone’s needs. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of construction and drilling going on downstairs which was quite obnoxious during the end of our dining experience. But overall enjoyed it!

I really liked the food! They had a nice vegan pan cake with lots of fruit! ☺️ The ceiling also had a lot of natural light!

A top quality pancake experience that would rival anything about. We went 10am on a rainy Saturday and got a table no problem. Started getting busy around 11. The food was incredible and the place itself has a fun, quirky atmosphere. The service was superb and would say this is a must hit brunch spot when in Amsterdam. The only caveat is that for coffee lovers the coffee here is not barista made but from a machine. The focus seems to be more on juices. Overall the lack of a top quality coffee would not deter me from visiting Moak.

Primero esperé 10 minutos para conseguir una mesa, luego una señora muy grosera nos dio una mesa sucia que todavía tenía que limpiar, otros 2 grupos entraron después de mí, ambos grupos fueron servidos antes que yo. Estaba sentado y tuve que esperar 20 minutos y no me sirvieron ni una vez. Procedí a irme. Realmente no quiero ser esa persona, pero era la única persona africana en la sala, así que no digo que fuera por mi tono de piel, sino que me apetecía, porque no puedes decir que no me viste si me elevo sobre todos en la sala. Parece un buen lugar, aunque solo un mal servicio al cliente.

Found this place while wandering around Amsterdam during lunchtime. It was Sunday and a holiday so most places were closed. This was open and had space for our party of 5, so in we went. Like most European restaurants it extends backwards from street level and the back room was were we were seated. It was decorated in a modern style. The food is all breakfast food, i.e. eggs, pancakes, toasts and the like. We tried four kinds and some of the juices. Those are just the veggie or fruit, blended. The dishes were nice, not really american, but we enjoyed them.

They seem understaffed and detached. We waited an hour for pancakes that were okay, but very basic. While waiting we saw 3 groups finish, their table cleaned and set, and another group sit there, get served and finished, all after we ordered. After all this the waitress refused to check on our order, which was clearly forgotten because the 4th time she went to the kitchen and had an argument with the chef about the orders. All for a simple order of American style blueberry pancakes. I live in France where service is famously slow, but this was just a complete disconnect between staff.

Enorme lunch die goed vult. De eieren waren prima en de bacon was voor mij iets te zacht. Voor een restaurant dat zich specialiseert in pannenkoeken had ik wel iets meer daarvan verwacht. Vriendelijk personeel en snelle service.

A restaurant with a canteen feel. Not particularly cozy. The table was sticky. We had the mixed platters, one with salmon and one with chicken. The chicken was very tasty. €20 for the salmon platter was definitely too much. Little flavor. The food was generally carelessly thrown onto the counter. The eggs were lukewarm, if anything. But we waited 30 minutes for our food, even though the place wasn't even full. For the price, you can definitely get better quality elsewhere. And card payments only. However, they don't inform you of this beforehand. The staff seemed bored and overwhelmed.

We had the salmon toast and blueberry and both were amazing!! Also got a side of bacon that was so delicious to dip in the syrup. We came on a tuesday afternoon so it was super quiet. Decor is simple but nice. Ambience is fine

Bastante sobrevalorado. La comida es mediocre. Los huevos estaban demasiado cocidos, las tortitas estaban súper secas y mientras se comercializaban servidas con jarabe de arce, frambuesas y moras tenía como 5 bayas en total y una cucharadita de jarabe de arce. El precio es sobrevalorado como todos los locales de comida en Amsterdam, pero eso es probablemente culpa de los propietarios. También porciones pequeñas. El personal es agradable
