Get in with a very warm and friendly welcoming, we’ve ordered pancakes, soup and focaccia and smoothie, they are delicious and big portions🤩. Impressed with the chicken sourdough focaccia, tender and soft with complex flavour, love it! Definitely recommend it.

Such a cozy and welcoming place, not only the food is delicious but the ambience and hospitality of the people are wonderful. They have fresh and tasty options for breakfast and brunch. Loved the pancakes 🥞 ♥️

Absolutely loved this little brunch spot! The staff were super nice and welcoming. I had their sourdough sandwich and it was delicious — fresh ingredients, great flavor, and perfectly toasted. Waited 35 minutes for two sandwiches and after complaining they told us the food is on the way, another 10 minutes passed and then they realised there was a mistake and the food isn’t even in the making, we decided we don’t want to wait anymore so we left, despite the inconvenience they still charged us drinks.

Such a wonderful spot! Came here with my family during an early afternoon bike ride through the city. A few of their dishes we got had a great spread of fruit, and they had a nice patio area outside.

The slightly longer journey from out of town was definitely worth it! We ordered the yogurt bowl and banana pancakes with two large cappuccinos (which were really large). Everything was very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this café! We were able to sit outside, it was pleasantly quiet, and the restrooms weren't just clean—they also had little treats (deodorant, etc.) for a quick bite. Thank you for the great breakfast!

I couldn't expect anything better! Everything is just exceptional. We visited for breakfast, took Focaccia and Cold Matcha Latte, and boys it was amazing. The focaccia was great in every detail, crunch, height, stuffing, everything. I have to say it was very high level! And also the portion was pretty impressive (positively talking of course). Great Matcha Latte, but also big big big kudos to the staff! The lady that served us was super lovely (she also brought dog-food to our dog other than water!). But also the other members of the stuff were incredibly nice, though we interacted less with them. Super 100% advised to anyone, we will come back for sure! Keep going like always with the same smile :)

We came here for brunch and were not disappointed: delicious cappuccino and an incredibly tasty cheese omelette focaccia.

Mo’s omelet sandwich was great! The smoked chicken one less so, but the ladies behind the counter provide great service!

Visited this place for the first time this Saturday. Food was super delicious. The most amazing was I think the atmosphere, the owner is super sweet and showed genuine hospitality and care, something which is hard to find in Amsterdam.

Cute cafe with indoor and outdoor sitting possibilities. Ordered a cappuccino to go and paid close to 5 euros. Good coffee, but it's too pricey. The dishes I saw while waiting looked good.

Excellent brunch spot in Rivierenbuurt! The focaccia was outstanding, the coffee was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s a child-friendly place with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice lunch/coffee house. Atmosphere is good, the people who work there like to take the time for a chat. It is very busy, the food is certainly good. Especially the chicken special was super tasty. Hospitality is high. Coffee is good!!!

A few times a year we come to Amsterdam and we always look for the best cinnamon rolls (the American version with frosting). I also had a very tasty chai turmeric latte and the cinnamon rolls are fresh, fluffy and a little warm. Recommended! We took 2 extra for friends. Also a nice spot on the terrace in the sun in a quiet neighborhood. Super friendly service and passionate owner. Thank you 🫶🏻

Apart from the fact that I finally met a long-time friend again here and am very happy about it, the homemade lemonade here is particularly delicious. I recommend drinking it with sparkling water.

My wife was amazed about the female friendly toilet it was so clean, the customer service was outstanding and very polite. And about the food we can say we were full but still had alot te eat per portion. Very diverse menu with great prices. This lunchroom is really top of the notch compared to other spots in Amsterdam.

Coffee was nice, carrot cake is very sweet. They forgot about our order. Stuff was behaving not professionally. Laughed laud all the time. Wanted to try their focaccia but it costs 15 euro per sandwich. I didn’t get the price point

You notice in everything that this was made with love. Everything has a story and you can taste it. Unique place with character. The halloumi focaccia is an absolute must ;)

Me and my friend went to mokafe to have a lunch, the focaccia halloumi was amazing ! And we even had the chance to try different sweet, with the delicious brownie (all vegan) ! Wandering around Amsterdam on my last day, I happened to see MOKAFE on Google Maps. Super friendly staff, excellent coffee and delicious food (I had the omelet foccacia) in a nice, quiet and clean atmosphere. The owner was also super friendly and we had a nice chat. Definitely look forward to coming back when I’m in Amsterdam again in the future!

Desperate for my morning coffee I found this hidden gem. The coffee was so good that I ended up spending my entire morning working at MOkafe. Not only was Mo, the owner, incredibly welcoming, the coffee, the tea, the breakfast, and lunch were all mouthwatering. It’s all homemade with local products. He has enough to please the vegan and not vegan too. The Latin music was the frosting on the homemade cinnamon bun.
