I loved the coffee and gym concept! The proposal is super healthy, with fresh ingredients. I ordered an avo toast with scrambled eggs and it was delicious. The texture of the egg and the bread 10/10. The coffee was also so so good! I take a Capuccino. The service was very fast, I was attended by Deybi, very friendly, cordial and attentive. I would definitely come back, it is a pleasure to go to places where they serve you so well. Finally, I crowned the experience with a pistachio and chocolate protein ball. Delicious!

It’s a bit unusual that the café is located inside a gym. I sat on the terrace and it was lovely, but I’m not sure what the experience is like indoors. The avocado toast was delicious – one of the best I’ve had in Amsterdam. Totally worth it!

The food was okay, but the service was disappointing. They served the food without a word, and when I asked for the check, they just placed the card machine on the table without saying anything or even making eye contact throughout my payment.

Good place for breakfast. The name isn't advertised outside because it shares a location with a gym. The place isn't very spacious, but it's pleasant, and the staff are very friendly. The granola bowl is very good!

The food was insipid but healthy and reasonably priced. The place is cute: inside a gym, which means an active atmosphere with amenable personnel and open earlier than other breakfast places. The green juice was nice!

Great, original atmosphere where athletes, coworkers, and brunchers mingle. We preferred brunch here to the breakfast buffet at our 5-star hotel, a 2-minute walk away. Quality food, fresh produce, and delicious recipes. The staff is lovely. I recommend it if you live nearby.

The latte, salmon and avocado sandwich and white chocolate cranberry cookie were to die for! Friendly wait staff and not crowded. 5/5!

A simple, non-stimulating breakfast is possible.

The food and coffee were nice. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff were noticeably unfriendly, seemed uninterested in assisting customers, and barely acknowledged me throughout the visit. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. This lack of hospitality really took away from the overall experience. I hope the service improves, as the place has great potential otherwise.

Great study spot and not terrible prices for Amsterdam. All waiters were kind and quick in service even though the place was almost full. Lots of natural lighting, big windows, and it’s distinctly separate from the gym so you wouldn’t even realize the restaurant shared facility with a popular gym chain.

Best Brekfast I've had in Amsterdam. And this spot is inside a gym. My bar for brunch places inside gyms is now at an impossible standard that I fear will never be beat.

This is inside of a gym, which you would never know. The chocolate croissant was just ok, not very good. The classic, butter croissant was good. Service was fine. They were very busy with only one server but food and coffee came quickly.

The rating does not make sense at all - it is a café space in a gym and you can smell the gym equipment from the cafe.

One of the best brunches served near the hotel. It is set inside a gym but there is no noise to disturb the meal. The guy was very nice and what can I say, the eggs torn with crispy, flavoured bacon were delicious. Absolutely recommended!

I liked the vibe, there was a gym there and you could see people doing workouts. Also there were people working with their laptops. I would recommend the bowls.

Me and my 6 friends had a breakfast there - we didnt have much time, but the service was quick and the food very tasty. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Was difficult to choose what to eat because the menu is quite big, everything looked delicious. The avocado toast with pouched egg was amazing! Great value for money too. Definitelly recommend!

A hip café with direct access to a gym. The coffee is great! My girlfriend also had avocado bread, which was also delicious.

Best brunch in Amsterdam, we had two cream cheese salmon, an iced latte and a cappuccino, really delicious, the staff were welcoming and very kind, especially deybi, super helpful and smiling, she also offered us a biscuit that I recommend everyone to try.

It’s a cantina in a gym, i was in a rush so came in without checking properly so my mistake🤦🏼‍♀️ We had a prepaid reservation(because you know - AMS facts) and got sat down at a dirty table. Food was disappointing with the pricing; you can get marvellous options elsewhere. My eggs were cold, was boiled.. If you have somewhat experience in the kitchen you can do better at home. I’d only recommend if you’re looking for a post-workout smoothie, that was nice👍🏻

A very original cafe located in a gym! The products offered are varied and delicious. The prices are generally reasonable. The cookies are excellent. The setting is pleasant, as are the servers.
