The worst roti roll I have ever eaten. Lamb meat not to be cut through and huge chunks of potato. No love in it.

I get a sandwich here every week. The sandwiches are well-priced (€4.50) and always delicious and well-filled! The staff is friendly too!

Order was incorrect, according to the case it was the fault of home delivery. Seems strong to me, no responsibility taken by the case whatsoever. Good food, but negotiations over the telephone left the food cold.

I always go for the bami chicken curry, delicious!

Since Suritaria is closed on weekends, we decided to try the Roti nearby. Unfortunately, it's far from what we're used to. The chicken isn't prepared with masala. It tastes more like shawarma spices. I also missed the authentic spices. What a missed opportunity!

Ordered 2 sandwiches: beef and chicken (curry?). Both very tasteless: lacks salt or a pepper taste. Or a sweet and sour cucumber. Nice employee, but you would be better off getting a Surinamese sandwich somewhere else!

I have a complaint... Their bara sandwich is too soft, too fluffy, too thick and too tasty!!! Thanks for the extra sambal. It was yellow and unfamiliar to me, but it was perfect.

The prices on the website and on the menu in the store are outdated, otherwise tasty, ask for a little extra gravy otherwise it will be a bit too dry

Typical Caribbean fare. Had Double Roti, Beef, Beans, Potato with Egg. This is an extra large portion and it was worth every penny. The food was fresh. It was flavourful. And the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Exceptionally pleased with the food quality of the lamb roti. Even more pleased though with the service with which they overturned what began as mild annoyance with a mistake being made. Yesterday evening after coming home from work I decided to order in Surinam food so through thuisbezorgd I found this place. I ordered the aforementioned lamb roti with an extra roti and a extra 'spekkoek'. The food came in on the short side of the 35-60 min. window given even though I live on the far outskirts of Utrecht. As in turned out however the busyness of the night had given rise to the mistake of my two extra's having been forgotten. Because of this I phoned upon which I was given the option of credit for future ordering or post delivery of the extra's, I chose the latter and started eating the food which was delivered. The food tasted awesome and is definitely amongst the better quality Surinam food I had. When the post delivery came however I found myself even more pleased because to make up for their mistake they had doubled the amount of 'spekkoek' ordered, included a pack of banana crisps, a coke and added a polite 'sorry' note. Was my first time ordering here but will definitely repeat based on the food quality and the class and grace with which yesterdays situation was handled. Alas I cannot say anything about the atmosphere because I was 3.5 km's away.

The tastiest roti in town. Vegetarian version is also great with tofu and tempeh and lots of vegetables. Portions are big enough. So far the good stuff. If you don't pick it up yourself, it will take too long to receive your order and there is always something wrong. The other day it finally arrived after 1.5 hours, but it was cold. Really cold. The response when I called: “Don't you have a microwave?” The next order turned out to be forgotten after a 70 minute wait. Response when I called: a giggling “a bit stupid of us”. I got on my bike myself to avoid cold food again, but when I got there I was able to just manage a whispered apology before I was forced out of the shop again. Good food goes a long way with me, but customer service has now dropped below freezing. It was the last time for me.

I've been coming here for years, but unfortunately today is the last time. After a few bites we realized that the chicken tasted bad and when we looked at the container where the chicken was smelling, we knew enough... We threw the rest away. Let's hope we don't get sick... Enjoyed coming here and having a nice chat with the nice owner. Now a bunch of slow Dutch boys who give you a leaking container of legal rules from the freezer. Prices also increased but items were removed from the vegetarian roti meal. Pity.

Chicken curry sandwich tastes chemically and contains hard pieces. I wanted to eat my sandwich on the couch but was sent outside in the rain.

have gone back here religiously for the past 5 years. the vegetarian roti rolls are amazing (served with tempeh, tofu, and veggies)

Great taste. The noodles were nice and firm and tasteful. Meat tender and delicious.

Beste tent in Utrecht, we moeten af en toe wat anders nemen voor de variatie, maar toch bijna de helft van de lunches gaan we hierheen. Lekkere sambal, Goede rotirollen, lekkere broodjes.

Superlekkere en goed belegde broodjes. Ik had bakkeljauw (wel erg zout) en lam. Eten we thuis nooit want ‘vieze smaak’. Ik snap de opmerkingen over personeel wel, die hadden namelijk meer onderling te bespreken dan met mij. Voelde me niet echt welkom. Waarschijnlijk heb je totaal andere ervaring als je via de bekende fietscoureurs bestelt… Kortom: eten top, personeel kan nog cursus klantgerichtheid gebruiken.

Heerlijke roti rol & gevulde bara’s afgehaald! Een bara was bij aankomst wat uit elkaar gevallen, maar dat had verder geen invloed op de smaak. De bara gevuld met lamsvlees was erg heerlijk 😍 komen snel weer afhalen 🙏🏼

Vond de roti kip helaas tegenvallen. Ik maak 'm zelf lekkerder, als ik zo vrij mag zijn. De kwaliteit van de rotivellen was echt minimaal: ik miste het laagje gele erwten ertussen. Smaakte naar drie keer niks... (in elk geval niet Surinaams!) Jammer. Dit was in het verleden niet zo, dus wat is er gebeurd? De hoeveelheid die je krijgt was in orde. Maar er valt echt wat te verbeteren aan de smaak

Echt heerlijke vegetarische roti - wat mij betreft de beste in Utrecht. Service is super, vorige week door thuisbezorgd alle bezorging afgezegd en alsnog door hen persoonlijk gebracht en deze week na vergeten van de roti vellen gelijk nabezorgd met wat spek koek ter compensatie! Echte aanrader

lekkere broodjes maar beetje karig qua vlees. Niet super bijzonder.

Bara kip gegeten. Vulling was op smaak en lekker. Bara was niet lekker. Als je ooit bij warung mini op de ceintuurbaan in Amsterdam bent geweest..dan is t hier in utrecht echt vies. Klef broodje..in een boterhamzakje opgepiept in de magnetron. In amsterdam heerlijk knapperig broodje. Nee dit was niet ok..bijna bah!

Liep naar binnen voor een flesje cola. Liep naar buiten met een broodje kip kerrie, deze was erg lekker en heb daarom 2 bakjes roti voor avond eten meegenomen.. man man man wat was dat lekker!😇 Helaas woon ik niet i.d.b.v Utrecht.. 🥲 Thnx!

Een van de betere roti tenten in Utrecht. Vroeger kreeg je wel meer eten en ze doen er ook geen sambal meer bij tegenwoordig.

Ik vond t erg tegenvallen. Is niet echt surinaams. Vroger had je rosita dat was surinaams. Bami ketjap was spaghetti met heel veel ketjap, beetje kip en nog minder boontjes...en dat voor 10 euro.. laatste keer.

Roti kerrie kipfilet, bami ketjap kipfilet en bamie kerrie kipfilet: super lekker!!!

Na de vroege filmvoorstelling hadden we trek gekregen. Op weg naar het station kwamen we hier langs. De bara met kip was goed gevuld en lekker. De prijs was redelijk. Kortom: "geen spijt van".

Comida de Suriname en Utrecht por el canal. Asientos al aire libre y en el interior. Personal amable, pedido rápido y servicio. Restaurante sin lujos, perfecto para una comida rápida.
