Delicious poke bowl. Great value. Friendly and customer-focused. Definitely worth it.

Ate a wok with my daughter. Very tasty. Chicken was so tender I thought it was thigh meat.

The opening hours are incorrect, the ordering environment of the website does not work and the telephone is repeatedly not answered. Customers end up standing in front of a closed door. It's all very unfortunate, but I will walk one door further! Update: You suddenly realize that the flavors of other kitchens, which are one door away and where they have heard of service, surprise you ;). A tip from Flip: you should do something with the valuable feedback you receive (also from others considering the reviews).

Literally ordered 60 euros worth of food, it only arrived an hour and a half later and I didn't even get cutlery. 60 euros order without ordering, how nice

We were there for dinner and had really very good 4 different woks. They were very friendly and it is nice asian restaurant. If you don't like to eat in the restaurant, you can have everything as take away as well.

Was actually pretty good. Looks like nothing from the outside but the food is actually pretty good tbh. They also startet selling bubble tea.

Super tasty food! I had a tempura shrimp poke bowl. I picked it up myself, so I had food fairly quickly.

I wanted to change the delivery time, but the service was terrible. The gentleman scolded us for yelling loudly and not listening while we were trying to find a solution. He had even canceled the order himself, and he clearly stated that we wouldn't receive any food and weren't allowed to pick it up. I'll never order food from them again. The gentleman turned the whole story around and blamed me for his rant. I was very polite. Anyway, given the previous reviews, this is normal practice for them to treat their customers. Tip: improve your customer service!!!!

Very bad service, the gentleman got out of bed on the wrong side. Blamed home delivery. The owner had canceled the order himself while we still wanted to look for a solution, but the gentleman did not want this! The gentleman said I don't want to deliver to you anymore, your food won't taste good anymore and you are no longer allowed to come and pick it up. The gentleman came across as aggressive. Very bad and not customer friendly at all! I will never order from there again!

Really dirty wok!! Paid €20 per person, really not worth it. I took 2 bites and threw them away immediately.

Received a very rancid wok. Boss says it's the sauce, while I had teriyaki sauce with my wok, it tasted like pure gas and burnt food. Burger is fine but wok yuck

WOQI is a great place for a quick wok-to-go box after a long day at work. Nutritious, affordable and above all fresh ingredients prepared the right way. The meat/rice ratio is a point where things go wrong in many woks-to-go, but fortunately not here: almost 50/50. The staff is also very friendly, both the owner behind the counter and the chef in the kitchen. I can recommend the black pepper beef, as well as the butterfly shrimps.

Top wrap, price was also good for this type of food. To be repeated.

Placed the following order; - stir-fry chicken with spicy sauce - wok beef without sauce Order delivered, but the wok beef comes with sauce. Called woqi, but were able to view it. "The beef wok is prepared as always." Don't know where they get it from that the standard of their wok is a spicy sauce. No apologies, no new beef wok, no discount or anything like that for next time.

I placed an order yesterday evening thru Deliveroo. The delivery never came and the app continued to show that order is being prepared by restaurant. I called the restaurant directly 3 times and also left a voice message. Neither the establishment picked up my call nor returned it. Not sure the issues but highly unprofessional of the restaurant. If you are unable to service the orders, please turn off on the apps!! When i chatted with the app to cancel and get refund (well i realised you cannot cancel an order on Deliveroo even after an hour of promised delivery!!), the online agent of the app said they cannot talk to restaurant either!!

Worst thing I've ever experienced. Placed an order by telephone, then was disappointed upon arrival because it sounded “not serious”?? We placed our order very normally. The only thing we asked during the conversation, because it was our first time, was “what kind of sauce is good”. The owner (after arrival he told us that he was the one) did not indicate during our conversation or afterwards that he would not prepare the order... He agreed, so we drove 25 minutes for a dead sparrow. Only to be chased away that it was our fault because I didn't sound serious. There was no excuse nor a choice to make it directly for us. On the contrary, even we were turned away. Customers like us are not needed for his business (literal words of the owner) Hopeless figures who don't know how a company works. Tasty food, good value for money. The poke bowls are particularly good. WOK is also fine in itself, but for my taste there is a little too much dressing in the wok. Furthermore, excellent delivery, well packaged and definitely recommended.

I'm a critical burger eater, but their cheeseburger is delicious. Especially with andalouse sauce. Fries are also great. Good golden color, perfectly crispy, and not too greasy. And all for less than €7! Definitely come back 👌
