Endroit magnifique.. MAIS qualité de la nourriture médiocre.. Attrape touristes . 26€ pour spaghettis trop cuits avec scampis pâteux , concentré de tomate et pour couronner le tout . Gruyère.

Weggegaan.. te onbeschoft bij het beleefd vragen of we mochten daar zitten. Blijkbaar moet je je neerploffen waar je zelf maar wil.

Als je veel tijd hebt en je standaard tegen de grond ligt is dit de plaats om te zijn. Voor alle andere, blijf hier weg. Ik volg de meningen van andere reviewers.

Personeel zeer onklantvriendelijk, gewoon onbeschoft. Pizza lijkt wel in frituur gebakken zo vet! Zo'n mooie plek en Zo'n slechte service over het eten maar niet te spreken! De pannekoek van mijn zoon is de reden dat ik het nog 1 ster geef deze was wel te eten!

Arrogante kelner kent zijn job niet. Twee 'a point gebakken' biefstukken besteld, waren droog en doorbakken, onsmakelijke sausen en uitgedroogde bijgeleverde groentjes. Toen wij ontkennend antwoordden op de vraag of het gesmaakt had haalde de kelner zijn schouders op en zei "jongens toch" Het eten hebben we laten staan, de wijn was lekker.

We stopten er tijdens een fietstocht. Bestelling opnemen mocht iets sneller. Spaghetti saus nogal smaakloos en ook zonder te vragen overstrooid met kaas. Pizza OK. Iets te prijzig.

Lekker met het gezin gegeten. Het is een prachtige locatie en je zit binnen hartstikke mooi. De kale ober die wij hadden was een aardige, professionele man en het eten was uitstekend. Na het eten hebben we nog even de trappen omhoog de molen in gelopen, leuk om te zien! Zeker een aanrader als je in Sluis bent, ik snap de eerdere negatieve recensies totaal niet.

Met een 40-tal Jaguar-liefhebbers kwamen we hier voor een eenvoudig 3-gangen diner. Erg mooie zaak, goede bediening, maar rond 18u waren we hier de enige klanten, raar... Van de voorgerechten proefden we de gerookte zalm en de garnaalkroket. De (dubbele) sliptongetjes waren wat droog, de steak was ok, beide kwamen wel met eenzelfde kommetje rauwkost. Als afsluiter was er een ruime portie dame-blanche. Prima voor de gevraagde prijs.

Buiten gaan zitten voor lunch. Bleek dat je niet kon bestellen (alleen maar drankjes). Naar binnen gegaan om daar aan de ober(s) te vragen of we ook een kaart mee naar buiten konden nemen om buiten wat te eten. Die dag regende het met vlagen. Kregen we een snauwend antwoord van de ober dat buiten alleen maar drankjes was en dat hij niet allemaal maar buiten ging door de regen. We vonden dit erg naar en vervelend overkomen en zijn meteen naar buiten gegaan om ergens anders te gaan lunchen. Niet aan te raden daar!

You could only sit outside and all tables were full but it wasn't long before a table became available. Was hot and sunny and we didn't have shade. We visited because my husband always talked about the apple-ball pie from his childhood with his grandparents and I wanted to try it out. I was disappointed though, I expected the sour-sweet soft apple but got sweet and hard apple. I loved the chai and the children loved the ice-cream, and played with the ice-cream toy for the next couple of days. I might go back to try other dishes, the fries and chicken from the table next to us looked delicious!

The staff never smile, and a bald man inside the establishment was extremely rude to us, to the point that even my 11-year-old son commented on the treatment. We left without completing our order; it was impossible to eat anything there. I do not recommend it, I won't return, and I advise against wasting your time at a place where you are not treated well. There are other wonderful options in Sluis. It's sad for the owner, as it's a great place that could be improved, but with such awful people working there.

Beautifully towering above the historic fortified town. Built in 1739 as a fortress mill of Fort Sluis. The old stone windmill is well maintained, still in operation and can be visited. Ground flour is available in the souvenir shop and for something to eat or drink you can go to the brasserie with outdoor terrace
