0/10 SHAME A disgrace to the chip shop industry. I didn't even have my order finished, even though it was paid for. SHAME SHAME

We ordered fries, 3 special frikadelles, a hamburger, a croquette & hamburger, and 2 cheese soufflés. Upon arrival, we were missing 3 special frikadelles, a croquette, and a cheese soufflé. Very annoying. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time. Last year, our order wasn't complete either.

So we had pizza and 2 chicken burgers and everything was very tasty 😋 a visit is definitely worth it

Got some fries, some hogweed, and a caprese pizza. The fries were dry, and the hogweed looked three days old. The pizza was dripping with grease. I was sick to death from the pizza the rest of the day. Next time, I'll go to the snack bar outside the park!

We don't understand the bad reviews. We ordered three pizzas, and all were good. The same goes for the soft-serve ice cream. The staff only speaks English, but that wasn't a problem for us.

The fries arrived unsalted, but they were tasty. However, I have to warn you about the pizza: it's by far the worst I've ever eaten. Especially disappointing considering the price of €12 for a Margherita: there's no real cheese on it, just some strange fat-cream(?) mixture that doesn't melt, but sticks to your teeth when you bite into it, and on top of that, it tastes like nothing.

Got food here several times in a week. I personally can't place the previous reviews; the young man who helped us was very friendly, the food is ready quickly and tastes great.

Got food here twice. Fries with frikandel and pizza. The fries were tasteless and cold, luckily Frikandel was tasty. Pizza was really inedible. There was slimy fat on it that I thought passed for cheese. Quite expensive for what you get too. Next time get a nice pizza in Cadzand bath.

We had three different pizzas from the snack bar, all of which were delicious. The service was very friendly. The price level is okay for a holiday region.

The location was open, staff walked by but didn't help for 10 minutes. So I went somewhere else.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I was the first in line and waited 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I couldn't even get a good evening out of it. The snacks weren't bad, but the way I was treated was simply unacceptable. In the 45 minutes I was inside, I saw many customers walk away in anger, but I also saw plenty come back angry because their orders were wrong.

Good fries and snacks. Unfortunately, it was a pity that the hamburger buns were gone, and the boxes of the kids boxes were also gone. The staff did their best, thought along and provided compensation, therefore the service 5 full stars. Perhaps the purchasing manager can better tailor purchasing to the guests present

We found the fries from the snack bar delicious. However, they had to be seasoned because there is no salt added to them. The soft ice cream is quite ok. Unfortunately the pizza is not tasty, the burgers are good, bitterballen are delicious. In the end it's perfectly fine for a "snack".

Ate here twice. Ate fries once and got pizza once. Both tasted great, very satisfied. Fries were crispy, with enough sauce and without salt (you can put them yourself in bags). We initially received the wrong sauce (miscommunication from the kitchen), so check your order before you go to your house. Pizza was tasty and they didn't make any fuss about adjusting the pizza. It would have been nice if the pizza had already been cut into slices, but that was not the case and that was difficult in the house with only fairly blunt knives. Both times the staff did not speak Dutch, but they did speak English. If you have difficulty walking, the door opens outwards and there is quite a threshold. As a result, I could not go in or out independently with my wheelchair. A bit of a shame and good to know in advance.

Salami pizza not recommended, very soggy, too much pile of salami

A Pizza Margherita with inedible liquid topping, never had such an inedible pizza. Not recommended.

Would you like to order pizzas today, the staff doesn't speak Dutch, no German, just broken English and explained to me that there were no more pizzas, that there were too many orders in the restaurant next door, yes, but there are no pizzas on the menu there? But there are too many orders and no more pizzas. Staff didn't offer an apology either! At first I was disappointed and then just angry. Unfriendly staff.

Yesterday we had dinner at Roompot Nieuw-Vliet with 6 adults and 5 children. Service was super bad, we had to wait 2 hours for our food, when we complained about it, they did not appreciate our opinion and turned us away with an extra kid menu. We didn't wear it because some had fallen asleep!!! We already received a €100 discount on the voucher because the dishwasher in the house was defective and the water pressure in the showers was very poor. In short, 3 bad experiences, it was a shame that I got the impression that it was all new. There is work to be done for Roompot Nieuw-Vliet. If they continue like this they can close the door quickly!!!

We had take away in the snack bar. The pizzas were all well baked and tasted good and were reasonably priced. Since we hadn't pre-ordered, we had to wait a little while for it to be operational and for fresh pizzas to be made. In addition to the pizzas we had a chicken satay dish. Unfortunately, it neither looked very good nor tasted very good. The staff was nice and friendly, and the rooms were all clean. However, we found different dishes and a completely different menu on the internet and in the app than on site. Maybe this was because the restaurant and snack bar have different menus.

First of all, my review concerns the snack bar and not the restaurant inside. This is to prevent missing items. On 11.11.2023 I picked up fries at the snack bar with various snacks. Delicious!! Both the fries and the snacks. The boy and girl from the snack bar served us with gloves. Very friendly and correct. The fact that they only spoke English didn't bother us. Definitely recommended. I don't understand why they don't score higher in the reviews. I can't elaborate on what the service and food in the restaurant are like 😏

Update 2023 We ate twice. The taste was very good both times. Booked 2x3 courses for 19.95 euros the second time through Social Deal. Here too, very good food and friendly service. Salad, burgers, tortellini in mushroom sauce... really good and only recommended. We'd love to come back 2022: Can't understand the negative reviews. We had Cesar salad, burger, tomato soup and extra fries... Everything was really good throughout. The salad was really huge and the burger was good too. Although fried, it was very tender and tasty. My daughter really likes tomato soup and she loved it. All in all really good and recommended. Service very friendly and quick

We were here at the park in June, now we are at Residence Cadzand Bad. Dropped by this afternoon for a drink. Unbelievably bad staff on the terrace and restaurant. So many people walk away because they are not helped. Pity. This way you miss out on a lot of turnover.

Way too expensive. Not normal. There is another chip shop at the main entrance to the park. Just try them.

Als Notlösung OK aber viel zu teuer. 100 Euro für 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kleinkinder. Pizza war von unten schwarz aber von oben war nicht mal der Käse geschmolzen. Essen war in Ordnung, aber nur weil wir Hunger hatten. Noch mal werden wir nicht kommen.

Na de reviews gelezen te hebben had ik er een hard hoofd in. Portie friet mag wat groter zijn maar de friet zelf was niet verkeerd. Diegene die ons geholpen had was erg vriendelijk.

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden. Tolles Ambiente, lecker Essen und sehr nettes Personal. Urlaubsfeeling pur, da kommt man sehr gerne wieder!

Top Service und für NL gutes Essen. Burger war gut gebraten und das Brötchen (Brioche) auch sehr lecker. Getränke kamen quasi 2 Minuten nach der Bestellung!

Vlotte vriendelijke bediening, harde werkers, ondanks drukte toch snel geholpen. Friet zo als het moet zijn. Aanrader, wij zouden zeker terug komen.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist für NL in Ordnung. Schnitzel mit Champions und Pommes. Lecker aber sehr klein! Schnitzel durfte ruhig größer sein. Personal stets freundlich. Jedoch nur Niederländisch/Französisch sprachig.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit Sitzplätzen innen und außen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und schnell. Die Burger und die Bitterballen waren sehr lecker, auch der Veggieburger. Die Pommes sind gut. Es ist alles etwas teurer, dafür sitzt man sehr schön..

Wir waren bereits im Restaurant und an der Snackbar essen. Im Restaurant war es sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Am Snackpoint haben wir Mittags Pommes und Chicken Nuggets gegessen, was ebenfalls gut war. Absolut zu empfehlen ist die Pizza, wir hatten fünf verschiedene bestellt und jede dieser Pizzen war sehr gut und steht einer guten Pizzeria in nichts nach. Das die Preise erhöht sind, ist in den Niederlanden im Vergleich zu Deutschland normal. Das Essen war jeden Cent wert.

Meine Erfahrung ist entgegen anderer Rezensionen hier sehr positiv. Leckere Fritten, super Bami, Familienportion Fritten im großen Becher sehr preiswert. Frikandel auch super. Softeis ebenfalls lecker. Personal war freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Die Preise sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Salat hatte kein Dressing. Getränkenachbestellung schwierig

Zeer lekkere friet en de snacks zijn ook prima. Het personeel wat daar werkt is vriendelijk.

Ich habe die Snackbar als Alternative zur Frittenbude am Park Eingang getestet. Es hat sich nicht gelohnt, die Fritten sind nichts besonderes und die Pizza war wirklich nicht zu Empfehlen( Zutaten/Machart/Zubereitung). Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich.
