Very good food, friendly service!

After our appetizer, we went up to ask for the bill. We were given supposedly fresh, unpeeled shrimp, but they were rotten and smelled like a stale wet dog! We called the owner to ask if it was normal for them to smell so bad, but she didn't respond. Absolutely not recommended, a filthy restaurant.

The food was delicious, definitely worth the money. Lovely heated terrace. We'll definitely be back.

Price/quality is subpar! Way too expensive. I asked for a fish stew with fries, and they threw in a croquette, and a quarter of the fish stew was mashed potatoes? Weird. The service was friendly, but some of the people there don't have any experience in the hospitality industry! Holding the top of a glass while you're drinking from it is simply unacceptable! I didn't even want my drink anymore. I'll never come back here again.

On September 1st, we sat on the terrace. After 30 minutes, it started raining and it got chilly. We asked to turn on the heaters. The response was that it was summer and that the "heated terrace" is only available in winter, despite the large sign on the roof saying "heated terrace." The aperitif wasn't explained, even though it was crab and we had a pregnant woman at the table. Furthermore, a bottle of wine for €35.50 wasn't opened and we didn't taste it. We had to pour it ourselves. I reported a dirty glass, and I received a new one but still had to pour the wine myself. When it started raining, we weren't helped to change tables because rain was dripping from the parasol onto our table. It was far from busy. The staff is not customer-friendly by Dutch standards. One person didn't speak Dutch or English, and the other was very curt. The food itself (mussels) was good. The staff and service left much to be desired.

Very high prices for very mediocre food

Expensive place. I only came here to drink, but they know their prices. They try to look fancy, but it's actually a mess. The lights in the bathroom mirrors were broken, and you order an apple juice for €4.75, and the bottle isn't even shaken beforehand. What a cozy restaurant with very friendly staff. It got a bit too cold and windy outside, but we got a table inside without any problem. The food was delicious. Despite the crowds due to a summer market (every Tuesday for four weeks), which may have caused prices to rise a bit, the staff remained calm and polite. At our table, we ate soup, pasta, and meat dishes; everything was delicious.

A pleasant terrace for seven people, with a lovely atmosphere. We had a delicious meal: eel, sole, scampi, and mussels, paired with excellent wine. This was our twelfth time dining at Restaurant Andric, and it's always fantastic. Looking forward to the next time.

Ik wilde samen met mijn man en 2 kindjes (eentje van 3 jaar en eentje van 3 maanden) iets op terras drinken. Toen mijn man vroeg aan de mevrouw die opdiende of we mochten zitten aan een tafel die leeg was, kreeg hij het onbeschofte en brute antwoord: ‘ik moet dat eten eerst wegbrengen’. Mijn man zei direct geen probleem hoor maar zouden we hier mogen zitten? Waarop hij geen antwoord meer kreeg. We hebben ons nog nooit zo onwelkom gevoeld als vandaag! Hier komen wij NOOIT nog terug!

Yes, but this is milk foam, you could have also chosen whipped cream. But that is not listed. Coffee costs €4.00. And here also food??? Not a hair on our heads that thinks of that. So dear people. Look and inform yourself well before you order something here. Never again for us

Last Sunday we had a delicious Tournedos, it was of high quality. We sat outside on the terrace where it was a bit too chilly. Asked if the heater could be turned on, which was immediately complied with. Then it was a lovely dinner with a good temperature.

We wilde lunchen, echter dit restaurant heeft geen lunchkaart. Daar Ma 94 jaar oud is, wilde we binnen zitten. Nou dat is geen succes geworden. Omdat we wilde lunchen hebben we soep besteld, En dan krijg je chagrijnig te horen //is dat alles// daar Ma in de rolstoel zit en met wat moeite op de stoel zat. Konden we niet weglopen. 4 soep en 4 drankjes en dan ruim 56 euro betalen. Iedere klant is een klant en niet iedere klant geeft 100 euro uit. Geen aanrader voor ons

I have to give 1 star otherwise I can't write a review. Given the prices, I actually wanted to leave immediately. You can't do that, my partner said. So ordered Hoegaarden and Spa red. They didn't have Hoegaarden. So it became an Omer. Ordered two onion soups. I've honestly never had it this bad before. My 6 year old grandson is doing better. And of course, when paying, I was allowed to pay for the Hoegaarden that they didn't have. Mrs. Had to go inside and calculate how much is €38.25 minus €6.50???

Went for dinner this afternoon, my friend had asked for a wiener schnitzel, 32 euros and it was exactly a children's schnitzel. I had a salad with scampi, the salad was counted exactly kindergarten, no bread with it, 28 euros, a lot of money for what you get, you won't see us there again.

Mixed grill... then you expect meat from the grill and not 4 pieces of tough meat fried in the pan. The fries were undercooked and limp. Staff were smoking at the table further away on the terrace where we were also sitting. Service mediocre and food too expensive for the quality.

Had a very nice meal today at the Andric sole menu for only 49 euros, delicious carpaccio and then large sole and a Dame Blance, where else can you find such a place! Highly recommended!

Ik bezocht dit restaurant en werd door Yvan, Amir hartelijk ontvangen. De visgerechten waren vers en met de hoogste kwaliteit klaargemaakt. Ik kreeg van de zaakvoerder met mijn vrouw een drankje aangeboden waarvoor wij Andre willen bedanken. Binnen de 14 minuten werden de maaltijden geserveerd. Een sterke aanrader. Andric doet het goed en zo vlug of het moet!!! Tot binnenkort!!!

Even naar sluis waar we natuurlijk ook een restaurant mee pikten. ANDRIC . Hoogstraat 1 Sluis tel 0031 117461608 Dit restaurant is gelegen juist aan de rotonde bij het binnenkomen van sluis. Je kan hier zowel knus binnen bij de open haard of bij goed weer buiten op het terras gezellig tafelen of iets drinken. Hoewel op internet veel negatieve kritiek te lezen valt viel dit bij ons meer dan mee. Het restaurant is gezellig en ons eten was vrij lekker. Geen culinaire topper maar toch niets op aan te merke. Niet echt goedkoop als je aan de kaart eet, maar pak je een menu, dan valt dat best mee. Menu 35.5 € Lotte met prei 34 € Zalm bearnaise 32.5 € 7 Gegrilde oester in looksaus 29 € (zeer lekker) Alleen de prijs van de drank vond ik overdreven duur. cola 3.75 € calsberg 6.5 € Maar al bij al een adres waar we zeker nog terug komen

What an experience. Ordered Mix Grill but I don't think they have a grill in the kitchen. With 4 pieces of meat on a plate (much too tough) without sauce, lettuce leaf and 1 croquette that was simply cold. The fries came after the waiter. Only brought it after 5 minutes and what we thought came true. Not warm anymore😨 The price was quite reasonable, €40 what a disappointment SEE YOU NEVER AGAIN.

Vandaag zij we na een lange rit uit Frankrijk aangekomen in Sluis. We willen lekker een hapje eten en vinden restaurant Andric. Op de website staat: “Er zijn zo van die restaurants die na zoveel jaren een baken in Sluis worden”. Nou blijkbaar hebben ze het te goed bij Andric of ze hebben geen zin in gasten want om 20:10 uur is het antwoord dat de keuken is gesloten. Serieus ….het is zondagavond, voor de reguliere horeca in het land een drukke avond en dit restaurant is gewoon dicht. Op onze vraag waar we nog wel terecht kunnen wordt schouderophalend gereageerd. De ondernemer die we spraken moest ons het antwoord schuldig blijven. Hij had werkelijk geen idee. Of….hij gunt het zijn collega ondernemers niet?!! Uiteindelijk hebben we ergens anders heerlijk gegeten. Andric: jullie snappen er duidelijk helemaal niks van!!

The website states: “There are some restaurants that become a beacon in Sluis after so many years.” Well apparently they are doing too well with Andric or they don't feel like having guests because at 8:10 PM the answer is that the kitchen is closed. Seriously...it's Sunday evening, a busy evening for the regular catering industry in the country and this restaurant is closed. When we ask where we can go, we receive a shrug of the shoulders. The entrepreneur we spoke to was unable to provide us with an answer. He really had no idea. Or...he doesn't want it for his fellow entrepreneurs?!! We ended up having a delicious meal at Ristorante Romagna. They get it! After a super hospitable welcome we had a delicious meal!

A veggie burger consists of 2 soggy vegetarian burgers from the supermarket without a bun. Limp, greasy fries and greasy schnitzels. Had lunch at this restaurant, it looked nice with the heaters on the terrace. The prices were on the high side, but hey... holiday. I ordered the Tuna Salad for EUR 26 and asked if it was fresh tuna, lightly seared. "Yes" was the answer. You guessed it... half a can of tuna on my plate (dry) with some lettuce leaves, Amsterdam onions, small pickles, tomato mayo and whiskey sauce. My partner's brie salad was also very limited, very salty and outrageously (too) expensive. My advice: quickly walk to another nice tent in Sluis. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Despite his mistake with the tuna, the waiter was friendly.
