Molly Malone's Irish Pub in Burgwallen-Oude Zijde

Standars Irish pub, only scoring three stars as I went specifically for a pint of Strongbow which according to their website they sold. On arrival I was told they hadn't sold strongbow in ages.

Authentic Irish coziness. Staff respond appropriately to misconduct.

A friendly and welcoming place! A variety of draft beers (Guinness, of course!) served properly! Friendly customers and staff.

Had food and drinks for a football match, great spot.

Good and cozy pub. The kitchen and bar staff do not wash their hands after using the toilet. This is really unacceptable.

Out with my partner last night to explore the city during the Pride festivities. As a neurospicy person I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the people and noise but as soon as I looked through the door into Molly Malone's and saw a lively pub with a duo playing music I knew I'd be ok. Walking in the atmosphere hit like a warm hug; positive vibes, great music, everyone having a great time. We ordered drinks and sat down to enjoy the music and I instantly felt better. Everyone was smiling, clapping, singing along and we felt welcome and part of the experience. Some traditional Irish folk tunes got the whole pub stomping and singing and it was fantastic. We didn't eat so I can't rate the food unfortunately. Will definitely be coming back next time we visit Amsterdam and would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable slice of Ireland.

What a great place to unwind. The atmosphere at the bar is exactly what you look for in a good pub, with an extensive selection of bottles behind the counter and a very relaxed vibe. I enjoyed a perfectly poured glass of Guinness here. It is also a really nice surprise that they have authentic Tayto chips hanging on the counter. I will definitely be back soon.

This is the pub with the best Guinness I've found in Amsterdam . Has live music some nights and staff are always welcoming and can have a laugh. There again in 4 weeks, see yous soon!

A fantastic place! If you're looking to watch football, this place has everything you need. Two large plasma screens and several smaller ones. The view is excellent. And yes, the Kriek TV here is great too!

Do not come here if you want an Irish pub. Asked the man playing guitar would he play 3 different songs and he didn’t know any of them. Maybe come when Niall is playing apparently he is good. But as for Irish. Not at all.

We stopped by chance, unsure whether to have an aperitif or dinner. We ended up eating a selection of very good appetizers and drinking a couple of beers, which were definitely good. The authentic atmosphere is highly recommended. The staff were friendly and service was quick (we had two children with us).

This corner of Zeedijk and Spooksteeg captures the vibrant essence of Amsterdam. Molly Malone's is a fantastic landmark with its distinctive brick architecture and welcoming atmosphere. (Souvenir from 2018.) The Heineken sign is unmistakable, and the building has that historic charm that defines the city. A must-stop for great beer and good music in the heart of the action!

A lovely pub situated on a small canal. The outdoor seating is beautiful, and the interior has a very pleasant atmosphere. The prices are perfectly reasonable. We enjoyed a wonderful evening.

The best place to enjoy Irish music 🎵 in Red lights District in Amsterdam. But, the only negative thing about this place are the Bathrooms they are very small, the worst part is that they keep it very nasty and stinky 🤢. The worst bathrooms we have been around the area.

Came here for the first time last night and was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, and selection of whisky on the wall. Adam behind the bar was lovely and can pour a mean Guinness. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice cold beer!

We didn't eat here but only had a couple of beers in passing. We appreciated the place in true Irish style, then Rudy welcomed us with wags and cuddles, how could you not love this place?

Walked in and didn't know what to expect. It's a very small little bar with great service. We were a little early for the lunch but the beer was cold. We'll definitely go back.

Cozy Irish pub and the best Guinness in Amsterdam!

Was great to be able to have a couple of beers and a pub that felt a bit like home, even though we are from New Zealand. Love the atmosphere in the place, much like most Irish bars throughout the world.

We loved this quaint Irish Pub. The service was fast and friendly. The food was great. The owner even brought us out some pasta she had made for her employees, that was off menu, and it was delicious. Probably the cheapest night out we had in Amsterdam.

(pero puede que sea la última ! ! ) Cuando entramos en el ambiente era agradable, la gente charlando y una buena vibra general sobre el lugar! Nos sentamos en el bar. Pedimos bebidas y después de pedir algún bocadillo es todo agradable hasta ahora, Pero para mí y para mi esposa el buen momento que habíamos cambiado , cuando puse el servidor detrás de la atención de la barra , cuando me miró le dije señalando a una señorita a mi lado , ella es la primera, Bueno, ¿no recibí una conferencia sobre cómo no interferir y lo bien que conoce su trabajo no tengo que decirle quién es el primero y ella me está diciendo así de agradable pero en el futuro podría enojarse y no ser tan amable al respecto! ! ¿Puedo recomendarle dos platos que podría tomar? 1 ... control de la ira y 2 ... habilidades de las personas ¡Qué diablos! Solo estaba siendo amable con alguien que estaba esperando ser servido y esto me dejó totalmente estupefacto. La señorita después de unos minutos volvió a nuestro lado y dijo: Siento mucho por ti la forma en que te hablaron y después de todo eso, al estar tan ocupado contándote de ello sin razón alguna, el servidor en realidad olvidó la mitad de nuestro pedido. Very friendly staff, fun decor, and a good pint in Amsterdam. Next time I am here I'll try the food but the service for Guinness was very fast. It is in a very pretty canal area and very close to central station and the docks.

A lovely wee Irish Pub we found on our wanders around Amsterdam. So we had to stop for a drink. We sat outside, beside the canal and watched the world go by. My daughter loved all the different selections of whisky. So had a dram of Irish whisky. Thank you for your recommendation. Hope to visit again!
