Upon arrival, you are directed to your table and told to "scan QR code" and something about a PIN code. No further explanation. The food and drinks are dumped on your table on one side, and there is very little communication. The food itself was not tasty, the sushi fell apart, and we often did not receive the dishes we ordered, but instead received dishes that were not meant for us. When clearing the plates, a member of the wait staff comes over and asks if they can have the plates, and stands there until you indicate it. There are also a few wait staff members who try very hard and are friendly! All in all, a bad experience. Never again for us.

This is truly an amazing all-you-can-eat restaurant. There is a huge selection and the dishes are all unique and very tasty, with flavors you don't find everywhere. The meat dishes, in particular, are delicious and tender. I also really appreciate that you can order drinks without paying extra, and they serve very tasty lemonade which works very well as a thirst quencher. The staff is very friendly and the dishes are on the table in no time, and empty plates are cleared quickly too. In short, the best all-you-can-eat I have ever had!

A really nice experience at Mori Kitchen. The food was very tasty and arrived at the table quickly. The place itself looks beautiful and cozy. The two young men with curly hair were especially friendly and nice to us. The guy at the bar was also nice and seemed very experienced. We came with the whole family and everyone enjoyed themselves. We definitely had a great experience and we will certainly be back again!

The food was very bad, just not tasty; the ribeye was tough, the portions very small, keep the windows and doors closed otherwise it blows off your plate. I won't eat here again.

You get very little food for what you pay; three of us paid 144 euros for incredibly small portions. It is better to go to Restaurant Ida.

The food was not good; they used old ingredients. The chicken and shrimp were tough. The flavors were poor. The service was good. All the desserts were really old; it's very strange to serve this to your guests. We will never eat here again.

The food took way too long to arrive. We were at the third round and still had to get food from the second round. It was a shame when we paid that we got the answer that it was busier than we expected. We won't be coming back for the time being.

We've been here many times, and when I looked up the rating and saw a 3.9, I thought, huh? But after last night, I get it. The food really wasn't good (anymore). You only get two fried steak cubes, the sushi isn't anything to write home about, and neither is the rest. Very little and not very tasty. The woman who came in didn't seem very friendly either. She told me three times that the table had to be empty by a certain time. I said, "Well, we're not very comfortable like this anymore," and apparently, the same thing had been said to the table next to us. However, when we left, half the restaurant was empty, so I don't understand the insistence on that. This was our last time.

Delicious food, fast and friendly service. We sat in a kind of sunken seating area, which wasn't very comfortable and there was a bit of a draft. But otherwise, everything was a success.

The food was delicious! Both the sushi and the other dishes—I especially loved the lamb chops—were top-notch. The selection was extensive, and you didn't have to choose because you could eat everything! The desserts were also extensive and delicious. The interior is beautiful and atmospheric, and the service is excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I used to come here more often (about 2 years ago), but the food has really gone downhill now. I can't really say much about it; it wasn't even busy or anything. Also, most of the staff don't speak Dutch.

To round off our summer vacation, we went out for dinner again on Saturday, and the ladies chose sushi. Unlike previous times, we wanted to try a different restaurant this time, and it turned out to be a good choice. After some initial hiccups (reservation was a bit of a problem, staff was a bit frustrated, and the first round of drinks orders took a while), everything went quite smoothly, and the drinks and dishes arrived quickly after ordering. And the food was very good and delicious, definitely a reason for us to eat there again!

We went on Friday and Saturday. All you can eat, including drinks, for 2 hours for €45. Similar to all other Ayce restaurants in Almere, with a few different dishes and sushi on the menu, it's a great way to diversify. Only dessert is served buffet-style; all other dishes are brought to your table. Upon arrival, you receive a PIN code at the table. Everyone can scan a QR code with their own phone. Using the PIN code, you can order dishes on your phone, and the latter can send the order. Very convenient: you can also order drinks with your phone and can do so at any time during or at the same time as your meal. We had a delicious meal and will definitely go back again. Free parking.

Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Some tasty dishes and variations on the menu that you won't find elsewhere (like Fuijihouse or Het Gouden Huis). For a few euros more per person, you get all-inclusive, including drinks. The dessert section is more extensive than at comparable restaurants. There, they sometimes even charge extra for a scoop of ice cream. Here, it's included. The chocolate fountain is also a nice addition. We had a wonderful meal. 😁👍

The food was always super fast! The portions were a bit on the large side. Super friendly staff especially the boy in service with the manbun! Definitely recommended =)

They were really good about 2 years ago. Unfortunately this time it was very bad. The staff was untrained and spoke little to no Dutch. 2 out of 3 plates were dirty. There was a long hair in a glass. After we said something about it, the waiter was in shock. The wine glasses were placed on the shelf straight from the dishwasher. Not rubbed with a tea towel, as it should be. It is not surprising that you also get food poisoning.

It was my first visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I certainly plan to return again soon.

Food getting worse, less and more salty than before. Time is more consuming and the price is more expensive (I understand for increasing price because of costs, but it need to be the same quality and quantity of previous time. Used to be my favorite place but not anymore. Disappointed

Great tent, orders came in no time, food was tasty too. Drinks are included in the all-in price, so you can also order unlimited drinks.

I was there with my friends at the table and they were uncomfortable because we saw how mean the chef was to the servers and I felt really sad.

My family and I sat at table 12 and watched the chef treat the servers as subordinates, almost as if they were not people. His attitude was sullen and unfriendly towards his employees, which gave the atmosphere an unpleasant turn.

Was okay but not worth repeating. Beef was often tough. Chicken chili was very tasty. Some dishes were not delivered. If you ask for it they tell you to order it again. Ordering via your phone is also not very convenient, especially with a group.

Had dinner with the family on Christmas Day. Just an all you can eat concept. It's annoying to order with your phone, so make sure it's properly charged. It's also a shame that they literally just put the food down and don't tell you what it is. For the rest it was just okay.

Mori Kitchen is an all you can eat restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The delicious dishes are served quickly and the menu contains some dishes that I have not yet encountered in other similar restaurants. This is definitely recommended!

The food itself is okay enough. Even tho I did find a hair in the food, which doesn’t seem how it supposed to be according to quality and hygiene. But could be a coincidence. The delivery and service is horrible. Food came more than one hour late and when we called , the person who picked the phone said “it was on the way” without even knowing a name or address or order. Wasn’t listening and hang up. The sushi is very overpriced for what you get. For 50 euros on sushi I only got 2 little bags of wasabi with it. Would definitely not recommend. It is as the Dutch say an overpriced “vreetschuur” with no service.

Tonight the four of us had dinner at Mori restaurant for the first time. We loved the food. Lots of choices and beautiful dishes that all taste delicious. Very friendly and nice employees and owner/hostess. Food and drinks arrived quickly. We had a pleasant and delicious evening. Unfortunately we don't live nearby, but we definitely plan to come more often!

It's a shame that such bad reviews are written. I have no experience with eating on site, but I have ordered a number of times. We think the sushi is one of the best in Almere. Very fresh and good price too. Recently ordered some dim sum and that was also good, the gyoza was very tasty! Friendly on the phone and also the delivery.

In the past I had a delicious meal at Mori, but now it is a big drama, the food is extremely poorly cut pieces of meat that are inedible and sushi is small and tasty. Tonight we had dinner at Mori, we had to wait almost 10 minutes before we were helped or seen even though we had made a reservation. When ordering, we did not receive our first ordered drinks, but immediately received a partial 1st round and had to ask for our drinks and the rest of our first round. Sushi was ok, but hot meat was tough and cold and dry. Many of the staff don't look at you and throw your food on your table. We are used to better and we reported this to the head waitress, and there was no compensation for this evening. Unfortunately we will not be coming back here and have had to pay the full bill. It is a major setback compared to six months ago.

Smooth service, delicious dishes. Make sure you bring a well-charged cell phone. You have to order everything (food and drinks) with your own mobile phone.

Was there for dinner today. Really disappointed. Drink ordered came after 30 minutes. Eating every round we haven't gotten one or two dish . Sushi rice was very dry. Very small portion. And every time we asked why there was so much delay, we got the answer: I can't look in the kitchen, why there is a delay or when the food will be ready. Very bad experience.

Very long wait for food here. In round 4 you will still receive things from round 1. You can also wait 20 minutes when ordering drinks. Food is continuously placed at the wrong tables. Even got something after we had already finished the desserts and wanted to leave, so at least 45 minutes after ordering

The food was delicious, some dishes did not arrive or arrived much later and the ordered drinks took a very long time to be delivered to the table.

The food used to be delicious, but the last two times it has clearly deteriorated. We ordered duck and it was just dry, rock hard pieces, it's not what it used to be, a waste of our money. For us this was the last time at Mori

Unfortunately, they did not expect so many crowds on our day, which was a Thursday. The service itself also admitted that it was too little service. They were very friendly and went all out. There was a candle tray on the table that was empty, but was not refilled on any table nor was it lit. The food was therefore not really warm. Later in the evening it became quieter and you also noticed that the food quality was good and came hot and quickly. It was a shame, we felt like having a nice meal. This also tells us what our experience was at checkout. Could be much better.

Ate at Mori yesterday, we eat here almost every month but I hope their good intention was not to reduce the portions! It's scandalous how small the portions are now! Beef teyaki was actually 5 very small pieces of meat. The piece of fried salmon was 5cm and so thin that it was simply fried hard. Edamame beans, 7 pieces! Chicken sushi was so small, just a joke! Really not normal! The food is only getting more expensive and the portions have been kept to a minimum! This will cost your customers! For that money I would eat elsewhere in normal portions!

Tweede Kerstdag hier gegeten met 9 personen. Regelmatig niet alles gekregen per bestelde ronde. Eten op zich was prima. Jammer dat er weinig aandacht was besteed aan het feit dat het kerstmis was. Geen kerstsfeer en geen kerstdessert, maar gewoon in de rij bij het normale dessertbuffet. Ik vond het de betaalde 60 euro pp niet waard.

We kwamen voor het kerstdiner bij Mori en nu snap ik dat het wat druk kan zijn op zo’n Eerste Kerstdag. Maar het eten kwam vaak onvolledig, laat, koud, niet lekker en in mini-porties. Alleen de lamskotelet was goed. Er is teveel concessie gedaan in het eten voor wat het waard is. Hoewel het personeel over het algemeen nog best vrolijk was, zaten er een paar tussen die te gestresst en kortaf over kwamen. Geen aanrader.

Met de kerst weer eten top zaak

Eten was goed, bediening laat te wensen over en de banken zitten niet lekker/doorgezakt op sommige stukken. Heeeeeel lang op drinken moeten wachten.

Sehr gute Qualität, nette Bedienung. Für die Niederlande ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut. All you can eat, 2 Stunden lang.

Wij zijn hier gisteren gaan eten met z'n tweeën. We hebben gekozen voor het "inclusief drankjes" arrangement. Wat uiteindelijk van de alcoholische afdeling betekent: huiswijn en Heineken zit erbij, de rest is extra betalen. Bij binnenkomst moesten we lang wachten tot we konden gaan zitten. Het eerste gerecht kregen we na ongeveer 20 minuten, het drinken was er toen nog niet. Uiteindelijk na een half uur gevraagd waar het drinken bleef, toen kregen we het vrijwel meteen. In 2 uur tijd, hebben we met moeite 3 drankjes per persoon gekregen. "All in" is niet de moeite waard. De gerechten werden langzaam uitgeserveerd, de sushi viel uit elkaar, sommige gerechten van de kaart waren niet beschikbaar en de dessert tafel zag er karig en leeg uit. Voor ons helaas geen Mori meer.

Niet meer wat het in het begin was. Verandering van het concept heeft het restaurant niet goed gedaan. Gerechters zijn kleiner en bediening is zeer slecht.

Allereerst: het eten is lekker, lekkerder dan in andere all you can eat sushitenten in Almere. Maar er is geen personeel, dat weet de eigenaar, en toch kiezen ze ervoor een grote hoeveelheid gasten toe te laten. Het gevolg is dat je een halfuur na binnenkomst nog steeds zelfs geen drankje op tafel hebt staan. Na een bestelling duurt het drie kwartier voor je iets te eten hebt gekregen. In de tussentijd kan je je vermaken met muizen kijken die rondrennen.

Heerlijk eten en veel keus! Helaas keken we uit op een saai dak, maar de inrichting was erg sfeervol. Bij het personeel lag het echt aan wie je treft, maar ze waren wel heel gastvrij! We moesten wel zelf opstaan om te gaan betalen, en het lukte niet om met mijn pas te betalen daar. Gelukkig lukte een andere kaart wel. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was erg goed.

Toen we binnenkwamen bij Mori, moesten we erg lang wachten totdat iemand ons kwam halen. Daarbij had een van ons een vies bord. We wezen het personeel hierop en het duurde ook even voordat we een nieuw bord kregen All you can eat is een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Toch was het eten soms koud. Enige grote minpunt van deze avond was het personeel. Je hoeft niet veel te communiceren, maar totaal niets zeggen is ook vreemd. We rekenden contant af en zouden in principe nog wisselgeld krijgen. Echter wenste ze ons al een fijne dag verder en het leek alsof ze het geld überhaupt niet wilde teruggeven, bizar..

Sushi is kleiner, zo ook de porties. Bovendien is het erg lang wachten op de rondes. Heel jammer!

Een mager zesje. Het eten was lekker maar de bediening was chaotisch. Men begreep ons niet en het duurde vrij lang allemaal. Toch geven we Mori een tweede kans.

Na 4 jaar weer een keer terug naar Mori Kitchen. Ik moet zeggen, het was echt heel goed. De Sushi was de juiste temperatuur dus niet koud. Alle andere gerechten waren ook ontzettend lekker. Restaurant zelf is ook erg gezellig geworden. Bestellingen gaan via je eigen telefoon en komen snel door. Je kunt kiezen met of zonder drank arrangement. Dus onbeperkt drankjes bestellen maar kan ook zonder, dan betaal je gewoon je drankjes. Wij hebben genoten. Mori staat bij ons boven aan het lijstje wat betreft all you can eat sushi hier uit omgeving Almere.

Wat fijn is bij Mori is dat ze all you can eat inclusief onbeperkt drinken aanbieden. Kaart is iets minder uitgebreid misschien dan andere all you can eat restaurants, maar wat ze aanbieden is wel heel lekker. Wat minder is; het is niet echt helemaal all you can eat want tussen de rondes zit wel 7 minuten wachttijd voordat je een nieuwe ronde kan bestellen. Per ronde mag je max 3 gerechten p.p. bestellen. Ik vind dat wel een beetje misleidend.

Helaas hebben wij deze keer echt niet lekker gegeten. Het smaakte nergens naar, de muziek was echt verschrikkelijk! En de bediening is niet meer wat het geweest was. Erg jammer. Foute bestellingen kwamen op tafel. Jammer, Maar ik hoef hier niet meer te eten

Eerste en tevens laatste keer bij Mori. Beperkte kaart tov andere all-in restaurants in Almere. Sushi valt uit elkaar, kwaliteit redelijk. Service slecht, weinig personeel. Na 1 uur pas 1 ronde geserveerd gekregen. Meermaals bij personeel aangeven. Wordt gezegd dat het druk is (restaurant is bij lange na niet vol). Drankjes wel snel geserveerd. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is slecht.
