Delicious sushi at Mr. Sushi Groningen! Ordered yesterday and what a delight! The sushi was super fresh and incredibly flavorful. Every bite was pure delight, with beautiful combinations and fresh ingredients. Delivery was fast and everything arrived perfectly presented. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good sushi. We will definitely order from them again!

Waited two hours and fifteen minutes for mediocre sushi. Way too long. No compensation was offered.

Very disappointing. They said the food would arrive within 30 to 50 minutes. It actually arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes late. Just make sure to specify this when ordering. They can't keep up with demand, and that's why the wait times are so long. I'll never order from them again.

Ultimately very satisfied and super well helped. That the sushi is Mr. sushi good I already knew, so ordered a large bowl. Unfortunately I had to wait almost 2 hours. I called, then I got an exclusive discount code for the long wait. So it was worth it! Top service and top sushi!

Again the same disappointment at Mr. Sushi. They promise to deliver your food within 20-45 minutes, but now an hour and a half later and still no food. After calling we are told that a "fast delivery person" is on the way, we have heard that before. You pay quite a lot here, but get little in return: long wait, mediocre service and the same excuses over and over again. Unfortunately, this is not the first time it has been like this. For us, this is the last time we order here. There are plenty of other sushi places that do keep their promises.

They prepared my gluten free meal very safely, didn’t have any reaction and it was delicious!

DO NOT ORDER. Had to wait 2.5 hours yesterday for an order from 1 person and got sick from the food.

Still waiting for a simple order that we placed 2 hours ago. Three quarters of an hour ago we received a message that it was delivered to the delivery person. We live 6 minutes by bike from Mr. Sushi. I wonder if it will still arrive. Cannot be reached by phone. We will not order from here again.

Ordered sushi today and everyone got sick from it, it already tasted a bit strange, but unfortunately we now know why

My go-to restaurant for a while now when I'm in the mood for sushi! I order from here quite regularly for delivery and have never had any problems. Very friendly people and delicious sushi! The delivery time is clearly stated and if they don't make it they call me. (This has only happened to me once and even then there was only a five minute delay.) Very satisfied; I will definitely order from here again in the future!

Very good company. We often order dinner here for work via their own website, which I recommend rather than home delivery. They also have delivery people themselves, so I think it goes much faster. Always delivered on time. Communication is also great. Always read the note carefully and almost nothing ever goes wrong. Toppers!!!

Love Mr Sushi. If they are a little late they always call. But max 10 minutes later so I don't mind that. Their food is fresh and delicious... I am a regular customer and it will remain that way... top notch

Delivery takes ridiculously long. The agreed time is not followed. Had to wait 2 hours for a simple order for 1 person. Last time too and I was told it wouldn't happen again. Tried calling now but number is not reachable. Food was bland and did not taste fresh. Moderate. Very disappointed in Mr Sushi.

We went to order directly from the store, and considering how many orders they already had, the service was incredibly fast. We did not have to wait for long, which was very nice. However, there is NO seating place, which we couldn't see online, so bear that in mind when eating here. The sushi itself was okay. Not extraordinary in any way, but it tasted alright and we got a lot for our money, especially since they had good deals. We would probably not return for the taste, but moreso for getting cheap sushi.

Well it took two hours and the system ate one of my orders I didn't pay for the article I was missing, yet it still was missed. Food is of acceptable quality tho.

Good quality, was ready on time for collection, friendly help with extra plastic bag for the rain so that the cardboard bag does not break.

At this point I have been waiting for 1 pokebowl for over 2 hours and 50 minutes. CANNOT be reached by telephone, nor via chat, Instagram or Facebook! Wondering how long this will last.... Bad service!

What ever was the best for us, but Mr. Sushi Groningen is declining rapidly. Not fresh last time, dry rice, had to wait a long time. Ordered now at 6:30 PM and still no sushi at 8:20 PM. We're done with it, no Mr. Sushi more for us

Good sushi. We will definitely come here more often. When we arrived we only had to wait a short while, because the sushi was freshly prepared. The sushi was of good quality.

Placed an order yesterday afternoon for that evening at 8:00 PM, but at 9:00 PM the food had not yet arrived and they cannot be reached by phone. We then ordered food elsewhere and not much later I received an email that the delivery person was on his way. One hour after scheduled delivery. The food from the other business arrived earlier than the planned sushi delivery from Mr. Sushi. This is a shame, we ordered sushi for more than €50. An email had already been sent to Mr. Sushi last night.

On this fantastic evening I was lucky enough to have dinner at this sushi restaurant. I must say the atmosphere and service was tip top if it was possible I would give 6 stars the pizza magherita was delicious the fantastic dough that was perfect the beautiful crispy and thick crust like my belly and the delicious otherworldly tomato sauce was so delicious that I too I would like to have that tomato sauce if someone gave me so much attention like the pizza I know if I would survive that and now to the cheese it was like I was in Italy the delicious cheese that was perfectly baked I am surprised that this is not has a Michelin star if I worked there I would die for it and the service is perfect the nice waiters and the nice friendly owner even gave me a mansion in Puerto Rico if I were such an owner I wouldn't personally do it myself but he was so guest friendly rich amusing nice that he just did it. I recommend this restaurant. I would like to live here or live on the street in front of it so that I can be the first to enter. I am very happy with my experience. I recommend it and continue to fight.

Ordered at half past 7, picked it up expressly because the app indicated that it would be ready faster (within 15 minutes), now it's a quarter past 9 and the food is not ready yet

Food order at Mr sushi. Delivery time was initially more than an hour, then the food still has not arrived 50 minutes after the given time. Tried calling several times but no answer. Truly ridiculous.

There is not much atmosphere, because it is a takeaway point. So a small waiting area, a counter and behind it a kitchen. But the food was delicious! And the staff was friendly. One small thing though: They didn't sell drinks, which is a shame.

Ordered sushi with friends last weekend. we had the: -Soft shell box -Student box special -Crispy box Delivery was fast and the sushi was delicious! Especially the crispy box was a personal favorite!

Super lekkere sushi en top service! Had als opmerking geschreven dat mijn vriend jarig was en kreeg bij de bestelling een persoonlijk geschreven kaartje, een fortune cookie en een gratis sushi rol!

De sushi is oke en echt wel te eten. Ik vond alleen voor wat ik kreeg, het allemaal best wel duur. Met zoveel concurrentie in Groningen, springt deze er totaal niet uit voor mij.

Sushi smaakt niet echt vers, is erg koud en alles valt uit elkaar. Vaker bestellen wordt 'm niet ons.

Sushi met springroll besteld, Sushi was prima geleverd, maar de springroll ontbrak toch jammer want je betaald zo 2,75 ervoor. Zo wordt de bestelling best prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Uiteindelijk is er contact met mij opgezocht en heb ik een kortingscode gekregen om de volgende keer korting te krijgen op een bestelling. Dus hebben zij dit netjes opgelost

Besteld om 26/1 21:30. Nooit aangekomen. Ik wil graag mijn geld terug of de bestelling nogmaals ontvangen. Dan verander ik het aantal sterren. kan iemand even contact opnemen? Toevoeging: Er is contact met mij opgenomen en een goede oplossing aangeboden. Klasse gedaan, foutje kan gebeuren. Goed opgelost.

Mooie box met heerlijk eten en je verwacht het niet, maar het was royaal genoeg.

I really don’t think there’s a better place to eat sushi in Groningen!! Wooow!! It’s so delicious!!! Me specially love the unagi sauce, and sometimes I nicely ask if they can add some on the side for me AND THEY DO IT ❤️❤️ I really love to eat here! The crispy salmon roll is beyond this world! The Sushi Sensation Box it’s just perfect!! I highly recommend this place

Heerlijke sushi. Fijne service; erg netjes dat ze bellen om te laten weten dat ze 4 min later zijn. Verwachtingsmanagement ten top. Aanrader.

Op drukke momenten gaat er wel eens wat mis met het op tijd bezorgen van de sushi (wel netjes gecompenseerd meestal), maar door het bieden van de beste prijskwaliteit verhouding, blijft het toch mijn vaste adres. De freeroll korting helpt ook wel mee. Alleen misschien niet ideaal als je haast hebt.

Très accueillant, ils m’ont préparé à la demande un pokebowl avec les mêmes ingrédients que ceux utilisés pour les sushis. C’était très bon. Le prix était de plus très raisonnable compte tenu des ingrédients.

Afgelopen week besteld bij mr sushi. Vooral omdat ze hier interessante vegan sushi hadden. Deze smaakte dan ook echt heel lekker. Hier kunnen veel andere ketens nog wat van leren. Helaas waren de loempia’s lauw en zacht. Dat was minder. Maar voor de vegan rolls kom ik terug!

Sushi smaakt goed. Ik had een ebi roll gewonnen, maar vond het vervolgens wel jammer dat ik eerst voor €10 moest bestellen voordat ik mijn prijs in ontvangst kon nemen. Heb uiteindelijk besloten sushi te eten, en dat is me goed bevallen, echter vind ik het persoonlijk niet helemaal kloppen dat je iets als een winactie aanbiedt maar vervolgens wel verlangt dat mensen minimaal zoveel geld gaan besteden voordat ze het gewonnen product in ontvangst mogen nemen.
