MultiVlaai Nieuwegein in Stadscentrum

I ordered four minibons this week and picked them up. The website says a mix of two classic minibons, one chocolate minibon, and one caramel minibon. And wow, I received four identical ones. I'm very disappointed, and the food was inedible. Friendly staff, but the quality of the delivery was poor.

Bought the Black Forest flan today Eaten it this evening; it was dry and tasteless, and the crust was also very tough. I am convinced that this was not fresh at all; a shameful product. Improve your quality for once. Had a large advance payment with my guests.

It was a very terrible experience when I came with my little daughter to try some cake. It was a Dutchy look guy with blond long hair right up with a knot. I was asking the flavors of the muffins, he gave me a very annoying look. The entire order process was extremely uncomfortable. It seems I should not even walked in shop. If I was not with my daughter. I think i would walk out immediately. There was no service at all. The entire dinning experience is just uncomfortable even a bit scary ! The muffins are tasty but it is not worthy !!!! PLEASE DON’T GO if you see the staff which I described!!

I stood in front of a closed door, while according to the website and the opening hours on the door they should still be open.

The shop staff was extremely rude and yet professional. Before entering, I specifically asked if dogs were allowed, and he said yes. However, just five minutes later, he changed his stance, speaking rudely and claiming dogs were not allowed and said this is you first and last warning, even threatening me with a €500 fine. When I decided not to make a purchase and leave, he dismissively told me to go. There was no "No Dogs Allowed" sign displayed, and if that is the store’s policy, it should be clearly stated. More importantly, basic politeness should be maintained. It was evident that the issue was not the policy but the staff member’s personal dislike for dogs. You can see in the picture there was no sign displayed.

Friendly, courteous service, good coffee, and delicious apple pie with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Simply fantastic!

you can always find fresh and great variety of cakes. You must try the macarons. The staff is always smiling and helpful.

Perfecte taart! Oprijd geleverd. Ik zal zeker opnieuw bestellen.

De vrouwen die hier werken zijn altijd zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze nemen altijd de tijd voor je om de juiste vlaai te vinden. Ook als je veel eisen hebt ( geen alcohol, geen gelatine etc) Ik kom er graag en het smaakt altijd lekker. Ook perfect voor simpel kop koffie🤎

Ik had hier laatst een cheesecake gekocht aangezien ik persoonlijk niet zo van vlaaien houd. Bodem was net rauw koekjes deeg en echt niet lekker. De vulling was opzich wel lekker, maar niet bijzonder en de combinatie in zijn geheel was niet echt om van naar huis te schrijven. Volgende keer maak ik mijn cheesecake toch weer zelf, veel lekkerder!

Pyszne ciasta i słodycze. Obsługa jest miła, pomocna i mówi bardzo dobrze po angielsku. Jest możliwość rezerwacji ciasta i odebrania go następnego dnia. Ceny zależą od rodzaju ciasta, które chcielibyśmy zakupić, ale są w porządku. Delicious cakes and sweets. The service is nice, helpfull and speaks englisch very well. There is a posibility to make reservation of cake and pick up the cake the next day. Prices are depends of cake's type which we would like to take but are ok.

Via Multivlaai nu 2 keer een taart laten bezorgen in Nieuwegein( helaas dus niet zelf kunnen proeven) , kreeg wel 2 keer enthousiaste reacties en foto's van de ontvangers, moet dus wel een goed adres zijn, Multivlaai nogmaals bedankt, Mvgr Willem Blommestein

Vriendelijk personeel en altijd een ruime keuze aan vlaaien. Als je een bepaalde vlaai wil hebben kan je het beste wel een reservering maken. Zo weet je zeker dat je de gewenste vlaai ook mee kan nemen.
