New Pronto in Wijk 03 Nijmegen-Oud-West

The pizza here is really very good. Thin base, crispy crust, really tasty. The salad with feta is also very good. They just need to leave out the nasty dressing and put olive oil and salt on it instead. I always ask for salad without it.

I ordered a small kapsalon dönner a few days ago, and what a disappointment! The container is so small. You get half the price for the same amount. It's unbelievable. I'll be getting it elsewhere from now on!

It took well over an hour; I asked if they couldn't ring the doorbell, but they left anyway.

Delicious pizzas and fast service and also super friendly

Ordered, forgot drinks, and forgot herb butter. Herb butter happens, drinks too, but then we called to say we hadn't received our drinks. He said he would deliver them. Unfortunately, we never heard anything back. Such a shame!

Lovely hair salon, good value for money.

Unaddressed leaflets with no-no stickers

I think there's a new owner. Spoiled pasta bolognese for the second time in a row. The shawarma itself isn't too bad. Delivery also takes a long time. Such a shame. It used to be so good.

Unbelievable what a company ordered at 5:15 PM tonight for €66 worth of food, which was supposed to be delivered at 6:00 PM. I called several times to ask where the food was. The owner said it is what it is, but in the background, he had to eat it. At 8:00 PM, we finally got our food, but unfortunately, it wasn't everything we ordered. So think very carefully if you order food here.

Best halal chicken strips in all of Nijmegen, employees very friendly. Definitely recommended!

Why do you call it pepperoni pizza if there is no pepperoni on it just bell peppers and onions. Scam

Delicious food again. And super friendly people... happy with New Pronto

Ordered and food had no taste and were customer unfriendly never ordered here!

Good food and super friendly employees! We drive especially for it!

Real Italian food! (Also a cafeteria) The pasta, pizza and snacks are great. (Restaurant quality) Delivery also friendly and fast. We will order here more often.

Ordered for the first time tonight. It was delivered quickly and everything was hot and tasty. Worth repeating 👍

I ordered food that had almost no sauce and they were not customer friendly at all. Kapsalons are always great, but unfortunately the fries are no

Good service and tasty food👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Tastiest pizzas for takeaway from Nimma, good base, perfect base:topping ratio, specific requests for the pizza are carried out neatly

Delicious meal at New Pront, nice staff.

Food is very good. Large hair salon is extremely large! Fresh pizzas are also a success. Good neighbors 😉

Fast delivery, friendly staff and delicious food can be followed by many!

Pizza Pronto remains a favorite of mine. Their pizzas are delicious and their chicken fillet in cream sauce with pineapple and cheese is delicious... My go to place!

Delicious food, we order here often.

Great hair salon for a particularly low price in these times. Ordered several times and it was great every time

Great food, delicious pizza bolognese is highly recommended

Ordered last night in Oosterhout, food was delivered quickly and nothing to complain about. Order pizza here more often!

when you order food there and it arrives as 1 stew and that turns out to be "normal" and they don't do anything about it. In short: last time I ever ate there, and definitely not recommended.

Thank you for the fantastic delivery. Fantastic service because payment via ideal did not work. Called and still concerned. ❤️

Ordered 2 hours ago, nothing yet

in one word bad!!! Together with a colleague, I ordered two large shawarma sandwiches: these are without sauce and no salad! A considerable amount was charged for this. We had some telephone contact about this to make a comment about it. This man started a discussion about how it is very normal that there is no salad and that we would not have selected a sauce ourselves. We broke off contact, and a very annoying private text message came back. The quality wasn't special either. It's a shame that the working evening has to continue like this.

Ordered a pizza today, pizza was delivered 1.5 hours later, and cold. No, I will not have this delivered anymore. Shame

Ordered for the first time, but we will do this much more often. Wonderfully warm, delicious taste, finely chopped shawarma, the garlic sauce was delicious and freshly chopped onion on the frikandel special. Also very nice people and delivery people.

Ordered for the first time today! It took longer than stated, it was delivered at home, 55 minutes, but... The taste made it definitely worth the wait, delicious! Definitely order more often from now on

Always good food and delivered quickly! The staff is extremely friendly when I enter. Highly recommended

It's been a long time since I've eaten such a delicious pizza - it was heavenly, thank you!

Undoubtedly the best pizzas in Nijmegen!!! I've been coming here for years, great place, friendly staff. Delicious food as always. The shawarma is great here. always on time as stated. My food is on the mat within 30 minutes. In short, TOP PIZZERIA.

Super tasty food and affordable. Nice delivery person with fast delivery!

No chance, is it really that difficult?! When ordering, it is stated that delivery will be made within half an hour. After an hour and a half I called.. it was on its way, it was indicated, half an hour later still nothing, we are at McDonalds!! Last time New Pronto!!

Sanitary facilities severely below standard.

I think they have the tastiest Italian pizza in Nijmegen here! Tasty dough, thin base, beautifully baked! The vegetarian pizza is highly recommended! The man who bakes the pizzas is always super friendly, which means I always go home extra happy with my pizza.

Ordered here for the first time. Eating took a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes (1 hour longer than indicated). Unfortunately, we were not called that it took a little longer (which I would think was nice). I understand if there are delays due to weather conditions, but I thought this was a shame. Approximately 30 minutes have passed from the phone call to delivery. The food was lukewarm/lukewarm. Hairs were found in the pizzas. I won't recommend this tent to anyone. If you want food, then look further.

fries instead of potato slices, but that piece of meat... delicious

Customer friendly and cheerful people and the food is great and it always tastes great, I come there at least once a week, top snack bar

Always delicious pizza (good base!) and also a very tasty Cotoletta Milanese. My friends always come to Nijmegen because we can order from Pronto, haha. That says something. It would be even cooler if you could deliver until 11 p.m. during the weekend on Friday and Saturday evenings, really ideal for the later evening snack: pizza, movie and your friends!

Always tasty pizza and good service

Both pasta and pizza are delicious! She called politely to tell me that my food would arrive a little later, great! I order here regularly and am now very satisfied.

The pizza wasn't very special, but the pasta carbonara was just really bad.

Delicious authentic Italian cafeteria dishes but just a little bit tastier😄😆

Often ordered pasta carbonara here. Unfortunately the recipe has changed. The last two times I ordered I felt sick from the pasta, which is a shame. Furthermore, they have good prices and delivery is fairly smooth.

Tasty pizza and nice employees 😀

Tastiest shawarma in the neighborhood Miss you from Nijmegen

cooking/baking good and tasty. pick up fairly quickly.

pizza arrives after 1 hour and 15 minutes and is delivered cold, when after contacting the operator I am asked if I can't heat it up and that they will not come back to pick up the cold pizza or deliver a warm one, super bad complaints, treatment and solution this was the last time thank you

Picked up two pizzas, first time in the new owner's shop. Store looks much cleaner than before. Pizzas were delicious and still warm when we got home, 1 pizza was in the oven for too long, the bottom was too hard for pizza. But otherwise a delicious meal.

Good food. Place could do with an update.

Food has never been delivered and they don't answer their number anymore. EDIT: food was finally delivered after 3 hours, money was also refunded. Nice delivery person and well resolved.

Have ordered food regularly and different menus. I really can't find a negative point. Kapsalon was delicious, I loved the melted cheese. The breaded chicken excellent. Pizza isn't really my thing, but this pizza donner is simply delicious. All the food was delivered hot and the various delivery people were very friendly. So for me it is and remains PRONTO. Annemiek

Tasty dishes for a nice price. Been coming there for years.
