I ordered a pizza with chorizo ​​about three weeks ago, but unfortunately, it was clearly out of date, so I left it after one bite. I called and told them we wanted a new one, and someone on the line promised a manager would call me back. I tried again half an hour later and got the same promise. I never called again and just made pasta bolognese. I never write long reviews, or even negative reviews at all. Everyone has a bad day now and then, but after years of being a regular customer, I found this service so terrible that it's worth writing a whole book about. I definitely won't be ordering again...

After waiting an hour and a half, I asked, "Where is my order?" Then I received a text message and an email saying it had been canceled. What a crappy company!

Worst NYP I've ever had. Ordered a pizza at 9:15 PM, delivered at 10:30 PM, completely cold. The store closes at 10:00 PM, and no one answered the phone then. They probably accumulate all orders around closing time and give them to one delivery driver. This results in stale pizza and a long delivery time. Never again at this location.

Ordered a pizza from New York today. This arrived on time for a change, but it was still lukewarm. Given the advertising, I ordered a bitterbal pizza. The pizza contained 3 meager bitterballen and no sauce. Called the institution and was told "yes, sorry, the sauce has run out" nothing, no message or anything about the fact that it was gone and so they couldn't make the pizza, but just threw something together and put it in the box while it was lukewarm and sent it off. 2 pizzas ordered by €24.50. Called after waiting 45 minutes. The courier was on its way. After another fifteen minutes, the courier arrived with two completely cold pizzas. All 3 pizzas had minimal toppings. My pizza (Quattro formaggi 30 cm) cost 16(!!!) euros and tasted like nothing. Our son's salami pizza (30 cm Italian style) had 6 slices of salami on it. Everything was cold. Worst pizza ever. A total of 42 euros for 3 pizzas.

I usually order here often. Deliscious and on time. This is my go to pizza place. I order online and choose delivery. I got through the whole ordering process, picking out what I wanted and adding it to the cart only to go to the pay screen and its "closed due to crowds" was a bit of a waste of time where I could be ordering elsewhere.

Wat ons betreft zeker weten de beste bezorg pizza in Houten. Bij ons thuis is de Brooklyn Style Pizza de favoriet. 30 cm Italian is voldoende voor iemand met goede trek. Brooklyn Style wordt nog beter als je er of Gorgonzola OF Jalapeño aan toevoegt. Bezorging is eigenlijk bijna altijd tussen 30 en 45 minuten, goed genoeg. Bezorgers zijn vriendelijk en komen gewoon op de derde verdieping aan de deur.

Prima pizza's, goede service maar belachelijk slechte muziek. Door deze muziek zo tergend hard te draaien sluit je jezelf af van andere doelgroepen en heb je dus zelf alleen mensen die naar 538 en slam luisteren. Heel jammer en zou er zelf niet willen zitten maar het dus meenemen naar huis.

Echt enorm lekkere pizza's. Ik kom hier vaak en word nooit teleurgesteld. Service is goed en het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Verkeerde pizza meegekregen en een andere pizza met een verkeerde saus, hebben dit al een keer eerder gehad en toen netjes een nieuwe pizza thuis geleverd gekregen. Maar toen wij dit keer belde was dit niet mogelijk ivm stuntweek. Wij konden de pizza alleen weer helemaal komen ophalen. Wat ons niet heel eerlijk leek aangezien de fout bij new york pizza lag.
