Best pizza I've ever had. I often went to other pizzerias, but this was by far the best I've had. Good, pleasant work atmosphere and friendly staff.

Hot chicken pizza literally has 10 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza and you pay a fortune and have to wait 30 minutes if you have ordered and there are 5 people in the store

Just got pizza, but unfortunately, it's not good today, absolutely bone dry. Yuck.

Terrible service, they let me wait two hours for a pizza without even telling me they wouldn't make it within the agreed-upon time. Order at 5:30 PM, and you can expect your pizza around 7:30 PM. I order a pizza to eat, not one for after dinner!

Bizarre. You order a loaded pepperoni pizza because it's supposed to be full of pepperoni. What you get is a plain pizza with a stray piece of sausage. I called, but no compensation, nothing. Management only allows three slices per pizza. I was allowed to pick it out and choose a different pizza next time if I don't like this one. Antisocial. Besides, the grease practically spilled out of the box, and that's for the price they're asking for it. I've ordered from two other locations, and they say they'll load it up with pepperoni like the picture on the website. I'll order from there from now on. Judging by the other reviews, this location is going downhill. Sad. It used to be great there.

Wow, the food was so delicious and exactly what we expected, and the staff were super friendly. The delivery drivers were always on time and tip-worthy.

Don't order!!! If you call and ask where your pizza is after an hour, the employee immediately comes up with a rehearsed answer about too few staff, sick people, extra busy due to a promotion blah blah blah. On the line the employee told me that there were still 8 people waiting... I then cancelled the order with the promise that I would get my money back soon. I ordered on June 7 and I am still waiting for my money two weeks later. Branch manager Wouter is also of no use to you. He is really a wet fart with zero compassion... I have now emailed the service department and they are now sending me a message that they have sent the franchisee a message. Order of thirty euros... come on, New York Pizza. This can be done better, right?

Don't order here, but go to Domino's. After waiting 2:16 hours they finally arrived. Kids already in bed. We were told by phone that they couldn't run. It turned out to be busy during the Pentecost weekend. No apologies by phone, no apologies at the door. Nothing, nada. The food only made it worse. It was so dryly baked and cold by now that we left it alone. Edit: Surprisingly, after a week still no response. What a sad affair this "restaurant" is. Will we get our money back?!

Just ordered a pizza and paid extra for a garlic swirl on top, what do I find out when I open the box? That it is not on it, the oregano is also not on the pizza. In addition, this pizza was described as hot and spicy while there was a pitiful amount of jalapeños on it, so I can't call it spicy. And again the rest of the topping was also very scarce so for me the last time I order here.

Both pizzas had hot honey on them. Unfortunately it wasn't there. There was extremely little topping and the tomato sauce and BBQ sauce could not be tasted. The pizza was tough and looked like cardboard.

Ordered a while back, but the quality of the pizzas is deteriorating. Pizzas are dry, it's like biting cardboard. Topping is hard to find. If you order pizza sworma you have to look for the meat. They can't cut pizza. Tomato sauce should be on it, but you have more tomato sauce than cheese, and that is simply not tasty if you only have a bite of tomato sauce with a piece of cardboard in your mouth. Sending Miss staff to Italy once will do wonders. Seems like production work these days.

Pizza with pesto came without pesto. Spoke to the manager (?) and the new pizza was delivered in about 20 minutes after I called and he bought pesto himself. After 45 minutes I called to find out where the pizza was and the delivery would now leave. Once again a pizza without pesto is delivered. The manager continues to insist that it contains pesto and that he made the pizza himself. However, there was clearly no pesto on or in it, but the manager persisted and called me a liar. I then drove to the branch and they came to the conclusion that there was no pesto on it. I will never order anything from this branch again. Delivery takes forever while they make a mistake themselves and apparently they find it necessary to call customers liars. So indecent and very customer unfriendly. I cannot recommend anyone to order here.

Downright bad experience with this branch. My order was left outside the oven for far too long, which was visible in the tracker. The delivery person indicated that the pizzas were cold and promised to call me the next day with a solution - this did not happen. After several calls to the branch, I continue to be sent from pillar to post, and my refund has still not been arranged. I was promised again today that the manager would solve this, but after so many empty promises I no longer have confidence in that. Bad service and customer friendliness.

I know that the Cinema Bread also looks thin in the photo, but mine was so thin that it looked like I was biting into a piece of paper and still burned in the middle. The store is a mess, it doesn't look clean. The working attitude was lax and uninterested

We ordered the BBQ Bacon Deluxe pizza. (19-07-2024) When we got home and started eating it, it turned out to be very spicy. I thought maybe I was wrong, I double checked the information on the website but the website didn't say the pizza was spicy. I called the pizzeria to check if the pizza was spicy. To which they told me it wasn't spicy. I said the pizza was spicy, they replied maybe it was a little spicy. We wanted to eat with the children, but because it was spicy, the children did not get pizza. I received an email response saying they would contact me. It has been half a year now, from 19-07-2024, I am still waiting and there is no longer an answer by email

Been a customer for years so I had collected a lot of points last year the Newyork pizza website changed BOOM ALL MY SAVED POINTS gone! So I can start over again, thanks!

New York Pizza: It's All in the Dough Picked up two large California Veggie pizzas yesterday, but what a disappointment. According to their motto "It's all in the dough", but they should have taken that literally, because one pizza was so poorly baked that the dough was still raw. And if that wasn't bad enough, the other pizza had chunks of meat in it. With a vegetarian pizza. For me this is the last time I get something to eat here. Really scandalous!

My son found a cigarette in his pizza box! This was after waiting more than 2 hours for the pizzas. Appetite gone, child was shocked and now no longer wants pizza. Immediately filed a complaint. More than 2 months have passed and still no response from the branch. The head office keeps referring. Incredible. I wonder if this review will finally lead to a response, but I'm afraid it will. No more New York Pizza for us!

Delivery was supposed to take 30 minutes but took 2 hours and then not all the toppings were on it.

Pizzas are burnt and missing toppings. In the photo you don't see a delicious Pizza Margherita with basil, but a kind of burnt cheese pizza with extra garlic? Meanwhile, the delivery people almost run you over on their electric scooters while you are shopping at the Fort.

At 8:30 PM on a Wednesday evening we ordered 2 pizzas. Then you have to wait more than 1 hour for your pizza, it doesn't seem that busy in the evening anymore, I think. When you finally get your pizza, it is black and missing the topping. So you try to call the line, after 8 minutes no one has picked up the phone yet. Sending an email will not get a response either. Super bad!!!!

Bad experiences lately with NYP's Linie branch. Delivery is often much too late and not even delivered at all tonight and they are also unreachable by telephone. They don't seem to have things going well at this location at the moment.

I thought I'd try it again today and I received a phone call (after ordering). via home delivery and therefore already paid).. yes we no longer have a pizza baker so no one can make the pizzas.. you can try at another branch.. thanks guy.. never order here again!

Extremely bad service at the New York Pizza aan de Linie in Apeldoorn! There was hardly any topping on our pizzas, perhaps because there was a promotion... dramatic. Normally we get the pizzas from another location, unfortunately not this time...! I then contacted them by telephone and got a female "manager" on the line, "I made them myself so they are good." Clearly a lack of self-reflection and understanding. DO NOT GET PIZZA HERE you have been warned

Order took 2 hours and was not delivered. If u can't provide the service.. simply don't offer it.

It's that I have to give one star as a minimum otherwise they wouldn't get a star. Ordered a quarter to 7, was told that the delivery time was 20 to 30 minutes. After an hour I called again and was told that the order had not yet been processed because they had received too many orders, but canceling was also not an option, it had to be delivered to my home. A quarter to 10 they weren't there yet, it's been 3 hours!!! The order was therefore canceled without consultation. Or you don't want to sit around hungry for 2 hours for nothing, waiting for food that will no longer come. Never here again!!

Previous order at De Linie in Apeldoorn went wrong twice. First order of 2 pizzas was half an hour late and both cold, 1 burned black, and BBQ swirl forgotten. Received new order, no BBQ swirl again. Ordered 1 pizza today with chili sauce on it... it has garlic sauce on it. How difficult can it be. If you are in the area later in the evening and only want to report it because it is disappointing, you hear when you leave that they tell each other that I should not exaggerate so much. When ordering, we were not allowed to order the promotional pizza, even though it was on the plate in front of us. Order took a long time. Funny enough, they were cold even though we ordered them on location. Our suspicion: 4 of the 5 were ready and 1 had to be made again, because 1 was warm. Also ordered 2 side dishes. Unfortunately, they had forgotten 1 of these 2, our own mistake that we did not check this on location. Unfortunately mediocre experience. The warm pizza was tasty!

Yesterday I ordered pizzas from the counter with some friends to take away. Ordering was difficult at first, the young man behind the counter clearly didn't feel like it and things kept going wrong. There was clearly no manager or something present and we were snubbed. Eventually we received the pizzas, but the first part of the order was already cold. Bad service and we expected a discount or something extra.

Unreliable service. If I receive my pizza on time (45-60 minutes), my pizza is still nice and warm. If I have not received my pizza after 1.5 hours, the phone indicates that the pizza will arrive warm. When the pizza finally arrives 2 hours after placing the reservation, the pizza is cold. So you don't know in advance what you will get.

If you order pepperoni pizza you will receive a salami pizza up to 3 times that is NOT what we ordered!!! Tasty pizza in itself, but you have to be patient for two hours until you hear that your delivery will not be successful. Oh yes, refunding money takes about a month (if you call twice). Days on which you cannot order are Friday, Saturday or Sunday as they are too busy.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:30 PM. It said these were delivered at 7:01 PM. It's now 7:33 PM and we don't have any pizza yet. Very bad, I wouldn't have mentioned that it came at 7:01 PM.
