Terrible place; I’ve waited 1.5 to 2 hours for a pizza multiple times. When you call to ask where it is, the answer you get is "I don't know" (very honest of him). Get enough staff or just close the place down. I’ve also had pizza without oregano multiple times, even though I ordered it specifically. You’re better off ordering your pizza at a döner place; you’ll have it within 20 to 30 minutes, and sometimes it’s even tastier too... Update: Pizza cancelled and money refunded, then you get a big mouth back from the employee (Stijn). I hope this place closes ASAP and I am filing an official complaint.

Order 2 lasagna, very lukewarm and the béchamel sauce felt grainy. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We ordered two pizzas from another location and only received one. The service there was terrible, so we called them. It was even worse here. We mentioned our complaint and were told they'd look into it. Then they hung up... it happens, we thought, so we called again, and they hung up again immediately!

Ordered Buffalo Chicken. I've been going to New York Pizza for years. So once every 8 months. But over time, the pizza has become less and less richly topped. You now order a 30 cm and 20 cm is topped with chicken. This week the chicken was almost invisible in those 20 cm. And I'm not the only one to notice this. If you look at the photo on the Buffalo Chicken site, that is not what you get. And that is misleading. Perhaps it is a tip that you check your own products sample by sample. The lady who spoke to me on the phone did not want to speak English, this means that if you cannot speak Dutch, you will not eat today.Even though the name of the store is New York. To be honest, I don't really understand the bad reviews. Have already ordered quite a few times and have always received everything on time and we don't live around the corner (usually order well in advance with a stated delivery time of about 1.5 hours later). Pizzas are delicious and well topped. They are both fans of Mexican hot&spicy. There is almost always a good promotion via the website. The only downside I can think of is that the peppers have been a bit on the salty side lately.

The pizzas are very tasty, but the order is (almost) always wrong. The last 5 times things have not gone well with the ingredients. Ordered 2 pizzas, what a drama. Pizza 1: edges and salami burnt + not cut. Pizza 2: box heavily pressed, the pizza protector was flat, not warm and very strangely cut, 1 piece was a quarter pizza (35cm). Definitely not worth the money despite discount code.
