Last Wednesday I ordered two pizzas and had to cancel them because they were over an hour late for delivery. Today I tried pizza again, and guess what… again, way, way too late. Still waiting… 45 minutes later. I understand it being unexpectedly busy, but twice a week is the limit of my patience. I hope the pizza is extra delicious.

Don't order the pepperoni hot honey here because you'll get it without the honey. This happens often, so we won't be ordering from here again.

One star is already too much, some Stijn who is incredibly unfriendly to customers. Had to wait almost two hours for the order and was rudely dismissed. Worthless place.

We had to wait almost two hours for our food. We ordered with our Gold Member pass, but unfortunately, I didn't have it with me, so we didn't get our money's worth, and we had a very large order. Order 2 lasagna, very lukewarm and the béchamel sauce felt grainy. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We ordered two pizzas from another location and only received one. The service there was terrible, so we called them. It was even worse here. We mentioned our complaint and were told they'd look into it. Then they hung up... it happens, we thought, so we called again, and they hung up again immediately!

Ordered Buffalo Chicken. I've been going to New York Pizza for years. So once every 8 months. But over time, the pizza has become less and less richly topped. You now order a 30 cm and 20 cm is topped with chicken. This week the chicken was almost invisible in those 20 cm. And I'm not the only one to notice this. If you look at the photo on the Buffalo Chicken site, that is not what you get. And that is misleading. Perhaps it is a tip that you check your own products sample by sample. The lady who spoke to me on the phone did not want to speak English, this means that if you cannot speak Dutch, you will not eat today.Even though the name of the store is New York. I ask her to pay with the voucher when i come, but she refuses in a very unfriendly manner. I hope someone will care about serving those who contact your restaurant . To be honest, I don't really understand the bad reviews. Have already ordered quite a few times and have always received everything on time and we don't live around the corner (usually order well in advance with a stated delivery time of about 1.5 hours later). Pizzas are delicious and well topped. They are both fans of Mexican hot&spicy. There is almost always a good promotion via the website. The only downside I can think of is that the peppers have been a bit on the salty side lately.

The pizzas are very tasty, but the order is (almost) always wrong. The last 5 times things have not gone well with the ingredients. Are ingredients used that people are allergic to, including cheese (lactose intolerance) or the sauce on the pizza or something similar is forgotten (it is correct on the order and receipt). Although the New York pizza isn't meant to be eating in the store, I decided to eat there. To avoid all hassle taking the pizza along. The pizzas are delicious, but quite fat. So, I will have to walk a marathon to lose those calories. A recommendation however is the beef pizza, which is delicious.
