I live in an apartment. I'd indicated, "The doorbell isn't working, so please call my number." After an hour and a half, we still hadn't received a call. So, I called the store in a huff. It turns out two delivery drivers had already been downstairs, but I'd mistyped my phone number. So they couldn't reach me, so they took the pizzas back. The man on the phone arranged for them to be delivered anyway. So they made three trips to get our pizzas. And all under service. I thought that was very accommodating. Thank you very much.

Delicious food, and the staff is fantastic! Every time we order from here, we're treated perfectly. The pizzas are also delivered nice and hot! EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! We're always satisfied! Regular customers❤️

The pizza is good but the employees who were there a few years ago were extremely bad and did not comply with labor laws

People, PAY ATTENTION TOPPINGS!!! They forget certain toppings 90% of the time. This has happened to me 20 times in the past two years! I'm not getting them anymore; I'm so done with it!!

For myself I have decided not to place any more risky orders at all NYP locations, so also in Apeldoorn. The reason for my drastic decision is that there are "multiple NYP locations" where there is also a "Burger Kitchen subsidiary" at the same address with Halal on the menu. Since I do not want to order and eat Halal I take no risk. It is not because of your order costs and delivery costs, because those are okay.

Pizza delivered on time yet was cold and burnt. Brooklyn style pizza was burnt so badly that all 3 of the cheeses evaporated. Typically soft salami, was brown and crispy(in a bad way). I do not recommend ordering delivery.

Ordering food took over an hour. Pizza was cold and there was a hair on the pizza. Called to say so and were laughed at.

After waiting almost two hours for our pizzas and three phone calls saying it would arrive shortly we got a pizza that was a size smaller than we had ordered... When we called them back we were told that we would receive a voucher instead rather than a refund. We however never received this coupon either. Horrible experience!

Bad thing, ordered a pizza on Saturday and was terribly disappointed that I forgot everything and couldn't eat it. The manager promises us 2 free pizzas and would put it on the address. Called a few days later to redeem those free pizzas. But no, this was not possible because there was nothing in the name. Extremely bad business. Staff treats customers very poorly.

I personally went to the store to pick up the pizza. The guys are very dynamic and certainly focused on customer friendliness and satisfaction. The pizza is one of the better ones I've had in recent years. Heard in the hallway about a product that was unfortunately out of stock and the gentlemen compensated for this with a Ben & Jerry's ice cream container, certainly nice in this warm weather. I will most definitely come again.

I placed an order at 8:14 PM, which arrived after 2 phone calls at 10:30 PM..! Because the dough was gone? To be clear: I ordered pizza rolls, a sweetbox and B&J's. As a surprise for my sister, because it was her birthday. Staff was very friendly over the phone, and they brought extra B&Js to compensate. But: the ordered flavor was not included! This really sucks

I decided to order a pizza with friends, after more than an hour and a half of waiting the delivery person arrives with a pizza. This pizza was not only cold but also a different type of pizza that we had ordered. I called out to the delivery person so that this could be arranged before he left, but he ignored me. Only an hour later after we called did a delivery person arrive with the correct pizza, which was also cold.

If you may read this message, in the words of my children: "the pizza was cold and almost unedible", there was no good compromise given for our dilemma on the phone and I can hardly recommend the pizzas here to anyone unless you are prepared you want to heat up a paid pizza yourself.

Bad NYP branch. Regularly forget products or ingredients. Pizza is regularly undercooked. Potatoes undercooked. Wrong pizzas delivered, etc. and when you call them you are treated rudely and smartly. I was a regular customer in my previous place of residence, but I have now permanently switched to Domino's pizza. Too bad because the delivery people are always friendly and correct.

Pizzas on sale/promotional pizzas are sparsely topped and the dough of the chicken nuggets is simply undercooked and the BBQ sauce is missing. The chicken pizza with BBQ sauce makes up for that: 3/4 of the topping consists of very sweet BBQ sauce in which a few measly pieces of chicken float. You are slipping terribly. This was the last time you made money from us.

Tip for the next company outing; Visit to the Anthony van Leeuwenhoek hospital! Do volunteer work for a day or something. If your employees shout words like cancer through your company, they don't quite understand it.

It's a shame that this branch delivers to us. It's sloppily made. For example, twice received a pizza, completely covered in sauce. Ingredients were missing several times! It will be resolved in a customer-friendly manner. It's just really less than the other branches.

Ordered by telephone. Order was not repeated and I was not asked how I wanted to pay. Delivery person is at the door without a PIN device, we quickly collected money. We received 2x 25 cm and 1x 30 cm in the final score, instead of the other way around. There was a promotion for 2x 30 cm for €20. Given the quick conversation, I assumed that this was also applied automatically, but "no, I don't know the actions by heart, then you really have to say it specifically"... At other branches it is always settled automatically 😅 Get the final score we offered a €5 discount on the next order, while we have now missed out on a €5 discount. In other words: you have to spend even more with us to receive the discount that was not given later and we delivered the wrong pizza. The boy on the phone (F) was quite friendly, but I think this is a bit strange and does not seem good for the customer...

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of the New York pizza. I've been coming there to pick up pizza for a long time and have never had any problems there. Until last week, I ordered 2 pizzas at the counter, a salami pizza and a salami pizza mixed with shawarma. There was a promotion that the 2nd pizza was for €2, I didn't look closely so the employees there told me to take a closer look in an unfriendly way. Well, that's fine, so I just paid the full price. I got the pizza and went home opened the box and it was completely the wrong pizzas. I went back and explained, an employee there said I got an extra free pizza so I thought it was resolved. Then another employee came out and yelled at me to give me the pizza and that I wasn't getting a pizza for free, she took the pizza away and gave the pizzas I ordered. I started arguing with her because I thought it was a strange way of solving the problem. The employee responded and said that I had a big mouth and was not in my right mind. And if I wasn't careful I would have a big problem. So very dissatisfied with this pizza place. I would never go there again!

Ordered pizza tonight from Newyork Koninginelaan Apeldoorn. The larger pieces of chicken inside were still raw! and the dough of the rolls is not yet cooked... BAD!

They are friendly and fast. Plus the pizzas are really tasty. I always pick up my pizza myself. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the delivery.

90% of the time they forget the sauce on the pizza. This is no understatement, literally 9 times out of 10 I don't receive my pizza correctly, so they have to send a new one. They finally told me to call after ordering to make sure the sauce is on it (which is ridiculous in itself as a restaurant), but even THEN they still forget half the time. All in all, the pizza itself is very tasty. I recommend picking up the pizza yourself and double checking that everything is ready when you get it, but don't order it

Guys, it's a pizza takeaway place. What can you say about that now? The only thing I noticed is that they process all the food with their bare hands; roll out dough, toppings. Not very American.
