New York Pizza in Zuidoost

Sadly disappointed. The pizza was lukewarm (so I had to put it in the oven). The pineapple was in piles, and so were the pizza slices without pineapple. Not worth 19 euros.

Got two free pizzas after complaining about a price/quality ratio. Ordered again today and we had nothing to complain about!

I'm really surprised by the reviews. We've been very satisfied since they opened. But I usually order hours in advance in the app for a specific time, and they always stick to that time, though always a bit early. I don't go there very often, but when I do, they're polite, friendly, and professional. The pizzas (we order the thinner Italian crusts) are no different than other locations; they're always excellent. The last time, they happened to be cut incorrectly, but it happens sometimes. Our pizzas are always still piping hot, even though we live just five minutes away. You can find some slant on the price, but isn't that the case everywhere? I can't even manage that kind of money at McDonald's, and there's always a coupon available. The app lets you easily see which ones are available, and you average out to €10 per pizza. Tastes differ, but we're not a fan of the competitor around the corner who often offers bargain-priced pizzas. We prefer NYP. Very satisfied customers here.

Great pizzas. The rest we had left we ate the next day. Note, do not put these in the oven again. But put them in the pan and then add a little splash of water each time and put the lid on. This gives you a crispy base and the pizza becomes just as soft as when it came out of the oven.

Why does pizza dough taste like it has been soaked in sugar? Not tasty, first and last time here

Got very sick after eating a pizza. Contacted and ultimately heard nothing. Completely bizarre! Apparently they don't care..... Commodities Act should take a look here.

After I arrived at the branch at the Eglantier, I was casually told that they were not taking orders due to crowds. I indicated that I would be happy to wait, but they did not agree to that. What a policy. No more nyp for us

Unfortunately I have to agree with other bad reviews. Today for the first time received a pizza that was not good. Onion was raw and there was no garlic on the pizza half where it should be. Called the branch to solve it. Got a teenager on the line as a relay for the manager (who stayed in the background). The boy of course adheres to the given guidelines so I understand that. The manager could not speak to me. I was told that nothing could be done. I had to remove the onion and they would not do anything about the rest. Very unfortunate because these kinds of mistakes should be able to be solved. Especially if you spend almost 50 euros on pizza there... Will not order from here again so quickly.

My pizza seems to have been transported vertically. And with a detour, because it wasn't very warm anymore either. Why do I still order here...

No no no. What a bad experience. Long wait and cold pizza. Ordered extra cheese on the pizzas but I had difficulty finding a piece of cheese. Ordered a thin base but nope. This is completely ridiculous. I thought I'd try New York. Man man man Order at dominos 100 meters away. Saves disappointment and your craving for pizza. Shame

The delivery man just drives through the neighborhood like a (fill in your favorite swear word here if you wish).

Delicious pizza and not expensive

An hour after ordering you receive a call that there are no delivery people. Or pick up or cancel. You only find out after an hour?! So we won't do this again.

Here they advertise that the second pizza is half price, but you have to pay for 2 because it is in small letters on the poster. Pure deception, don't go here, you will be cheated at this pizzeria. A little further away is a better pizzeria DOMINO'S PUZZA, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. P.S. Even after contacting the official complaints line of New York Pizza with the promise that the franchisee would get in touch, which did not happen, it remains a drama at this company at Eglantier. Shame and shame for such a chain.

It's not even worth 1 star. What a bad establishment. We couldn't even get rid of 1 slice of pizza. Just bricks. Also arrived ice cold. Buffalo wings also scandalous. The chicken wings from the supermarket are even bigger. Never experienced this at NYP. Nachos dry and bland. You had to dig to find a little piece of cheese. €50 gone! Absurd. If you want to order NYP in Apeldoorn, do this at another location

Ordered an hour and a half ago, we now receive a call that a small mistake has been made. They don't have delivery people, but unfortunately the site is open for orders. Whether we want to pick it up or cancel it. They haven't had any delivery people all day, couldn't they have called right away?? Domino's for me in the future. Unfortunately, this is already the 3rd time.

Normally I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is now the third time (out of three orders) that they are significantly late. When you call to find out why your order has not yet arrived, the standard answer is 'it is now in the oven', even though it should have already been delivered. We deliberately ordered around a quarter past four for delivery at 6:00 PM so that we would have our pizzas on time. It is now 6:35 PM and still no food. What a bad company, never again for us. Next time to Domino's. Update: delivered at 6:40 PM, three of the five pizzas are already practically cold.

Pizza was ok but the chicken very bad. Crispy chicken was not crispy. Was limp, sticky dough and not warm. I think it was dipped in lukewarm frying fat instead of fried.

I thought the quality at this branch was poor. The pepperoni was completely dried out and had no taste. It was almost plastic. And yes, you pay a good 13 euros for that.

Never again at this location, ordered 4 pizzas, asked in advance if the coupon could be used twice, whereupon the employee indicated that it was possible, paid and subsequently deducted the discount once. If you ask a question that it is incorrect, the answer you receive is that you should have paid for it in 2 orders. It's nice to blame someone else, unprofessional behavior. The 2 employees also seemed to have just left primary school. I order pizza from NY quite often and if there is a problem it is resolved promptly, the discount or the error is not a big issue for me, just the way it was handled, an apology would have been more than enough.

Awful pizza ....completely burned

Placed order at 7:30 for 8:30 delivery… had to call at 9:00 to ask about our pizza delivery. At 10pm (supposed closing time) still no pizza. So my suggestion: avoid this place like the plague.

Ordered twice and twice received a cold pizza and delivered too late. That's just downright unfortunate. The first time was at rush hour, but the second time was at half past five. So not recommended.

Eglantierlaan branch Apeldoorn. Normally fine but today bad. Pizzas late. Were lukewarm and black on the bottom.

Worst branch in Apeldoorn. They always have an excuse ready that they are very busy, this has happened several times and heard from several people, it's just bad, so it's better to look elsewhere, be aware ✌️

The gentlemen who are there tonight, you make my friend very happy again with his double bacon BBQ pizza
