New York Pizza in Wijk 16 Leusderkwartier

They're always an hour later than initially stated. They never communicate this. Every time, I wait hungrily for them to arrive... And the pizzas were cold, so I still had to wait for the oven.

I order pizzas with spring onion. This is my 4th time i dont recieve spring onion on my pizza. The food is good. Delivery was slow thats okay it can happen. Delivery person was friendly.

Compared to other NYP locations, the pizza had very few toppings and was baked for far too short a time, making it limp and not crunchy. Unfortunately, I can only order from the nearest location, so no more NYP for me. I'm writing this review after sharing my opinion with the store manager several times, but all he could say was, "We do things the way our head office tells us to." Another disappointment... I wanted to order through Thuisbezorgd and saw a 2nd pizza free, and you only pay for the cheapest one! I ordered 2 pizzas, but the promotion didn't work!!! I chose 2 pizzas for nothing...

The pizzas took 90 minutes, and when they arrived, they were completely cold. The app already said they'd be ready for pickup in 30 minutes, so I understand they were cold. The side dish sauce wasn't delivered. I filed an official complaint, received a polite email, and said they'd forward it to the franchisee, but then received no response. Despite emailing twice requesting a response, it cost €40 for cold food. Worthless, don't order from here.

They always forget something, never offer a suitable alternative, and never refund the money. Ever.

Worst service ever. The pizza was cold, late, and the delivery driver forgot the drinks. Then he was gone for an hour and a half to get the coke, even though it took a maximum of 10 minutes to drive there and back.

Supermarket pizza for restaurant prices. Outer 5 cm not topped. The rest hardly either. This is almost a scam level for what you get. Never again for me!

I never write reviews, but this is truly unacceptable. After never having any problems with NYP, I moved and ended up getting delivery from the Leusderweg location. Absolutely the worst location in the entire franchise. Waited an hour and 45 minutes, cold pizza, made excuses, no excuses, and only after getting pissed off did they offer a "solution." Not once, but three times. Whatever you do, never order from this location. Cold pizza, overpriced, and disrespectful. I just want my (hot) pizza; it's not too much to ask.

My experience here was absolutely terrible. Ordered two simple pizzas around 9:45, and by 10:00 still nothing. We decided to call to ask what time the order would be here because, of course, New York Pizza isn't cooperating with home delivery updates. The only thing the guy could tell me was that it was busy and the delivery driver was on his way. Twenty minutes later, the two pizzas finally arrived. Three guesses: they were freezing cold.

Food was fine, but late by 20 minutes.

Dry, burnt, little filling, and you have to cut it yourself. I won't be ordering anything else anymore. A huge disappointment.

Worst New York Pizza I've eaten. Picked up and arrived on a Saturday evening with 2 people. They didn't even know what the actions were. Such a big waiting area and not even a few chairs to sit in until your pizza is ready. While waiting, they only receive phone calls with complaints.

Ordered pizza, unfortunately arrived cold

I had been eating really bad food abroad for a whole week and I asked if they wanted to put extra garlic sauce on the pizza and they gave me the most perfect pizza I could wish for! What a great team works here and I will definitely continue to order!

new York Pizza has a new delivery system in Amersfoort: chaos! I ordered a pizza via Thuisbezorgd.nl. Average delivery time would be 30 minutes. Called after 40 minutes (to phone number given by Thuisbezorgd.nl). I received the answer that there was a new delivery system, I had to call another number that I could find on the newyorkpizza website. after i got angry she was able to give the no. I called and told them it would take another 20 minutes. order status was not changed. Pizza arrived after 70 minutes. I had no problems with New York Pizza so far and ordered from there often. but not anymore until they get the delivery in order. problem: takes too long, telephone number is incorrect, not treated properly on the telephone, order status not adjusted etc etc. tip: let me know when New York Pizza gets things back in order, because I don't dare order pizza anymore.

Bad services! Canceled an order right on time. I'm waiting for my money back, nothing.. so just call them, okay, wait 3 days again, I waited a week, nothing.. call again, okay, it will be passed on, again nothing! A month later no money. Too bad again. Never eaten at New York before, but will continue to do so!

Exactly on time! And that on Saturday, ordered fairly early. Pizzas tasted good and thickly topped. Not super warm but that's to be expected with delivery. Top!

Didn't have a good experience. Ordered two pizzas, and after 1.5 hours the delivery person finally arrived, but with the wrong order. The delivery person took the order back and promised to be back soon with the correct order. 45 minutes later (so a total of almost 2.5 hours after placing my order) I called and asked where my pizzas are. I got a girl on the phone who told me it would take a while before they would arrive, so I canceled my order. Very unprofessional and a shame because I was really looking forward to a pizza evening.

We ordered two pizzas online at 6:55 PM, indicated to be delivered between 7:45 PM and 8:00 PM. At 8:15 PM no one has come to the door yet and I decide to call the branch. Then I'm a few seconds away from 10 minutes in the queue, only to be told that the pizzas aren't even in the oven yet and that they still need to be prepared. In such a case, please let us know instead of making people wait for their food for an hour and a half without any clarity. Very unfortunate and very poor service.

Pizza was supposed to be here at 7:20 PM and unreachable by phone, tried at least 8 times. Ultimately, an hour after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, I drove to the location myself to find out a few things: - Unreachable by telephone because the line is full, 1 employee works full-time to assist dissatisfied customers. - Only one employee was baking pizzas, he had yet to start my pizzas. - No manager present. - Numerous other NYP employees (delivery drivers, I expect) who are sitting around doing nothing. - Multiple other dissatisfied customers coming to the branch despite a delivery order, no pickup. After fifteen minutes at the branch, my pizzas were finally ready. A whopping 1.5 hours late, even though I eventually picked them up myself. Almost worth an applause. In short: the manager may wonder what he is actually doing here. Take responsibility instead of leaving customers with an empty stomach. Bake your own pizzas and show your team how it's done. What a ball tent.

Heel jammer dit, wacht al een tijdje op mijn bestelling. Tijdstip die ik heb gekozen was 17:30. Okey tussen 17:30-17:45 zou die bezorgd worden. App van NYP rond 17:20 is de bezorger onderweg. Om 18:01 belde die bezorger mij op dat hij mijn adres niet kon vinden ik word een beetje geïrriteerd aan. Ik woon idd in een nieuwbouw woning maar zo moeilijk moet het toch ook niet. Volgende keer bestel ik wel bij domino’s.

Lang verhaal kort: soms zit het mee, soms zit het tegen: ik kreeg koude pizza's en toen ik daarover belde een grote mond. Uiteindelijk contact gehad met iemand anders en mijn geld terug gekregen. Nergens gaat altijd alles perfect. Mooi dat we alsnog tot een oplossing hebben kunnen komen.

Even voor de duidelijkheid. De reden dat mensen klagen is omdat het gewoon mega druk is altijd. Soms wel 50 bestellingen in de wacht. Iedereen doet ze best daar!!!

Snel bezorgd, pizza was warm en bestelling compleet!

Vandaag voor het eerst besteld. Zeer snel. Goede lekkere warme pizza. Zeker aan te raden!
