Quite pricey compared to Domino's pizza

What I find a shame is that the delivery people sit on the customers' chairs so they cannot sit down to wait.

Ordered a salami pizza from New York Pizza Assendelft. Absolutely outrageous... it had exactly four slices of salami on it! Next time, I'll be going to Domino's!

It's either good or bad. Never consistent quality. Often, a pizza is forgotten and then delivered cold. The cheese and garlic bread were very dry!

Placed a large order and it finally arrived after almost two hours. Everything was cold, hard, and old. I contacted the main office several times, and they sent numerous emails to the Assendelft location. After all those emails and time, I still hadn't received any response. Very antisocial.

I paid but my pizza never arrived and when I call they either don't hear me or don't know anything

We give New York Pizza Assendelft 1 star, unfortunately it can't be lower! Tried several times, but unfortunately a disappointment every time. Cold, not tasty, too late! It's a party with friends in Hoorn or at the campsite in Ermelo! as it should be, Today was the last time, not value for money.

Worst pizza ever, manger should be ashamed of himself and ask 16 euros for this, you are completely crazy, that pizza was made by a toddler and it is cold with 45 minutes delivery, you should be ashamed of yourself

There really wasn't 2 x pineapple on it, I thought it was so tasty last time, but not now with 5 pieces.🤷

Ordered 4 different pizzas, actually all 30cm, but the sizes of the pizzas differed considerably. Delivery took 1.5 hours instead of 45 minutes, 2 stars for the effort

The absolute worst company structure and customer service I have EVER encountered... The store owner wont take responsibility (ASSENDELFT), the customer service that the issue was raised up with won't take responsibility. I am now minus over €70 over 2 separate occasions that the website wrongly posted the order to the incorrect store. When calling store they refuse to refund as it is quote "Not their problem, and is the fault of the Site". Even when posted to the wrong store, the store did NOT even have the curtesy to call and inform that they received the order and it was directed wrong. They just IGNORED! it - When calling the store 1 hour later (ASSENDELFT) all that was said was "We aren't going to make your order, you have to order at IJMUIDEN" The first encounter my partner ordered from the site for a family member that was terminally ill, which never arrived and due to the personal circumstances no other action was taken apart from ringing the store and requesting a refund. Which NEVER happened from ASSENDELFT. The more recent but still UNRESOLVED order was placed by myself on 23/05/23 it is now 04/07/23 and absolutely nothing has been done about either of these issues. Again no call received from ASSENDELFT that this was in fact wrongly forwarded and the same response of "We aren't going to make your order, you have to order at IJMUIDEN" - This was then followed up by contacting the store several times and numerous emails to refund on this occasion over €30. The store owner took no responsibility into this and forward the matter onto NYP main office, to which questions were asked and then was informed that this will be forwarded to the store owner. I have gotten no response since, the genuine lack of customer care and responsibility is appalling and NYP should be ashamed to be a functioning franchise!

Good tasty pizza, nice delivery time, but not such a large pizza. I will definitely order here more often, highly recommended.

Taste is good, the only thing is that the toppings are different every time in terms of quantity, usually it is minimal, you have to look for what is on it and that happens more often than the other way around. And the available promotions are very unclear (usually cost you money).

Ordered at half past six. Was supposed to be delivered at a quarter past 6. Just call at five past seven. They are nearby, can be with you at any moment. Two scooters in the street at 7 am. There used to be other delivery addresses. With pain and difficulty I received an apology and of course lukewarm pizzas. Last time I ordered there.

Delivery on time, and nice and warm, hence the stars. The 3 missing stars are for the filling. I've never seen such an empty pizza. You could count the pieces of chicken on one hand. The taste of the small part of the pizza that did have toppings was good! In short, I would not recommend NYP Assendelft because of the meager toppings.

bad pizza I worked here no respect for the staff at all and they do not take hygiene into account, vegan shawarma has never been made vegan I have worked here in the kitchen and on the bike, this is the worst maintained company I have ever seen that also generates turnover.

The pizzas were lukewarm, limp, and the edge was burnt. Super thin so impossible to hold. The offer of a 2nd pizza for €2 is incorrect, I had to pay €5 for the 2nd pizza, so 2 limp, lukewarm burnt pizzas for 18.99. Really bad.

Call with a complaint and it's simply turned away. Too bad, but one customer less.

Piece of bread with some tomato sauce and little filling. Expect something different from a specialist in pizzas where you can pay a relatively high price. Fine, but then you also want a tasty pizza! They won't see me here again.

Ordered at 5:58 PM, after an hour the delivery person was finally on his way. He arrives at 7.20 pm. Cold food, electric bicycle battery was empty. I don't want cold food for €31.45 so I sent it back. If I call the branch, it will be cancelled. Have a nice evening! Wow, with 2 children I have been waiting for 1.5 hours for nothing, no solution, no compensation, nothing. I'm used to New York Beverwijk, this is really bad, I will never order here again!

Well, junk food of course has nothing to do with a real pizza, good enough for a quick bite, it doesn't matter which one you take, it tastes almost the same because of a kind of sprinkle of herbs that are strongly present on all types of chicken nuggets, they are really not edible, very dry and tasteless.

You don't get the ingredients on your pizza that you pay for. Is it finished? Bad luck man, pay for this promotional pizza with only mozzarella. How can you not have spring onions for more than two months? Inconsistent quality too. Sometimes there is a lot of tomato sauce that dominates everything, other times it is dripping with fat. At first it was nice, but lately it has deteriorated considerably.

This is an excellent establishment. I ordered here by phone and picked it up a few times. Always received good help. It's busy on Tuesdays when they sell pizzas for 5 euros, but that's logical.

The Asdendelft branch does not want to deliver to the ferry in Asdendelft. Then I called the Haarlem branch. Better service.

Good pizzas. They are also often on sale for only 5 Euro per pizza.

Enjoy it every time, but with the last order the pizza was not really warm, which is a shame!
