Wait 10 minutes at the cash register to order a pizza. Cashier is busy with other things not helping customers

Order never arrived. Boy on the phone indicates it could arrive at any moment.

Pizzas arrived cold. Asked for oregano herbs for the magherita and was given spring onion in return. And another pizza did not have the chosen swirl on it.

I ordered a pizza and added a few ingredients, but of course the pizza I received was without those ingredients. I called the store and they sent a new pizza... again without the ingredients I paid for. I didn't call a third time because I had waited a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes and was really hungry.

Finally top service and delicious pizzas again. Apparently it has been taken over

5:20 PM 2 pizzas ordered are answered by a 15 year old child who doesn't even know what an address is. then waited 1 hour and 40 minutes, called twice to ask where it is and no help or feedback was given at all about how long it could take or where the delivery person is, very quick to help too. And all this while you live 5 minutes away. Pizza also arrives cold and has to be heated up yourself. Very bad thing turned out to be a shame.

Ordered 2 pizzas with delivery time 7:15 PM. FIRST pizza arrived at 8:00 PM with the message that this was a subsequent delivery because the other pizza had already been delivered, right? What a drama. You have to wait more than an hour for your order. In addition, the pizzas themselves are of poor quality. Ingredients are cut back a lot. All pizzas taste like tomato sauce. Not value for money.

Service is rough. Ordered online, adjustments were made to 2 pizzas. We wanted 1 vegetarian and it was delivered with chicken. So I called and explained that the order had not arrived correctly. He couldn't find the adjustments so we're not going to do anything about it... A bit short-sighted! Early 2022: The people here are so friendly! Everyone always greets you when you come in/leave, it's really striking, that doesn't happen everywhere. Pizzas are also good and fresh and tasty as you expect from New York Pizza. 5 stars Update January 2023: Always forget the garlic sauce on that pizza. Friendliness has diminished. Ordered a pizza here, when opening the box it turned out to contain so much oregano that the pizza was no longer edible. So bitter and the rest had no taste left. Everyone says that you don't put so many spices on food. I don't think you can pass this on to your customers.

If you order before 5:30 PM, they will be at your door before 5:00 PM. So not nice. It's not for nothing that I click on a time...my family enjoys the cold pizza. Never ordering there again, this is not the first time.

Delivery took a little longer than expected, but I understand that on a Saturday evening. The hot dog was fine, the chicken nuggets were lukewarm and the pizza was cold, chewy and the chicken was missing from the pizza. Overall very disappointing.

Waited an hour and a half for three pizzas. These have been 'ready' in the app for an hour. That's what they look like. The taste is there too. Ordered extra iceberg lettuce with the doner pizza - there was no iceberg lettuce at all. Called the branch - the alternative was that the lettuce would be delivered afterwards. Yesterday we ordered 6 pizzas with the family from New York pizza in Koog aan de Zaan (Zaandam). The pizzas were ordered around 6:00 PM. However, these were still not there at 8:15 PM. After calling this New Yorker, my father was rudely confronted. The pizzas were only delivered at 8:30 PM and were ice cold! It's really ridiculous how long this had to take and what kind of service is provided to the paying customer. Of course it may be busy, but waiting more than 2 hours for pizzas? Sorry New Yorker but never again! We will go to Domino's again from now on. Top service, friendliness and pizzas always hot and delivered within 45 minutes.

My friend and I ordered two 30 cm IT style pizzas from this location via home delivery. However, one of the two pizzas was a 25 cm and also had the wrong base. When my friend called about this, we were told not to eat the small pizza and that we would get a new one. More than 1 hour later still nothing. My friend calls again. When he wonders out loud whether the pizza is going well, he is told: "yes, I think so", without asking or checking anything. Nonchalant almost brutal manner. Heerlijke pizza, lekker romige saus bediening heel aardig en mooi op tijd. beste pizza die ik ooit heb gegeten, groet familie pian.

Pizza gehaald, weed meteen ingelicht hoe lang het ging duren. Na iets korter wachten dan aangegeven met een goed hete pizza kunnen vertrekken. De pizza was goed, niet te vet en ook niet verbrand. Veel drukte maar ook veel personeel

De laatste keren waren de pizza’s volledig doorgebakken. De toppings waren niet zichtbaar. De definitieve laatste keer was gisteren want mijn dochter heeft er een voedselvergiftiging aan overgehouden en ik was misselijk vanwege de vage teveel doorgebakken pizza. Helaas. Het is beter geweest maar het is nu een slechte kwaliteit. Liever een supermarkt pizza.

Zojuist 2 pizza’s gegeten, Garlic Chicken! Kreeg een mail “discount dinsdag”, dus meteen maar besteld. Geen spijt van, erg lekker, goede temperatuur en redelijk op tijd geleverd ondanks de drukte. Volgende keer weer New York Pizza!!

Een aantal keer duurt het dubbel de verwachte leveringstijd zonder update/contact vanuit NYP, vind het jammer want ik algemeen genieten we wel van de NY pizza's maar minder als het laat en koud is. Miss wel erg een soort update system dat je beter weet wat te verwachten is

Echt super lekkere pizza's en je kunt altijd nog andere ingrediënten wisselen als je pizza er niet tussen zit de bodem is super krokant gebakken en smaakt fantastisch.

Pizza is naar verwachting. Het personeel zou wat meer aandacht mogen hebben voor de mensen die binnenlopen.

Goede pizza's en met de take out card maar 5 euro per stuk zolang je ze per twee koopt en afhaalt. Helaas gaat er te vaak iets mis in de planning, inschattingen qua tijd kloppen eigenlijk nooit. Ook zijn niet alle pizza's even lekker maar dat is een kwestie van uitproberen.

Organisatorische chaos. Besteld via internet en 45 minuten later klaar dan beloofd. Iedereen komt met de vingers aan de gerechten, zelfs de couriers. Het eten was lekker.

We waren huiverig om hier pizza's te bestellen vanwege de slechte reviews, maar werden blij verrast met lekkere krokante pizza's en een heerlijke verse salade. Het was dinsdag 5 euro pizza dag, dus prijs was ook erg aantrekkelijk. Personeel was vriendelijk!

Alle systemen lagen eruit. Uur gewacht op mijn pizza, geen excuus niets. Jammer.

Helaas zat de knoflooksaus die bij de pizza hoorde niet bij de bestelling ook de apart bestelde knoflooksaus zat er niet bij. Kan gebeuren gebeld en de saus zou snel gebracht worden. Inmiddels 2 uur later en nog geen saus. Shoarma pizza zonder saus maar opgegeten.

There are some beautiful employees in here. For example my lovely boyfriend, but most of the other employees are very kind and thoughtful. The nyp koog, as i call it, is a very nice and cozy place which serves very good and nice foods

Pizza werd supersnel bezorgd en was nog zo warm dat je voorzichtig moest zijn met eten ! geef deze vestiging zeker een kans als je wat mindere ervaringen hebt met NY pizza , mijn complimenten !!
