Normally okay, but this is really stingy. Disappointing.

Very bad experience with this place. Because there was no gluten-free pizza, the order was cancelled, but the money was never refunded. Even after going back 3 times to ask when it would be refunded, I still haven't received anything. Very disappointed and still waiting for a refund.

When picking up my pizzas, I was seriously shocked inside the shop. The pizza maker was sniffling away while making pizzas without cleaning his hands. And the delivery driver was standing there cutting pizzas in his dirty yellow reflective delivery jacket. And to top it all off, the cashier with her beautiful colored nails was busier with her private phone than helping the customers. First and last time here. What a mess, yuck!!!

Ordered 3 pizzas quickly today at 22:21. The wait was an hour, but we were happy that our food had arrived. Great delivery driver! And everything was still nice and warm. Absolutely fantastic for such a late order.

Last month, on King's Day, I ordered pizza again after a long time. I also paid for the pizza immediately via iDEAL. I gathered from them that it was very busy. Eventually, after waiting for 2 hours, I decided I wanted to cancel the order. But I can kiss my money goodbye. I still haven't received the refund! Amateurs... That's not how you treat your customers! They don't respond to the complaint form either. In any case, I will never order from here again..!

Long story short! If you order food here, the error rate is around 80%. Often sauce is missing, half of your dessert is missing, your drink is missing, or your pizza arrives very cold. The fact that there are more 1-star restaurants than 2, 3, or 4-star restaurants is extremely worrying. There is someone at the top here who understands nothing about business development. Clean up and reorganize. Ridiculous!

Average overall star rating is a 4, not because I think so, but my son always wants one from NY because he likes it. But I really think 9 out of 10 times it's a pizza that leaves you with a "hangover". My experience is that if you don't want certain ingredients on it and indicate this, they usually end up on it anyway. And yesterday was just another €17.49 wasted money; it was a good thing the 3rd pizza was free and the damage was a bit less because of that. If I'm going to order from NY anyway, I order the Italian, but what I got yesterday looked like a dry old shoe sole, so thin that there was hardly any room for sauce or other ingredients because it would break, it was that thin and hard. Later in the evening I was still thinking about it and came to the conclusion that they must have made the other version, thin and crispy. Well, you don't need to order that one either. Very disappointing again, another pizza with a "hangover".

Frozen cheesecake, disgusting matcha, and waiting 30 minutes for it. Hopeless.

My cheesecake was frozen and the matcha bread was swimming in sauce.

The crust fell off and I don't think you're supposed to hear a chipping sound when you bite into the pizza (New York style).

After ordering, I received a phone call saying the drinks I ordered were unavailable and promised a refund. Now, three weeks later and several phone calls later, I still haven't received a refund. Extremely poor service. The franchisee is never present at the Arnhem branch but hasn't responded.

Despite the crowds, the four pizzas arrived nice and hot! Great deals. They were also easy to reach by phone when I wanted to change my address. Great service and a wide selection of vegetarian pizzas!

Ordered 3 pizzas and opted for ASAP delivery. Two hours later, still no pizzas. I called. Argument: Just out of the oven, sick employees, we'd get a little extra to compensate. Reality: The receipt said the pizzas had been out of the oven an hour ago, the pizza was almost cold, and no extra compensation.

Ordered two pizzas, finally delivered after a long wait. There was literally nothing on the pizza. I called and asked for a refund. They promised. After a week, still nothing, so I called again. After two weeks, still nothing, so I called again. Now, three weeks later, still nothing, and I've called three times now. All in all, delivery time is long, pizzas are disgusting, and the service is absolutely terrible.

Customer service only refers you to the franchise itself and a complaint form. Worst experience ever, and it could have been easily resolved by the franchise itself or New York Pizza. It's not like you haven't been doing this for years, right? It's not your fault for the people who work there. But the manager or owner, you've got to do better. I won't do business with New York Pizza anymore, and this wasn't my first bad experience with you. 3 strikes out!

After a long wait due to a mistake in the store, I took pizzas with me once home it was very disappointing meat was hard to find on the pizzas, pizzas were also not tasty and was very disappointing! For the long wait I was allowed to take 4 small Ben and Jerry ice creams with me.

Pizza half and half chosen, unfortunately this arrived mixed together. Cheese and bacon sandwich was not baked properly, dough when you bit into it. Hotdog was very tasty, top sauce. Great🤩 Service was great, food came super fast. 20+ minutes earlier.

We had to wait over an hour, ordered at 8:07 PM, and at 9:15 PM we received a nearly cold pizza. No one was available. What a terrible place! Think twice before ordering from here. There are other places where you can order pizza that are much better.

The New York Pizza in Veenendaal is really bad. Extremely long waiting time, cold pizza, food is greasy and undercooked. Terrible. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

They are closed for ordering via their own website, but for home delivery they are open for ordering but without promotions/discounts. So very handy.

I have eaten New York pizza in Veenendaal for years and the pizzas have always been tasty and well topped, but the last few times I have ordered here, the pizzas have been very poorly topped. There is hardly any cheese on a pizza magherita, even though that is the main ingredient.

The food is good, but the service is incredibly bad on weekends. We waited more than 2 hours for our pizzas, while the expected delivery time was 50 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes, I called the branch because the status of the order was still 'received by the branch'. Then we were treated very unfriendly by a boy who told us that the pizzas were in the oven and would be delivered within half an hour. In the end it took more than 50 minutes. The message that the pizzas were already in the oven is therefore probably not true, and only a sweetener for waiting customers. We will never order on the weekend again.

Nice delicious pizza’s. Friendly staff and good costumer support. A good idea is to go there and buy unbaked dough, you can put your own toppings on the dough at home and bake your own pizza.

Scandalous communication. Order placed at 6:10 PM and the order would be delivered at 6:30 PM. After waiting 1.5 hours we called. We were politely told that we would now have to wait an additional 2 hours. If we had not called ourselves, we would only receive the pizza at 9:30 PM, even though it was ordered at 6:10 PM. Not recommended!
