New York Pizza in De Buurt

They miscounted; I gave 10.15 in cash, the rest by card, and they only counted 8.15. On top of that, the pizzas were cold and there were hairs on the food, on our Hawaiian pizza. Bad business.

I ordered a pizza with sauce, but the sauce was missing. I replied in the email and was told I would receive a discount, but I still haven't received it.

Unfortunately, another disappointing experience. Once again, the bottle of cola and the sauce were forgotten with my order. This is now the second time this has happened since I started ordering at this branch. The annoying thing is that you then have to wait for a solution while the pizza gets cold in the meantime. It is precisely the small things like drinks and sauces that should be checked before an order leaves the door. Mistakes can happen, but when the same problem occurs multiple times, it does not inspire much confidence in the service. I hope that checks will be carried out better in the future before orders are handed over.

I ordered a pizza yesterday through Thuisbezorgd. I paid, but the pizza never arrived. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

I once ordered a pizza here, but it went wrong because I actually wanted to order it from a different location. I called, and they said they would cancel my order and refund me. That never happened. I was just robbed!

The pizza from New York Pizza in Beuningen was really delicious and delivered quickly. Communication was excellent; they kept me well informed, and everything went smoothly. What I do find disappointing is that some people write negative reviews without considering how hard the employees work there every day. It's clear they're doing their best, and that deserves respect. People who criticize without understanding all that goes into it are simply dishonest. That's why I find it pathetic that they're so negative. I definitely recommend New York Pizza in Beuningen, and I'll definitely order from them again!

We ordered two vegan pizzas and received them with what resembled mozzarella. We called to double check and they told us they put vegan cheese, but after tasting it we got the confirmation it was indeed mozzarella. We also payed for extra ingredients that were not added.

Friendly team. It was ready quickly and delicious.

Ordered and received nothing, I was not called or anything

Incredibly greasy and way too much sauce. Such a shame.

Great pizza with a very good base. A 30cm Hawaiian New York-style pizza to take away costs only €6.50 with the student discount, which I think is really fair! I enjoy going there every now and then.

Well, what can I say? Cold pizza, cold chicken pieces. It arrived faster than the stated time, but it was still practically room temperature. I had to turn the oven on to make it more edible. The sauce was also forgotten. The delivery guy was also very apathetic. I hope the customer service improves, because I did send a complaint about this. I hope anyone who orders here and has a bad order also contacts New York Pizza, because this is unacceptable for the price you pay and what you expect from fast food restaurants. Maybe next time I should just get a frozen pizza; it's delicious at the temperature you prefer. Or go to Domino's or something; they seem to do a better job. Or get a real pizza from Pizza Bakers or Sa Lolla Italia or something, because this isn't really worth it anymore. Hopefully, they'll inspect it soon.

We ordered pizza here. My first pizza came with almost no toppings, for €16 (see photo). We called, and a good 20 minutes later, when everyone had finished their pizza except me, the new pizza arrived. We didn't get an apology or anything, not even a verbal one. The second pizza had plenty of toppings, but at least a third of it was still raw. I was incredibly disappointed, hungry, and had to eat it alone. The raw pizza was absolutely disgusting. Such a shame.

An order was placed with too few vegetables on the pizza. A new pizza was delivered after calling. The dough on this pizza was raw and undercooked for a quarter of the pizza.

I order something...and I get something else.

After waiting more than 50 minutes, getting a cold pizza is really come home from a rude awakening

Delivery after the pizza came out of the oven took ~50 minutes. Result was a cold and chewy pizza. Shame of the money and food.

Always a pleasure to have a great pizza here. 🍕 it is really about the dough. The staff here is super welcoming and friendly to interact with.

we couldn’t sit cuz they dint have chairs also she is not using gloves

They forgot two things during delivery. The cinnamon bread I ordered was inedible, rancid amount of cinnamon, left me with a dry mouth.

What joke! ordered pesto and got this.

Amazing service! Give that woman a raise, The pizza was amazing! It’s fluffy but still crunchy at the same time. 😎🍕

Good pizza and well prepared. And good...

Lots of sauce and little of the rest

Pizza's not bad. Delivered within 30 minutes. Not a real Italian Pizza, but you can't really ruined Pizza, right? I ordered here regularly and am always satisfied.

I have almost always had good experiences here. Friendly staff. Can take a joke. Pizza almost always delicious.

Today I find pizza lukewarm which it shouldn't be. It also took a long time for my order to be delivered to my home. I live less than 5 minutes from New York pizza, but I still didn't get my order hot. Shame. Because New York pizza has always been my favorite

Delicious pizzas, friendly staff & very good customer service experience!

Every time at NY pizza. Ordered a normal Coke. Got Coke Zero. Then just don't sell it, or learn to look. Edit 15-10-2022: Ordered delicious mini rolls yesterday, I think that's possible. Forgot sauce. Of course you can no longer be reached by phone because they close at half past 11 and do not deliver until 10 to 11.

I take again one box hoping this time its good but not..Pizza roll dough was raw . Chicken wings also raw potatoes wedges was all burn 🔥 very disappointed 😞

Delicious pizza and very good service!! Definitely order, highly recommended!!

Great pizza delivery/takeout place.

Nice shop with nice, friendly staff who bake pizza the way it should be!

Good experience, good delivery times and good pizza

Good tent and amazing stuff afterwards. ask for the big one

Fast service, good pizza base and tasty toppings. We are happy to order here! Also a friendly manager and/or owner.

Tried 3 times to order a pizza without cheese, still difficult...

Pizza is tasty and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, my separately requested garlic swirl is forgotten 9 out of 10 times. I was supposed to get a call back about this but that didn't happen either. I found this very disappointing.

Tasty and quite affordable pizzas. Website is easy to use and keeps you up to date with an ETA.

Tasty pizza, but takes a long time

Good service, good delivery, good pizzas

They are very customer friendly Nice place, good atmosphere You usually have your pizza within 15 minutes

One of the few fast food restaurants that cut their pizzas well. Good service, even if an ingredient runs out, for example, they offer something else.

Very tasty pizza and ready quickly enough. But it's a pity that there are really no seats and you can't eat on site.

Good fast service and tasty pizza

If it was my kitchen team I would have thrown them out long ago.

Delicious! And especially on Tuesdays... 5 euros and a larger one for 7.50... Really delicious...

excellent price-quality ratio. friendly staff

Fast delivery and has the best vegan pizzas

Delicious pizza and very nice delivery person. Recommended!

Nice food, nice employees. Top team with nice delivery people.

Hostile environment. Quite obvious that employees hate working there

Nice team, good service and delicious pizzas

Nice service and received it quickly.

Despite the crowds on a Friday evening, the pizzas were ready quickly. It was unfortunate that the sauce was not added to the side dishes.

What you'd expect for a fairly cheap price

Best pizzas in Wageningen! Have now become a regular customer! Every Tuesday they have pizzas for only 5 euros. I love the Buffalow chicken very much.

A good filling pizza for not much money. Quickly prepared and pleasant employees who are friendly and helpful.

Delicious pizzas, very friendly. If I sometimes ask for something extra, I am not charged immediately. top! 5 stars.

Delicious pizzas and the couriers are cheerful and friendly.

Pizza cold and tasteless. Delivered only after an hour and a half. Rude delivery person. Order incomplete. This is now the 2nd time in a short time. I won't order from there anymore.
