It might sound rude, but the pizza delivery took a very long time. When we called, the customer service wasn't great. Unfortunately, the pizza dough was still raw. They eventually came up with a good solution for the next order, which was very helpful.

We order here regularly, even though I was actually done with this place 20 pizzas ago, but hey, there's a woman who decides. Luckily, she's done with it now, too, because it's always something. Sometimes no garlic oil on the rim, sometimes cold (and we live practically next door), then almost no toppings, then tomato sauce instead of BBQ, then this, then that. I called a few times after ordering, telling them to keep an eye on it, and even then, it still goes wrong. The head office should really talk this place out. Neighbors, colleagues, and now us too—no ​​one I know orders from them anymore, and that's quite a few. It's a shame that, despite the bad reviews, nothing has changed for ages. Another two customers down.

Worst pizza I've ever seen. 3 margaritas for almost 40 euros. Absolutely burnt. The cheese and the crust were so burnt that it tasted like old, hard bread with tomato paste. On a somewhat warm Sunday afternoon, we wanted to have a vegan pizza with our family of three. Although it wasn't immediately available on the menu, Sarah, who was behind the counter, kindly helped us. They had several vegan pizzas, and they could even make a customized vegan Margarita for our daughter. Sarah was incredibly helpful. Fortunately, we were able to eat our pizzas there, even though some other pizza chains no longer allow that these days. Despite the hot weather, we enjoyed our pizzas and drinks. I also think the store manager deserves credit for his friendly yet professional approach to the staff. The atmosphere was great.
