New York Pizza in Wijk 01 Sittard

I ordered pizzas through New York Pizza on August 30th. After an hour and a half, they still hadn't arrived, and I was supposed to get a refund. So far, I haven't received anything. Customer service is also terrible; they only keep referring customers to the franchisee. Never order through New York Pizza. I feel ripped off.

Very slow and the photo doesn’t correspond to the pizza

We received a cold pizza (it happens!). We called, and they didn't make a fuss. A new, hot pizza was delivered within 15 minutes. Excellent service!

Received the correct order, but unfortunately the pizza had already cooled down considerably. The delivery person was at the door but didn't ring the doorbell, so he quickly left before I could even get out. Otherwise, the pizza was delicious.

The atmosphere in the shop is really great, the staff are also very hospitable and friendly. And of course, the food is also excellent.

Don't get me wrong, it smells really nice inside... but every day when I cycle home from work I am annoyed by the bicycles at the bicycle traffic light... Would you like to park the bicycles differently? Then I can just press the button normally and continue cycling. Thank you in advance ❤️

Fortunately I don't wear clogs otherwise the clog would break off pizza Buffallo new york style. 30 cm thick bottom on the phone I just wanted chicken instead of pepperoni, they said we only have hot chicken. I said fine, are the rest of all the cheeses also on there as per the description of the site? Yes, they are on it, said the employee, then I assume that is the case. Not so, here you see a pizza with a tomato pizza base, just a little bit of hot chicken. Very different from the other pizza where you can see the cheese. The buffalo has more tomato sauce than chicken and cheese on your tongue. Very unfortunate, even though I rushed to order and get it before closing. SHAME

According to the tracker, the ordered pizza was ready at the restaurant at 8:18 PM, it was delivered at 8:45 PM even though the route is 3 to 5 minutes to my address. So the pizza arrived lukewarm. On a weekday and around this time you just expect a hot pizza within 30 minutes. Then you also give the delivery person a 10% tip and he will stand at your door with a very sour face. Last time and tipping in advance is clearly no guarantee for good service.

No problem if they grab a new dough... but the other colleague laughs and picks up the dough and then tops it!!!!!!!!! Disgusting, never order food here because they apparently don't care about the health of their customers. What a shame, seen falling pizza dough on 26/09/23 at 8:35 PM. So someone who has had a stomach ache knows why.

I sometimes order from New York Pizza when I've been working long shifts. So that I don't have to cook that evening 🙈 I am never disappointed. Delicious!

The service was great. 30 minutes from ordering online to delivery at my door. Some small tweaks on the pizza itself are needed to meet my liking. First, they are right that they have very good dough. However, it seems they are not running their pizza ovens hot enough. The toppings come out cooked but not grilled, and the dough comes out less like a crust and more like a bread. Additionally, I think they go a little heavy on the mozzarella (I know, this is personal taste) which doesn't help when the oven isn't hot enough to burn off the liquids. I will order here again though. They were still pretty good!

We order from here frequently on their website. Although we have had one or two slow deliveries, we usually get pizza that is hot and delicious with fast delivery. Make sure to use a coupon code to get a discount!

Don't understand it... The pizzas are tasty, but why are they delivered deliciously warm sometimes and really cold other times? It's really a loss...

2.5 hours waiting for pizza, when I call I get an uninterested employee on the line who claims that the delivery person is lost? Sittard is not that big. The same excuse 3 times, after which I canceled the order. No money refunded to date. Do not order here!

Only part of the order was delivered. Drinking was forgotten. This was supposed to be done but no one came. After a call it turned out that the delivery person had not passed on anything. And we were promised that they would still deliver it and add an extra drink. The delivery person then knew nothing about this. Poorly organized and unprofessional delivery people.

Bad! We received the pizzas and they were no longer warm. Then we have AGAIN dirty, brown iceberg lettuce! A new delivery person also comes with brown iceberg lettuce and only a quarter filled. He then leaves uninterested. After telephone contact, the manager would contact us. We have still not received a call and it is almost 2 weeks later. I also indicated that if no one would contact me again I would post a bad review this time, because this is certainly not the first time that something is wrong! But apparently it is not considered very important. In any case, we will only order from Domino's from now on!

Ordered there 3 times last time. Forgot to give food the first time, it had to be delivered afterwards. Can happen. The second time they ordered food that was not in stock, they received different food. Can happen. The third time we had to wait almost two hours for 1 pizza. Have to call twice and they just hang up when you start to get a little angry. They would compensate the order but received nothing.
