I was treated well on the phone. Pizzas were delivered quickly and tasted good. There are often good promotions too, so prices are very attractive.

On April 6, I ordered two Croissant Pizzas (Order No: MXGCD8), but I received a call informing me that they were out of stock. I was explicitly promised that the amount would be refunded. It is now 12 days later (April 18), and I still have not received anything. It is unacceptable that you have to chase after your money yourself if a company cannot deliver. I would not order from here. Very unprofessional.

Ordered pizzas, finger food, and mini calzones. 3 out of 4 Korean Chicken had only 5 pieces of chicken, when there should have been 6. Filed a complaint via the contact form 3 weeks ago, heard nothing back. Sent another message 2 weeks ago, heard nothing back again. Subsequently filed a complaint twice via the chatbot, and still haven't heard anything. Great job, NYP!

I ordered a BBQ Chicken Meatlovers pizza from New York Pizza Heerlen. Initially, I had to wait an extremely long time because it was supposedly busy, which I somewhat understand. But after that, it only got worse. Because it was taking so long, I called and was told the pizza was already on its way. Fine, I thought, it'll arrive soon. But two hours later, nothing had been delivered. I called again and was told the pizza had just come out of the oven and would be given to the delivery driver. This completely contradicted what had been said earlier. When the delivery driver finally arrived, I received the wrong pizza. It looked nothing like the picture and was full of vegetables, even though I had clearly ordered a BBQ Chicken Meatlovers. I politely stated that I wouldn't accept this pizza and that I wanted a new one. The delivery driver called the manager, and you could tell by his face that he wasn't looking forward to it. That's frustrating for him, but I also don't want to accept the wrong order after waiting for hours. The manager said a new pizza would be delivered. Then it got later and later... finally, it was 10:30 and still nothing had been delivered. I couldn't reach New York Pizza by phone because they were closed. So it strongly seemed they weren't planning on delivering the new pizza. Ultimately, I had to order from somewhere else and request a refund through Thuisbezorgd. What makes it even more frustrating is that there was no apology, compensation, or clear communication whatsoever. I was misinformed, received the wrong product, and the promised pizza ultimately didn't arrive. I find this very frustrating, especially because I'm usually not the most difficult person. I order from here often and have received cold pizzas in the past, but I simply put them in the oven myself without any fuss.

Actually, not worth a single star. The food and delivery have deteriorated significantly over the past six months. - I asked for oregano and pepper on the pizza, but it was "herb with pizza" instead of "pizza with herbs." - There were very few toppings on the pizza because "everything was gone," they said on the phone. - After ordering for an hour and a half, I called and was told, "You weren't home when the pizza was delivered." I'm not the most difficult person; mistakes happen, which is why I've ordered from NYP several times after an incorrect order. It's a shame, because I used to love ordering pizzas here.

This New York Pizza is usually good, but the last two orders were exceptionally bad, and both had the same problem, only this time there were a few extra issues. When the pizzas arrived, they were practically cold (they're usually nice and warm). Both this time and the previous time, the pizzas were undercooked. The chicken was completely white, both this time and the last time, and the dough was also white and soft. As usual, the extra tomato sauce that was specified with the order wasn't there. The edges of the pizzas didn't have garlic oil, which happens regularly. The cinnamon bread was truly awful. It didn't look like it normally does, it was cold, the dough had absolutely no flavor, and was completely different from what it usually is. The pizzas were somewhat edible, but I ended up throwing some of it away. The cinnamon bread was truly awful and ended up in the trash after a few bites. After several bad experiences with NYP in Geleen, I stopped ordering from them. Heerlen used to be good, except that the extra tomato sauce and garlic oil usually don't come with it, but now I'm done with this location as well. Two orders, a few weeks apart, and both were junk and money literally thrown in the trash. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. Such a shame, I always thought NYP was the tastiest, and if everything is made right, they are. However, the quality isn't consistent, like with Domino's Pizza, and NYP franchisees have never responded to complaints. I won't be returning, not even to another location, and I will advise others against ordering from NYP.

Tasty pizzas, delivery drivers are always very friendly!

I ordered four pizzas, opened the box, and there was no chicken to be found, literally one slice per pizza. I called and they said, "There's nothing we can do about it." I said, "Well, for that price, you get a pizza like that." A few days later, I had a stomach ache, diarrhea, and food poisoning.

We ordered pizzas online; the delivery address was also in Heerlen. We arrived an hour later and they were cold, so not tasty.

I ordered pizzas here a while back: two 30cm ITA pizzas and one 30cm NYS pizza. I got New York-style ITAs, and the ITAs were New York-style. My gyro pizza came with garlic sauce, and according to the employee on the phone, that was my problem because they hadn't had tzatziki for a week, and the pizzas were also cold, tough, and late. I was completely sick for three days.

I placed an order two weeks ago. It could not be delivered because gluten-free bases were no longer available. I was supposed to receive my money back before the weekend. What a rude employee on the phone. He had no way to take the order, I only had to call back in 10 minutes. When I asked why I had to call back, he said it was too busy now. I had never experienced such stupid statements and not thinking along with the customer, so I called Hoensbroek and the discounts are not possible there. The employee there spoke to me politely, thought it was ridiculous what happened in Heerlen, and to accommodate me because the discount coupon is not valid for Hoensbroek, he gave me a 50% discount on the 2nd pizza. We will definitely order in Hoensbroek next time.

Ordered 4 pizzas they were delivered cold, and after calling them for a solution was offered 1 free pizza next time (which might be warm) and then was told to warm up a pizzas up myself, absolutely unacceptable, ridiculously bad service, the guy on the phone was annoyed, would have been better off baking a frozen pizza

The pizza was tasty, but it arrived unsliced and was missing the extra garlic sauce I ordered. As a huge fan of garlic sauce, I was pretty disappointed—it put a damper on my evening!

Now probably days after my money again. What an incompetent company. If you cannot arrange delivery, please let us know in advance so that people still have a choice. NEVER AGAIN!

Almost every time something goes wrong with the pizzas we order here. A caprese pizza is always ordered, and the pesto sauce and sometimes other ingredients are almost always forgotten. Very nice that they offer a free pizza next time. It's just a shame that no one will know about the free pizza the next time you order.

I feel cheated and extremely disappointed by this greedy entrepreneur. This is the 35 cm pizza with no less than double the amount of crust than a 30 cm pizza. In other words, it's just FAKE, you pay 33% more, but what do you get? That's right, just the same amount of pizza. That's called rat behavior in my book. Then you pay for extra cheddar on the crust, do you get that? Nope. I could taste the profiteering in every bite. This “pizza”, because this composition of fatty and dry bread is not worthy of the name, was as dry as the box it came in.

Food was not only way overdue - but extremely salty, Pizzas were literally inedible. Children suffered from sore throats for hours after eating 1 pizza slice. After calling the branch in Heerlen about this, they were unwilling to compensate us because "we don't do that". This company is ridiculous. Please get your pizzas somewhere else.

Terrible costumer service in Heerlen!

Tried two times both times long wait, cold food and barely any toppings. 8 months later, tried again. Same issues. Took 1 hour for 2 pizzas when I now live 1km away from this location. Dominos is way superior, arrives steaming hot at least 3x the amount of toppings. Friendly delivery staff. Never had any issues but I wanted to give NYP another chance 0/3 chances unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Then drive yourself... a big gang arrived at the shop. Chaotic and a big mess... young man said he didn't answer the phone because he only got angry customers on the phone. Understandable with such poor service. First time and the last!

This used to be a good thing, but nowadays it is hardly noticeable. The pizzas are always at least 1.5 hours late, always cold, tough and very greasy, and often part of the order or one of the toppings is missing without you being notified. Sometimes the order does not arrive at all. When you contact them or file a complaint, there is no response, or they promise your money back and this does not happen, because after more than a year I am still waiting for more than 80 euros. I have also experienced that they have used "normal" cheese on my vegan pizza, and because of... I have suffered a lot from allergies. The store is also no longer available after 10 p.m., and the site will automatically indicate "completed" with your order. This ensures that if you have been waiting for your pizza for a long time, you do not know whether it will still come, and you cannot contact them because they are not available. This is extremely disturbing if you have been waiting for 2 hours for your evening meal and you have nothing in the house. I hope that they have the opportunity to address these complaints and improve the service, so that I can give 5 stars here again.

Meh… ordered extra cheese, but if this was extra cheese then I don't want to know how little is on a standard pizza. Californian veggie that should have olives on it...were not on it either. Also ordered pizza rolls with cheese and they looked more like dough balls with some melted cheese on the outside here and there. Didn't even eat it because it was just dry. I normally always order from dominos, but unfortunately they were closed. It's all extremely expensive anyway, especially with 1+1 free, but this just doesn't make sense. Out of misery I put my own cheese on it and threw the pizza in the oven. Might as well make your own pizza!

Liefdeloze tent waar ze totaal niet om hun klanten geven. Heb hier al vaker besteld en vraag altijd of de saus apart kan. De ene keer krijg je dan helemaal geen saus, andere keren zit de saus er gewoon overheen. Bezorging komt meestal te laat, dus ik bestel meestal voor een half uur eerder. Maar ja, de pizza is altijd al koud voordat je hem op hebt.

Heerlijke pizza’s en vriendelijk personeel!

Over het algemeen goeie ervaringen, maar deze keer een pizza en ijs besteld. Bij bezorging hadden ze het verkeerde ijs. De bezorger vroeg of ik ander ijs wilde. Natuurlijk wil ik dat; het ijs dat ik besteld heb. Ik zei dus “ja, ik lust deze niet”. En gaf het verkeerde ijs terug en hij zei terug te gaan naar de zaak om de juiste te halen. Na bijna een uur was ie er nog niet, dus heb ik gebeld. Hij zou onderweg zijn. Na drie kwartier nog niks, wederom gebeld. Het zou een kwartiertje nog kunnen duren. Uiteindelijk een uur later nog niks! En ik kan niet meer bellen want ze zijn gesloten. Morgen ga ik maar eens mijn geld terug eisen, want 9 euro voor geen ijs en een onbeschofte service is natuurlijk belachelijk.

Ze hadden geen optie voor extra topping dus had ik de opmerking toegevoegd of er, mits het geen probleem was, er wat bacon op de pizza gedaan kon worden. Nadat ik de pizza in ontvangst nam zag ik dat ze er bacon op hadden gedaan. De foto is een hamburger pizza van 40cm (met de extra topping) Thanks voor de bacon!

Zeer slecht je kan duidelijk zien dat een stel kids , er aan het werk zijn . Heel soms als een vrouwlijke teamleidster aanwezig is gaan dingen naar behoren. Het eten ga ik kort over zijn , de pizzas zijn vaak gewoon erg droog en smaakloos . En bestellen en laten bezorgen gaat er 9 van de 10 keer iets fout , of een gerecht vergeten of andere problemen

Goede pizza's vaak wel erg vet. Al je in de doos kijkt is de bodem doordrenkt van olie en vet. Dat zegt ook wel wat over de Pizza.

Het eten is altijd super lekker en ik vind je zelf samengestelde pizza super.

Pizza's lekker en heet, genoeg ingrediënten erop. Is niet in ieder filiaal hetzelfde.

Vandaag voor de eerste keer bij NYP geweest. Mama Mia Meatlover besteld, uit de actie. Verhouding van alle ingrediënten is prima. Genoeg vlees. Lekker knoflookolie op de korst en genieten! Personeel is vriendelijk en netjes. Zaak is schoon. De werksfeer is redelijk informeel te noemen. Eén jongeman coördineert en de rest volgt de aanwijzingen netjes op. Alles okee, dus 5 sterren.

Héél goed en lekker! De 5 cheesepizza is een van de lekkerste dan wel niet ďé lekkerste kazenpizza die ik ooit heb gegeten. Pizza's waren goed warm en de daarbij bestelde ijsjes goed koud. Aanpassing van de bestelling was geen enkel probleem na een kort telefoontje, kortom, helemaal top!

New York pizza ze hebben veel keuze de pizza's zijn lekker maar de wachttijd zou binnen 30 min goed moeten zijn maar helaas duurt het gemiddeld 50 min dat was 2 jaar gelden wel anders ze zijn ook best prijzig dus kortom wil je een snelle goedkope pizza dan is new York pizza niet voor jou vind je het niet erg om even te wachten ? Zeer verveldend om je pizza te gaan halen, er is amper parking in de buurt. Wel heel lekkere pizza's én uiterst vriendelijke bediening. Daarvan zijn wij uitermate tevreden. Jullie verdienen wél 5 sterren vind ik.

Cinnamon bread afgehaald en ze waren de saus vergeten. Gelukkig zagen we het op tijd en liepen terug, geen enkel probleem, gewoon de saus nog gekregen. Hele aardige medewerker. Wij hadden besteld via thuisbezorgd, 2 pizza hawaii die allebei koud waren en de knoflooksaus die we erbij hadden gevraagd zat er niet bij. Op de pizza hawaii zaten 4 stukjes ananas, voor deze prijs vind ik dit een beetje te duur. De bezorgtijd duurde ook veelste lang!

Half uur later dan aangegeven het eten gebracht. We hadden al eens gebeld waar het bleef. Voor de bezorger weg was zagen we dat de saus er niet bij zat. Dat was dus een helaas pindakaas want wat zou de bezorger er aan kunnen doen volgens hem. Tijdens het eten 19 Buffalo Wings in plaats van twintig. Maar wel geld vangen. Hoe maken jullie ons weer tevreden?
