New York Pizza in Stadionbuurt

I had to wait almost one hour for the order, two times longer than expected. After calling them they hang up. I had to call more times to be able to get any information, the staff or at least person responsible for the calls is completely unprofessional and very rude to customers. Food I received didn’t match the order as well. After paying extra for add ons for the pizzas and salad I got the regular cheaper option. Absolutely don’t recommend.

waiting nearly 2 hours for our food to be delivered to our hotel when the takeaway is only 5 minute drive, very rude on the phone when we rang multiple times asking where our food was kept getting told 5/10 minutes and to just wait outside. When the food finally arrived it was horrible the pizza wasn’t even cut properly had to rip it apart to try and get a slice. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This location is always difficult to reach. I ordered through Thuiszorg, but they don't provide any information like delivery times and so on. And the pizzas are always prepared differently. In short, it's a terrible business.

The taste of the food is fine, but the staff do not follow proper hygiene practices, such as wearing gloves. For example, they handle money or answer the phone and then use the same hands to put ingredients on the pizza.

Great pizza. Not as good as Italian pizzerias, but this one's still not bad.

I've ordered from here several times. It usually takes a very long time for the pizza to be delivered. Once, the website indicated the pizza had already been delivered, even though it hadn't. I called the store, and they didn't answer. The pizza usually tastes good. However, I once received a pizza that hadn't been in the oven long enough. The crust, and especially the base, was a thick, soft, doughy mess. It's a shame they only have two vegan pizzas now; there used to be more options. Update: I ordered pizza from here one more time. This time I tried the Italian base instead of the American one. This is the worst "Italian pizza" I've ever had. It's the dough...that will make me stop ordering from here.

We got take out. If you want gluten free and vegan, this is a great place! Absolutely delicious.

Delicious pizzas and friendly, customer-focused service. And for a great price too! Because of my permanent diet, I'm not allowed to eat pizza at all. Haha! Who cares?! Not right now! The Caprese pizza is going down a treat!

I wainting for my pizza way to long on app they said it’s gonna be 20-45 min when I already wainting 2 h they don’t answers the calls now I got it why they got that opininion and only 2.7 star no grettings

Worst NY Pizza location I've ever seen. Not being allowed to order from other locations and being forced to use this horrible one has made me quit ordering NY Pizza entirely.

Ordered two pizzas, did not arrive. Phone is not answered. Do not order here!!!!

I arrived 15mins before closing, but it was no longer possible to order anything. The excuse was that there was no dough left… very unbelievable and bad service. Just close earlier if you are no longer going to serve customers.

We had a very sweet guy working there, pizza delivered quickly and it was on a high standard. Very happy with it! Gr

Ordered here 3 times, you have to wait at least 1h30 hours

If you like long waits (almost 2 hours), highly recommended. Don't do pizza.

The worst pizza i ever ate, it took 2h to be delivered, and they forgot to add the cheese, imagine we received just sauce without cheese , .. red flag guys

Pizza came with crust partially torn off, no toppings or cheese on a third of it. Like they either didn't even try or it fell on the ground or something. Won't be eating this. 18 euros down the drain. Edit: called and they delivered a new one very fast. Changing from 1 to 3 stars.

Pizza was fine, not great. They only accept Maestro cards. My Visa and Mastercard did not work. They did not want cash.

Bestelling geplaatst, ca. 22 minuten. Echter keer op keer duurt het op zijn minst een uur (en dit al maanden), waarna je belt om te horen dat hij nog onderweg is. Ik woon op 800 meter afstand...

After two hours havent recieved the order, also not picking the phone up!

Beste nyp van amsterdam ze hebben daar lekker eten enz leuke sfeer leuk kerstmuziek sinds kort Z3 weten wel hoe ze een leuke sfeer moeten brengen.
