I received excellent service from the staff. The Mexican hot and spicy pizza was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. The staff was customer-friendly; I will definitely come back here for the other pizzas. My compliments!!!!

They now wear the costume of “Burger Bar” when ordering on uberEats. Chicken burger is 2 pieces of chicken which inevitably fall out no matter how you hold it and make a mess when eating. Delivery boy pulled out the last receipt from his pocket with another name on it apparently the last person he delivered to and thought that was receipt for my order. Fumbled around until he found the correct receipt, while we were outside for 3 minutes

I order pizza and their pizza was extremely small. I feel ripped off. Can u count how many cm this is ?

Ordered. The guy on the phone was rude. The delivery driver claimed to have been there, but never rang the doorbell. Terribly bad.

Ordered a pizza, and they said they'd rung the doorbell, which wasn't true. We called to ask about the status, and they said it was our fault and we could pick it up ourselves. They scolded us, didn't speak Dutch, and didn't meet us. Conclusion: DO NOT ORDER HERE! Unfriendly staff, no food, no service, etc.

Look… i never complain but c’mon stiffe new york pizza. this is how my thin margherita pizza showed up after i literally tipped the delivery guy for pushing through this weather. i open the box and i’m just shocked. this is straight up not edible. no one in their right mind would look at this and call it a pizza you can eat. so i call and the lady on the phone asks me to send a picture. she puts me on hold and then tells me this “just happens” when you order this type of pizza. so i just have to accept it. no new pizza no refund. it’s a damn shame. schetsers.

Ordered pizza take out with 0 expectations, got the half-half pizza, pepperoni and four cheese pizza and some roasted wings on the side. I was mind blown by the pepperoni and the crunch of the pizza crust. The pizza was not dry and crust was very crispy. Mind blown!

My children are allergic to tomato sauce. I ordered the East Side Shawarma "Special Offer" pizza: "2nd pizza free" for them. When I realized I couldn't leave out the tomato sauce on the Special Offer pizza, I called the Van Limburg Stirumstraat 67, 1051 BA Amsterdam, to ask what I could do. The employee told me I could write it down in the comments section. Mind you: the only comment is for the courier. I followed the employee's instructions. Only to discover upon delivery that they had put tomato sauce on it after all. I called and explained what was wrong. Then I spoke to the manager, who first explained that I had filled in the wrong field, while there isn't even an option for adding an order comment on the Special Offer pizza. ONLY a comment for the courier. Suddenly, the manager told me that you can't add comments or make changes to the Special Offer pizzas. The pizza special is meant to accommodate the customer, and it's too much work for them to offer the customer the option to make/submit changes to their pizza. I explained that it's of no use to me, and my children are allergic to tomato sauce. That's precisely why I called to ask how I could indicate I didn't want tomato sauce on the pizza. He suggested giving me one pizza without sauce. I explained that I have two children, both allergic, and it's unacceptable for only one child to get a pizza. The manager said he couldn't give me two pizzas because we already had two. I then explained that they couldn't eat it because of their allergies. The manager then said he was going to hang up. Mind you: I recorded the phone call with the first employee. And the fact that the manager ignored the fact that my children are allergic to tomatoes is NOT DONE. The last word on this has not yet been said. P.S. When ordering a regular pizza, you can request no sauce. That option is available, but you can't do that with a PROMOTION pizza.

I ordered the new "Korean Fried Chicken" and I can tell you it wasn't and it was also raw. In the pictures I show what was on the website and then what I got... ridiculous!

My first time at NYP. I was amazed by the quality of the crust (obviously, I chose the thin one) and the toppings. Value for money (2 for the price of 1) and delivery within fifteen minutes. I was definitely lucky, judging by the other reviews. Very satisfied.

Ordered from here several times. Always hassle with delivery, wrong deliveries, etc. Last time I ordered, I waited 50 minutes even though I live less than a 10-minute bike ride from the shop. This is very strange.

Delivery guy causes traffic accident after recklessly running a red light, then flees the scene of the accident while I'm lying injured on Haarlemerweg. I have significant damage to my bike, but they won't cooperate with the insurance company. It's even captured on video surveillance footage. In fact, I was thrown out of the location when I came to ask for an explanation. It's really too bizarre for words how they're handling it. Take responsibility New York Pizza!

My favorite pizza in town. I love the fancy neapolitan ones around Amsterdam as much as the next guy but there is something about their cheesy and oily (in a good way) pizzas that just hits the spot.

It was my first pizza in Netherlands and this pizza was super good! Friendly crew helped me previous time i visited them with short consultations and today I finally had a super tasty pizza! Since I take away it was even cheaper than I expected! Thank you very much+ I'll definitely will come back for my favourite combo of Hawaii pizza with mushrooms!

Lured here by a promotional magazine in my mailbox, pizza promotion and free chocolate mousse. Once there, he said that I had to order it online: "you want free, then we want your email address". So, I place an online order in the store with my phone, but the website trips and I couldn't add that action to the pizza I picked out. "Then I can't help you," the man said stoically without looking at me, truly the worst service ever. At least the chip shop next door helped, and very friendly too!

I order pizza bi-weekly at this restaurant, every time the food is great! Comes in hot and tastes amazing. If we take today as an example, 30cm NY East side shoarma and Jalapeno garlic bread. Order was delivered in 15 minutes (during rush hours sometimes it is a bit delayed as you may expect). Was delivered a bit too hot still to eat, so very fresh.

Despite the negative reviews, my pizza was still warm and delivered on time!

You order a hot dog and 2 times the bratwurst there is barely any dough around it, it has been fried too long and you get the last dollop of sauce that you can't even eat half a bratwurst with. In addition, the wrong sauce: mustard instead of curry. No chance

Top service and the food was delicious. Especially those buffalo wings. Not at all modest with the sauces. Keep up gentlemen.

I ordered 3 pizzas at 8:00 PM and according to the website I had to wait more than an hour for them. But unfortunately still no pizzas at 9:30 PM. Being able to reach someone after waiting on hold for an eternity. It was stated here that it would take at least another half hour because it was very busy. I didn't need it anymore then. The pizzas were canceled and the money would be refunded within 5 working days. Now 2 weeks later still no money. Now I have to go after this again myself. Really disappointed with the bad service. I always really like the pizzas, but I won't be ordering anything from here again anytime soon.

Received pizza without cheese and without the extra ordered toppings. For €17 I had a pizza with tomato sauce and salami. When I called about this, I was spoken to by a frustrated, rude man. Instead of an apology or money back he blamed me and hung up. It's unbelievable that New York allows pizza customers to be served by these people, you'll do yourself more favors with a frozen pizza.

Speedy delivery. The dough was great and richly filled with toppings. But unfortunately there was an overkill of bbq sauce. The pizza was soggy and the toppings were swimming in sauce, it was literally drowning out all flavor. 😢

Een van de beste bezorg pizza’s die ik in jaren heb gegeten!! Pizza kwam heet en dampend binnen, deeg super luchtig en beetje crunchy en de hele pizza was goed belegd, ook de randen! Binnen 30 mins bezorgd door een nette jongen! Ik dacht gewoon een pizzaatje, maar het werd een super lekkere pizza!

Spice chicken pizza is ook echt lekker spicy 🌶 Snel en warm bezorgd!!

You should order at this new york pizza. They very intentionally - do not - skimp on ingredients here. (Also; always say you have student discount at nyp. They'll probably never check and worst case is they do and you lose nothing!)

Afgelopen woensdag 30 november ben ik langsgeweest bij deze vestiging. Daar heb ik een erg prettig en warm gesprek gehad met de franchise ondernemer. We hadden het over negatieve reviews on andere, dat weinig ondernemers de kans krijgen om een foutje op te lossen. Ik had een heerlijke Salami Pizza besteld, maar de bakker had per ongeluk Pepperoni gebruikt. Dus ik kreeg de keuze om de duurdere Pepperoni te krijgen, of een nieuwe juiste salami pizza. Zie de foto's, die spreken voor zich. Als het druk is of iets misgaat, geef eerst de ondernemer de kans om het op te lossen mensen.😉 Ga zo door mannen! 👌🏾

Super snel bezorgd! 20.03 besteld, het is nu 20.24 en heb al twee slices op! Ik woon op 10 minuten fietsen. Was gewend geraakt aan uber eats en deliveroo blijkbaar... Update: twee weken later weer besteld en wederom verrast door de snelheid! Ook de bezorger zeer vriendelijk. Happy customer here.

I went here to buy a pepperoni pizza and found out it was on sale for €3.99. Well, that was a bargain! The pizza was fresh as I ate it right out of the oven. The taste was great as was the service. I recommend this place if you want to eat a delicious pizza.
