Ordered 2 pizzas at 8 PM. Waited 2 hours for my order. Impossible to reach, so I just went there myself. Turned out the entire branch was simply closed! Ridiculous that I was still able to order... unbelievable.

Delivery of the order took over 2 hours. The first time, the wrong pizza was delivered; after that, I had to wait over another hour until the correct one was delivered. With a subsequent order, there was an INSECT in the lava cake. Filed a complaint; it is now 12 days later, and still no response. DISGUSTING And terrible customer service. The message posted below is nonsense. I contacted Shenelfa on 19/8. Still no response from New York Pizza.

Placed an order via Thuisbezorgd and the delivery driver was already on their way after 10 minutes. They were still on their way after 70 minutes (I live 8 minutes away). Called the pizzeria twice but no one answered. When I started filing a complaint via Thuisbezorgd after 90 minutes, the order was suddenly cancelled. Why didn't they do that right away so I could arrange something else? Luckily there are 100 other pizzerias because I am never ordering from here again!

Waited 2.5 hours for our pizza, never received anything (but the status did change to delivered). No answer on the phone either.

Don't order here! The pizza was never delivered. I had to wait almost 2 hours for my order. In the meantime, I called New York Pizza 4 times to ask for an update, but got no answer. Then the status of my order changed to ‘delivered’, even though nothing was delivered. I drove to the branch: lights off, door locked. Truly scandalous.

Pizza not delivered last Friday. The shop was not open yesterday at 4 PM and was also unreachable by phone. I really want my hero back.

I ordered via Uber Eats, I tried to call multiple times for 2 hours and they never picked up the phone, I asked so many times for update via Uber Eats and never got anything, but once I tried to contact Uber Eats my order got cancelled 😡

Not even worth 1 star. We ordered 2 hours ago. After 1.5 hours, I finally tried calling to ask where it was, but got no answer. By the way, they are never reachable. Eventually, my boyfriend drove there, only to find the restaurant closed. What terrible service. With previous orders, a product was missing every single time. Downright bad. We will not be ordering from here again.

My pizza only has 2 of the 6 ingredients it is supposed to have. And for 16 euro, quite a small pizza, it's a horrible choice, will not come back here ever!

Friendly staff, food received quickly and genuinely enjoyed it. Communication could be a bit better, though, but that is most likely because it is a new employee.

Just ate 2 delicious pizzas. Very tasty; after I ordered, I started to wonder where I had ordered from. So I was curious what I would find, but both pizzas were truly delicious and nice and hot. Ordered 2 for 1 pizza offer on uber eats and they just cancelled the order after 10 minutes for no reason. After calling them, they said the offer is not valid anymore, then why the hell do you offer it on the app???

The shop is a total nuisance on Linnaeusstraat. They block the pavement with their bikes and their drivers ride dangerously. Then when walking past with my pregnant wife, one of the staff riding a hoverboard bumped into my 7 month pregnant wife. When I called him out about it, his colleague tried to act tough with me.

I normally don't post reviews, but please NEVER order from this place. The pizzas are sparsely topped and cold upon arrival; *when* the delivery guy finally arrives, he walks hand in hand with his boyfriend acting tough and shouting in your stairwell, has a big mouth, and then throws your pizzas on the floor right in front of you when you ask if they can be a bit quieter. I don't know if this is normal, but I don't get a response from the manager either. Hopeless place!

DO NOT ORDER HERE I ordered 10-2, and the order arrived two hours later, but it was incomplete. I called the location... they said they would bring the rest right away. After waiting 45 minutes, they hadn't called again, and then they did bring the rest. The second time I called, I was promised (as a token of appreciation) that the next pizza I order would be free. Well, I tried the code like a happy dog... it didn't work, so I called, only to be told that was incorrect and that they wouldn't do it. It's all very unusual. I will never order from here again and have filed a complaint. If I could give negative stars, I would. Addition 2-3-2026 I had to contact the head office. They also tried to contact the branch several times. The branch never contacted me. The head office was kind enough to offer me something.

The delivery driver himself was nice; it's not his fault, but the order was an hour late. They don't answer the phone, and the order is incomplete! But they don't answer, so I can't report it. I would still like to receive the ice cream I ordered and paid for. I also ordered a pizza with extra pineapple, and paid for that, but you can still count the pieces on one hand... Poor service! I find it antisocial to deliver an hour late, incomplete, and not even answer the phone... I would appreciate a response and a solution!

The pizza itself tasted great, but at first I didn't understand why there were so many bad reviews. Until the next day, I had a stomachache and nausea, and I think I got food poisoning. I think it would be wise to double-check the hygiene and food safety at the restaurant.

Horrible place. I should have read the reviews sooner. Unfortunately, we only found out after waiting for an hour. Finally, after two hours and three calls, we got something. The order was incomplete, the dough was tougher than a brick, and generally disgusting. We called again and were told we'd get credit for our next order. "Yes, just text this number and we'll add you to our system." Never got a response. Bunch of losers.

I ordered two pizzas via the Uber app. They were never delivered. When I called the restaurant, I was insulted and called a moron just because the app pinned the location at 2B instead of 10 (even though I specifically wrote 'Mercure Hotel reception' in the notes). If their pizzas are anything like the person on the phone... Run away.

Today's experience was very disappointing. I placed my order at 7:20 PM and was told it would arrive within 15 minutes, but it ended up being almost an hour late. I always ordered here and was satisfied. But with the buy-one-get-one-free offer, I had to earn back my money. So, only tomato sauce and a little chicken. One of them had sauce, but the mozzarella was too expensive. That was my last time here.

Ordered pizzas. They weren't 30cm, they were 26cm wide. The pizza dough was way too thin; it was more like a cracker than a pizza. It was barely 1mm wide, completely crispy, and hard to bite into. I called to say this was very strange, and was told that it wasn't possible, and if it was, it might be a bad batch. Could anything happen? No. Tough luck.

This particular branch does not serve slices, you have to buy the whole pie. I didn't eat here, so can't comment on the taste but wanted to share this important details without affecting the restaurant's average rating much.

The food was cold and hard. We had the Uber buy-one-get-one deal. The pizzas had very few toppings. They split the filling of one pizza into two. So buy-one-get-one is truly the biggest scam. Don't do it! Just buy a pizza from the supermarket; it's much tastier and cheaper!

My four pizzas were delivered 20 minutes ago. Simply put, terrible. I'm so sorry to have to leave a review like this. The pizzas felt like they were topped with their eyes closed and delivered without a second thought. I'm not used to this from them, but it just keeps getting worse. Not for me anymore. My advice is that the staff needs guidance and structure to improve quality.

Thuisbezorgd contacts New York pizza and refuses to give me my money back. Terrible service and not customer friendly. I will never order from here again.

Picked up food this evening at NewYorkPizza Linnaeusstraat. Pizzas tasted very good and were also well topped. The staff was very helpful when ordering, all questions we had about products were answered well. I find it difficult to judge the atmosphere, the staff is nice. But of course it is not a restaurant with a specific atmosphere. The store is neatly laid out and has the right atmosphere for a pizzeria. All in all a good experience and definitely recommended.

Pizzas took 2.5 hours for a distance of barely 1 km, they kept saying another fifteen minutes, another fifteen minutes and then finally a pizza was missing. Fortunately we were able to get Ben and Jerrys because of the wait, but the last pizza took another hour and the person on the phone didn't seem to believe us at first.

I am not sure if this delivery accident was from this store, but this store was the closest one that I had my accident. I was biking on the bike lane, suddenly a delivery woman crashed my bike from the back very hardly. I guess she wanted to bypass me from the left but miscalculated the distance. She didn’t even say sorry. Not only was it rude, but it was also absolutely dangerous. Please make sure all your employees have sufficient knowledge on road safety.

More than once I order on uber eats, order gets accepted then 20 minutes later, they cancel my order. Sometimes they even claim I called them to say I requested to cancel my order which leaves my payment hanging and I have to struggle to get it back, and sometimes they just never deliver and claim they never got my order. This is totally ridiculous on their side. Uber eats reviews sucks so I’m leaving it here, but this shop should be banned on all delivery platforms. Their pizza is ok for the taste, sometimes dry but their chicken shawarma one tastes really good. But that’s it for me, Im using another shop from now on.

Set your oven to preheat if you order a pizza from these people. It takes at least an hour and your order arrives cold and incomplete. Place it in your ear or leave it on hold for 40 minutes. Linnaeusstraat You are terrible

Although I am quite optimistic, I can hereby express my dissatisfaction with the New York pizza location on Linneausstraat. The pizzas had to be remade 3 times because mistakes were made 3 times with the topping. In my opinion, there are too many young people at work who do not take orders seriously. Nice atmosphere among them, but too many jokes are made among each other that can cause orders to go wrong. In terms of hygiene, I think it could be better. Finally, the fact that the website did not allow me to place an order.
