just received this uncooked pizza, this order just received this uncooked pizza, this order was placed in amsterdam oost, 2025-61787270 The employees were kids and obviously they wanted to close so they can go back home fast, my pizza looked like *, uncooked and therefore I'd like to get refunded for this horrible order. The case is still open since i made the complaint which was 3rd of may, and the franchise doesn't care obviously. I've sent them pictures but they don't care. I've been in contact after months with Jorn, Jaydee, and they didn't refund me as requested, i don't have to pay for something they didn't provide !!! They disappeared and stopped responding.

Literally the worst pizza I ever had. How they can sell this as food is beyond me. Cardboard crust and toppings not as advertised. Cheese is barely recognizable and a few pepperoni slices.

My four pizzas were delivered 20 minutes ago. Simply put, terrible. I'm so sorry to have to leave a review like this. The pizzas felt like they were topped with their eyes closed and delivered without a second thought. I'm not used to this from them, but it just keeps getting worse. Not for me anymore. My advice is that the staff needs guidance and structure to improve quality.

Dry pizzas, can't even track an order, NOT ONCE. Cinnemon bread is black sand without sauce.. people don't order anything here. Made by children or something

Thuisbezorgd contacts New York pizza and refuses to give me my money back. Terrible service and not customer friendly. I will never order from here again.

Picked up food this evening at NewYorkPizza Linnaeusstraat. Pizzas tasted very good and were also well topped. The staff was very helpful when ordering, all questions we had about products were answered well. I find it difficult to judge the atmosphere, the staff is nice. But of course it is not a restaurant with a specific atmosphere. The store is neatly laid out and has the right atmosphere for a pizzeria. All in all a good experience and definitely recommended.

Very mediocre service! Long waiting time. Pizza is left on the floor in front of the door without ringing the doorbell. Pizzas cold. Pizzas took 2.5 hours for a distance of barely 1 km, they kept saying another fifteen minutes, another fifteen minutes and then finally a pizza was missing. Fortunately we were able to get Ben and Jerrys because of the wait, but the last pizza took another hour and the person on the phone didn't seem to believe us at first.

There was a deal where you got a free garlic bread (that's what I went here for) and I didn't get the garlic bread and the pizza is sour

I am not sure if this delivery accident was from this store, but this store was the closest one that I had my accident. I was biking on the bike lane, suddenly a delivery woman crashed my bike from the back very hardly. I guess she wanted to bypass me from the left but miscalculated the distance. More than once I order on uber eats, order gets accepted then 20 minutes later, they cancel my order. Sometimes they even claim I called them to say I requested to cancel my order which leaves my payment hanging and I have to struggle to get it back, and sometimes they just never deliver and claim they never got my order. This is totally ridiculous on their side. Uber eats reviews sucks so I’m leaving it here, but this shop should be banned on all delivery platforms. Their pizza is ok for the taste, sometimes dry but their chicken shawarma one tastes really good. But that’s it for me, Im using another shop from now on.

Set your oven to preheat if you order a pizza from these people. It takes at least an hour and your order arrives cold and incomplete. Place it in your ear or leave it on hold for 40 minutes. Linnaeusstraat You are terrible

Although I am quite optimistic, I can hereby express my dissatisfaction with the New York pizza location on Linneausstraat. The pizzas had to be remade 3 times because mistakes were made 3 times with the topping. In my opinion, there are too many young people at work who do not take orders seriously. Nice atmosphere among them, but too many jokes are made among each other that can cause orders to go wrong. In terms of hygiene, I think it could be better. Finally, the fact that the website did not allow me to place an order.

Bezorgen ze de verkeerde pizza. “Zou u wel de oude pizza mee willen geven voor trainingsdoeleinden?” Zodat ze ‘m met z’n allen na sluitingstijd op kunnen peuzelen bedoelen ze waarschijnlijk. En dan heb ik het nog niet eens over de k*tjochies die hier werken en op de grond staan te rochelen als je het maar in je hoofd haalt om hier je fiets neer te willen zetten.

Today was our first day in the Netherlands from the US. To have such great pizza and such a kind person delivering was the cherry on top of this wonderful, rainy day. The crust was crisp and warm. Toppings were fresh and delicious. The young man who delivered it to us greeted us with a warm smile. Thank you for helping us round off a perfect day. Proost! <3

Después de una hora recibí una llamada del repartidor que estaba en el lugar equivocado. Le expliqué a dónde ir, pero aparentemente no me entendió. Llamé a la pizzería, el chico del teléfono no estaba muy interesado (prepagué el pedido). Después de tres llamadas más al lugar, acordó enviar una pizza nueva y enviar a un repartidor que pudiera entender los mapas de Google. Tiempo total de espera 2 horas, distancia a recorrer 900 metros. Decepcionado.

Voor mij geen andere bestelpizzaria dan NY. Vind deze pizza's heerlijk en jongen wat hebben ze veel keus. Handigheidje je kunt je eigen pizza samenstellen. Als visite niet zo'n trek heeft in pizza zijn er genoeg alternatieven pasta burgers wings en lekker brood. Zeer regelmatig zijn er aanbiedingen die de moeite waard zijn. Alle beleefde bezorgers hebben er geen moeite mee 3 trappen op te lopen omdat ik oud ben laat ik regelmatig van alles bezorgen dit zijn vriendelijke jongens. Wachttijden zij prima en de manager laat duidelijk en snel weten of er vertraging is en waarom. Eet nog wel eens een pizza in een restaurant maar NY heeft zich een special plaatsje in mijn hart veroverd.
