Update: After seeing your influencer trip, I am so disgusted that I will definitely never order again. Pizzas have become way too expensive in relation to the quality. There is also no consistency when it comes to how the pizza is baked. The quantity of ingredients per pizza varies enormously as well. I have been ordering here for a long time, but I am going to look for another pizzeria.

New York Pizza is impressively consistent: forgetting the sauce works almost every time. After nearly 20 orders, you’d think someone would understand that fries and sauce are supposed to arrive together, but apparently, that’s too complicated. If you wait for the sauce to be delivered later, your food gets cold. If you start eating already, the sauce arrives later. It’s almost impressive how a simple order turns into a frustrating experience time and time again. By now, this no longer seems like a mistake, but simply a habit.

Today I ordered 2 pizzas and a cannelloni. All the food was cold and I couldn't find the pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. So this was the first and last time I ordered anything here.

Today, May 22, 2026, we wanted to order a pizza at the branch in Lelystad. The website did not state that they were closed. Ordering online was not possible; it was only when we arrived at the checkout to pay for the order that the branch appeared closed. It was around 8:35 PM, so still early (normally they are open until later). My husband therefore called to ask if ordering was still possible. The employee who answered was unfortunately very unfriendly. She simply stated curtly that they were closed. When my husband asked what the opening hours normally are, she replied irritably that they are usually open until 11:00 PM but were closing earlier today due to a company drinks party. My husband responded politely with: “Okay, understood, then I wish you a good time.” There was no response to that; they hung up immediately. I fully understand that a business might close early once in a while, but customer friendliness costs nothing. We found this manner of communicating very unprofessional and rude. This is already the second time this lady has been so rude on the phone. Perhaps this lady can take a customer service course through New York Pizza.

I ordered a pizza online; it was 2 for 1. I only received one pizza. I asked if the other one could be added. They said that wasn't possible and I had to order another one. The people there have no idea about customer service.

Just ordered a four-cheese pizza... so disappointing that I had to call about it. The lady didn't argue and claimed it did indeed have gorgonzola... well, a Philadelphia pizza sooner. When cutting the pizza myself, the cheese is nowhere to be found, and the pizza is inedible. Such a shame and especially disappointing!!! Last time we'll order from them, and that was for €55.

Ordered pizzas for pickup. They were already neatly prepared upon pickup. However, upon opening the box, the pizzas were dripping with grease, soggy, and unappetizing. I had to throw at least half of them away.

I recently picked up a pizza. I didn't even get any help. Then I ordered it after asking three times if someone could help me. A colleague walked in with his family, and they made the pizzas for him first. I ended up waiting there for 35 minutes. Finally, I got a pizza. So I thought, I'll order today through the website. I'd filled in that I wanted the pizza around 6 o'clock. They arrived at 5:30. Then I opened the pizza. One was nicely topped and perfectly round. The other was literally rectangular and half-topped. This is really the last time I'll order from this location. Really terrible service.

I ordered while I was already on my way to the store, and the pizzas were ready within 10 minutes. Fast and delicious.

Yesterday I got a surprise package from Good 2 Go, which was quite disappointing, considering the experiences of other Good 2 Go providers. The pizza tasted great, and the cookies were also delicious. The package cost us €5.99.

Just ordered a pizza, the crust is soggy, it looks like a dishcloth. Everything falls off the pizza. Ridiculous.

Great pizzas. They sometimes have special offers on their website, so a pizza night never has to be too expensive.

Pizza really doesn't look like the pizza in the picture... taste is good but the topping is really embarrassingly little. Very bad compared to the same hot honey pizza at another location.

Ordering 3 pizzas was a 3rd pizza free promotion, but I think the toppings were divided from 2 pizzas over 3 pizzas. Don't order boring pizzas anymore.

By chance, I had pizza from this company twice this week. Both cold and the pizzas had little taste. They could also have been in the oven longer, very soft. Nasty grease too. Not to mention the price...

Ordered pizzas twice last night from Domino Pizza, it was particularly bad, wet, sticky pizzas, never eaten such terrible pizzas and yet charging a lot of money for substandard pizzas is a shame.

Personnel looks very angry and says what do you want in a cheeky voice, but the cookies are delicious, highly recommended

Once I got yesterday's pizza and twice I waited for over an hour and they brought me a pizza that was not cold but also not too warm, generally tasty, but something was wrong with the logistics, I think it was Lelystad 😆

They are still open for another half hour but I can't order anymore because the "checkout is already closed" the lady clearly didn't feel like ordering anymore

When I enter I am always approached by friendly staff, the food is delicious and you don't have to wait very long for your food.

Complained for the first time (after many pizzas) about bad pizzas at the Lelystad branch. Then I was treated rudely and (the manager??) simply hung up. €28 for substandard pizzas and no customer service at all. So last time.

raw nuggets.after filing a complaint they wanted to give a new one. When I didn't want a new order the employee said I was wasting his time and hung up .

Ordered pizza with delivery time: 5:30 PM - 5:45 PM. Delivery person was already there at 5:15 PM. We were still in the car on our way home and would be home 10 minutes later. Hence this delivery time. 20 minutes later the delivery person showed up on the sidewalk, with the same pizzas as at 5:15 PM. So these were cold. After calling the branch about this, they were told: we can't do anything, we can give a 25% discount on a new order, or we will make a new order, and we will deliver it in an hour. BUT! you are not allowed to eat your current pizzas in the meantime. Because then you won't get the new pizzas. You're laughed at on the phone. Everywhere: bad service!

Wat een teleurstelling. Zo weinig vulling, bijna geen groenten. Het is helemaal niet als op foto’s staan, dat moet je van te voren weten. Deeg is wel goed en bezorgservice is top. Maar pizza zelf…

Extra shoarma erop, maar je zag het amper, bedenk mij nog wel eens als ik hier een pizza bestel

Wij vinden de pizza’s helemaal prima, over het algemeen goed op tijd klaar/ voor de afgesproken tijd klaar. Bediening in de shop is wat chaotisch, ze rijden zelf als extreme aso’s door de stad, zeker in de woonwijk. Maar de producten zelf zijn prima.

De pizza's zijn heerlijk!! Wij hebben altijd de grootste maat en hebben er met z'n tweeën genoeg aan!! Geweldig!

Betalen via website lukte niet dus maar betaald in de winkel. Ik was er op de afgesproken tijd maar moest 5 minuten wachten tot ik geholpen werd. Terwijl mijn pizza's al klaar lagen. Er waren geen andere klanten in de zaak. De meatlovers pizza was niet echt warm meer en het vlees leek te veel gebakken. De andere met shoarma was goed.

After gettin a pizza with too much cheese (I really didn't like) this New York Pizza store gave me a different way better pizza with a cookie to go along. Best service I had in a long time ❤️

Pizza lauw, tzaziki niet geleverd. Bel na, komt een bezorger 30 min later aanleveren. Commentaar geven dat ik hem helemaal laat fietsen voor een bakje saus. Misschien moet je dan niet werken als bezorger snotjong? Bijna elke keer gaat er wel iets fout, dit was de laatste keer dat we bestellen.

Niet doen. Slechte dure pizza's. Hete kip is niet heet. 5kazen waren niet te vinden enz

Absolut in Ordnung. Ich war zufrieden, das Personal sehr nett und freundlich, Kartenzahlung geht auch.

Naast een heerlijke pizza op een zaterdagavond werd ik ook uitstekend geholpen door de medewerkers die volwaardig excentriek, vriendelijk en uiterst attend waren. Ik raad dit filiaal boven anderen

Pizza deeg is best wel lekker luchtig maar doordrenkt van het vet als of het uit de frituur komt

1 uur moeten wachten op m'n pizza tot ze er achter kwamen dat ik er al een half uur zat en ze mijn bestelling ( volgens hun ) niet doorgekomen was in het systeem. Dit is overigens niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurde ook al enkele maanden geleden meegemaakt. Die keer kregen we overigens 1 blikje cola als vergoeding ( terwijl we met z'n 2e waren ) Daarbij was de jonge dame achter de kassa ook nog eens kauwgum kauwen en zeer onbeschoft. De pizza's zijn lekker maar helaas is de service vooral na de meerdere missers het probleem waardoor ik hier niet meer terug kom.

Goed kwaliteit alleen wat prijzig.

Perfecte pizza heerlijk was die dit was echt de eerste keer in tijden dat ik zo een lekker pizza heb gekregen.!!! bezorging was ook super snel!!!!
