Delivery took an hour from thuisbezorgd. Pizza quality is not Ok

Since we live across the street, we ordered the pizza to go. It was ready in 15 minutes. The crust was crispy and fluffy, the base nice and thin. And super delicious 😋 👍👌

On May 6th, I tried again anyway; nothing was done about my comment from April 20th. Received no compensation and no apology either. After trying to pay with a debit card three times at a rickety machine, I just gave up. Apparently, I am not supposed to go there; from now on, I am going somewhere else. What a dump. Yesterday, April 20th, I tried again; these days you have to order everything in English, Dutch is no longer an option. That isn't the worst thing in the world, but if I order a cheesy bread, I don't want a carlic bread, which wasn't cooked through either. This is already the second time I've had a bad experience, so I won't be going there anymore! Very sparingly topped! The price-quality ratio is disproportionate.

The pizzas; a familiar recipe, delicious! The owner, Virun, is hospitable, I believe, and the kitchen and shop are so clean and tidy that Rob Geus will be happy about them. Delivery took half an hour longer than expected, deliverer was really friendly. I ordered a pasta that was really good and a lot but the chicken was really disappointing, they were soggy and not crispy at all

I don't like going there. Last time, a special offer wasn't applied, but because the amount wasn't mentioned, I'd already withdrawn too much before I knew it. And then there was nothing more that could be done, according to the woman behind the counter, who pretended she didn't understand anything. But my wife wanted to give them another chance, so yesterday, under pressure from my wife, I went back. This time, I carefully checked the amount before withdrawing money. The amount was correct. It was a lot for a pizza, but it was correct. While I was waiting, my neighbor came in. She had ordered a special offer: second one for half price. The discount wasn't applied, and then there was nothing more that could be done. Well, I knew that trick. They do it all the time, and to everyone.

Slow delivery, food arrives lukewarm to cold, and on the phone, they always say, "It's on its way." Wait an hour and a half for a lukewarm pizza. Then, another insanely long wait for another pizza. Disgraceful.

Possibly the best New York pizza

Ordered via the website, after we called to ask where our order was, they could only deliver an hour after the maximum indicated delivery time. Yes, it must be extremely busy today, but adjust the live info about your delivery time, then we could have simply decided not to order! I don't blame you for being so busy, but I do blame you for not communicating it well. Evening ruined, order cancelled.

The slowest New York Pizza in the Netherlands. I had to wait almost an hour for my takeaway pizza after paying! What a mess. Friendly staff, but all around 14. They don't give a damn that the entire oven is backed up and that they either burn pizzas or have to redo them. Don't go there!

Two generously topped pizzas. The nuggets were a bit soggy instead of crispy. Despite the bad weather, the delivery driver was still on time!

What scammers... I call that I want the second pizza for €2 as the promotion indicates on the internet. The pizzas together were €23.50 when I picked them up. When I said it was wrong, I didn't get a normal or correct answer. The pizzas were also ridiculously greasy and it also gave me stomach problems. What a shitty thing, never before.

Ordered a pizza, paid over €60 for an hour and 15 minutes of waiting and received four lukewarm, chewy pizzas. They called and told them they couldn't deliver the pizza; otherwise, I would have called someone else.

Pizza arrived with 1l of tomato sauce and too little cheese. Too bad because due to a malfunction I had to wait 1:30 hours. Waiting time wasn't the problem, but the pizza was. So please use this as a tip to make your pizzas tastier. Your service is good.

Many offers, none of which apply, there is no advantage to picking it up yourself. Pizza was sparsely topped, of the 25cm diameter, about 10cm in diameter was topped, 20 euros too much spent! Shame.

I have never had so much oregano in my life as I do now. There was almost a kilo in it! Probably thrown on it by a 14 year old child!

Waited 45 minutes…. Cold pizzas

Top location. Forgot my wallet. She called politely. But by then I was already 200 km further ahead. They neatly sent the wallet home by post. Nice employees and good service.

I ordered a pizza online and saw that the food was ready for delivery after half an hour. But in the end it took a full 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive. That was longer than I expected. The food itself was fine, but the delivery could definitely be better. Last time it also took a very long time.

Bardzo dobra pizza, fantastyczna i szybka obsługa. Bardzo polecam.

Nog nooit zulke goede pizza gegeten bij een NYP, Super knappe en leuke lange blonde jongen die de pizza's maakte. Als ik meer sterren kon geven had ik het gedaan.

Goede pizza's met de kenmerkende dikke bodem! Alleen na nieuw management moet ik zeggen dat de kwaliteit van de bereiding toch iets is gedaald.

Pizza goed, bestelling alleen niet compleet. Maar dit is echter snel en zeer goed opgelost. Zeer tevreden over het personeel en hoe zij hiermee zijn omgegaan.

Heerlijk pizza veel beter dan dominos

Super lekkere pizza's. Jammer dat de pizza's Chicken Florentine, en Ham en Mushroom van de lijst zijn geschrapt. Edit: dat klopt. Hier ben ik me ook van bewust. Dit kost echter wel meer geld dan een normale pizza.

Mooi uitziende en goedkope pizza. Vind alleen dat er te veel tomaat en te weinig kaas op zit. Maar dat is mijn smaak.

Prima smaak en vlotte bediening!

Goeie zaak hoor, een van de snelste bezorgers van t Noorden. Vooral die ene scooter bezorger op 19Z of 90N tering hey. Mooie schone zaak en niet zo dicht op elkaar als in Heiloo waar 8 man op 1 vierkante meter staat. :)

Makkelijk bereikbaar voldoende parkeerplek komen ook thuisbezorgen, lekkere pizza's goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding

Wat een ballentent. Onaardige service, claustrofobisch, warm, koude pizza en niet voorgesneden. Als je ook maar een klein beetje om een goede ervaring geeft rij je 3km door naar de ny pizza van Heiloo.

Top, onderweg bestellen met je telefoon en meteen ophalen.

Snelle bezorging en vaak tot laat open. Als je langer klant bent levert dit vaak meer voordeel op. Centraal gelegen tussen Limmen, Uitgeest en Castricum in waardoor vanuit al snel bij de New York pizza gekomen kan worden. Gevestigd in het bijgebouw van het firezone tankstation.

Je kan hier blijkbaar pizza bestellen

Het vlees op de pepperoni/salami pizza is halal, daar kwam ik bij toeval achter. Want staat nergens vermeld in de folder of bestellijst bij het filiaal, alleen in hele kleine lettertjes online. Ik vind dat NYP dat moet melden, zodat mensen de keus hebben om dit op halal wijze (onverdoofd) geslacht vlees te willen eten. Er wordt toch ook altijd vermeld als ergens varkensvlees in zit? Verder zijn de margarita's lekker.

Keuze uit veel soorten pizza's, zowel kleinere als wat groter formaat. Ook de keus uit dikkere of dunnere bodem. Voor elk wat wils.
