What a terrible place this is! They deliver cold pizza after an hour and a half and don't even want to speak to your customers properly. Ordering from Domino's is great! 👍👍

Why are cars constantly parked in front of a very busy intersection where many children also cycle? This creates dangerous situations. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street for delivery drivers! And yes, that takes more time. The municipality of Heemstede needs to do something about double parking!

I've been waiting for 2 hours now for 2 pizzas, what a bunch of amateurs here, how do you manage to ruin a company like this? A bunch of amateurs and my money is gone.

Late delivery, tasteless pizza. For around 20 euros, you should expect quality, so I filed a complaint via the website. The Heemstede branch was informed via HQ. The whole ordeal dragged on for over a month. Conclusion: the Heemstede branch didn't bother to contact me. Because Heemstede treats customers so disrespectfully, I hereby promise never to order from New York Pizza again!

After waiting over an hour and a half for food, still nothing. I couldn't reach them by phone either. Worthless place.

I don’t usually go out of my way to give bad reviews but wow this was bad. The “soy and garlic” chicken bites had zero sauce and tasted like fish??? The potato wedges were cold, chewy and bland enough that for a second I thought I was munching on the pizza box. They also forgot the garlic sauce. Never again.

The pizzas here are always delicious, and they often have good deals. The lava cake is highly recommended, and I got a free cookie today, which was also delicious! Highly recommended :)

I loved the delicious pizzas and the service from the staff was fantastic. I was greeted very friendly when I arrived and helped almost immediately. They were working hard to prepare my food.

Just ordered a pizza with hot honey for the third time — and again it arrives without hot honey. I then call politely to report this, and to my surprise I am cursed at by the person who made the pizza. If I could give -5 stars, I would have done so immediately. Not only do they not make what you order, they also do not think in solutions at all. The respect and service are completely lacking. The young man who worked as a pizza baker and receptionist on 18/06/2025 absolutely does not deserve a place in a customer-oriented business.

I ordered via Thuisbezorgd and it said delivery would take between 25-40 minutes, but in the end it took more than an hour and a half when the pizzas arrived. They were lukewarm and the chicken parmesan pizza was missing the chicken.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a margherita and it never arrived! It's my birthday. I'm angry. I'm never, ever coming back here.

Delicious pizzas and good delivery staff

Pizza here is always pretty good, but since a year ago you have been dumping an overkill amount of tomato sauce on the pizzas. Now every time there is so much sauce on it, you don't notice the cheese. I then asked for extra cheese to compensate for that, and got even more sauce, so it didn't really matter. The people who work here are great, and everyone is always friendly. But please, use less tomato sauce so there is something else to taste

My introduction to this branch on May 24, 2024 was fortunate for once! Ordering and paying for 2 pizzas digitally was still possible, but adding the free garlic bread announced on the website was not possible. Home delivery also turned out not to be possible due to... 'the big crowds'. Pick it up yourself because it's not too far away. When I arrived I found a kind of rogue gang. In the meantime, the two young ladies who were making the dough balls into pizzas stood with their fingers covered in black latex gloves and holding some kind of chicken nuggets or something similar with those same fingers. dip it in a sauce and stuff it into their mouths. This while a male colleague with two pizza deliverers dressed in yellow were shouting loudly near the oven. Busy ringing telephones were occasionally answered with the message that ordering due to... the crowds were not possible. Customers walking in were offered the same message or the choice of a long wait time. In the meantime, frustrations about a production backlog and a colleague (and apparently manager?) not returning calls flew around and a rude sort of strike was suggested while I and two other people waiting in line watched this whole circus. I also had a discussion about whether or not the garlic bread was free. Finally, after twenty minutes I left this obstinate witch's cauldron without any guidance with my complete order. For the same money, next time we will go to our more traditional pizza baker when he returns from his holiday...

What a crappy mess. I made a mistake in the order so I called right away. She couldn't find my order at first... so I told her what it should be, yes, ma'am, it will be fine. And you will receive a voucher for overpaying. It's going to be fine ma'am. The delivery person then arrives an hour later with the order. Including the wrong order, 10 Buffalo wings instead of 12. The large cookie that was missing from my sweet package. I called 3 times and all 3 times the phone was thrown at me. It's fine that you're busy, but treat your customers a little better!!!!!!!

Picked up pizza. The sidewalk and front door were completely barricaded by a large group of screaming boys with crackling mopeds and they were also inside. This seemed quite intimidating. All friends of the staff. The pizza was a dry and salty slab of dough. Really dirty and not worth the money.

FOOD POISONING!!! Suffered severe food poisoning from the pizza from this place. I tried several times over a two-week period to contact customer service and the manager and get a decent response and solution, but to no avail. Update: service added with an asterisk, because after emailing several times and this review, I finally received a response and in any case a refund of the purchase price of the pizzas.

Pizza kwam zeer snel (had m pas met 25 min verwacht!) Ivm slapend kind gevraagd of ze konden appen / kloppen op raam en dit deed de bezorger keurig! Pizza was heet en erg smaakvol! Top 😊 Ps kind slaapt nog 🤣

Slechte service, extreem lang wachten. Fouten in de bestelling. Dan krijg je een sorrie pizza code voor de fout van vorige keer. Bestel je die en vul de code online in. Komen ze na bijna 2 uur bezorgen, ja u moet nog betalen! Uhhh en die code dan? Vervolgens erg onbeschofte gast aan de telefoon en een half uur bij de deur gestaan omdat hij niet kan lezen. Nooit meer daar bestellen.

Meestal goed, maar afgelopen week pizza niet gekregen en nu na 2 e-mails geen reactie wanneer ik mijn geld terug krijg. Ik ga in ieder geval nooit meer vooraf betalen

I've tried both new york and domino's in the erea and this is by far the best new Yorker in the region. always a good service the pizza's are crispy but not dry. the toppings here are pretty good as well never overdoing it nor putting way to less on the pizza's.

Chicken wings en pizza meat lovers....van de 6 wings waren er twee verbrand en de pizza was de topping geheel verbrand....bijzonder slecht.

Sehr leckere Pizzen die auch nach Wunsch belegt werden können. Das Personal ist jugendlich freundlich und manchmal etwas chaotisch. Bestellt werden kann auch vor Ort. Leider gibt es keine Lizenz zum Verzehr vor Ort. So kann die Ware nur geliefert oder abgeholt werden. Cash und Pinnen möglich.
