I ordered pizzas for my kids so badly. Three hours later, still no pizza. I called twice, and they said, "Yes, 15 minutes." I feel like I've been ripped off.

The pizzas arrived more than 2.5 hours after ordering. Lukewarm and inedible. Dreadful place.

Takes too long and pizza is cold.

Over an hour late, the order had already been waiting for over half an hour. We then called to ask if our pizzas would arrive hot, and they promised they would. Well, we received cold, dried-out pizzas. The service is absolutely terrible!!!!

You get a text message because they were late last time, with an apology and a discount coupon. Then they're over 45 minutes late, and the pizza has been ready for delivery for half an hour... and you don't get any helpful response on the phone at all.

Never order from here again, it took 2 and a half hours before we got the pizza. The pizza was cold, the ham was burnt and I got a gluten-free pizza crust that was very hard and cut off. Never again, very bad, they just said we were busy.

On October 25th at 7:19 PM, we placed an order for "as soon as possible." The app's "expectation" jumped more than two hours after placing the order. We thought it was unusual for that time, but okay. After more than an hour, the app still hadn't moved. We tried placing another order, and the option was offered for an earlier delivery time than we would receive, even though we had ordered over an hour earlier with the "as soon as possible" option. We then decided to contact them. The employee said it could definitely take a while because they hadn't started processing it yet. He suggested canceling the order and we would receive a refund after five business days. After five business days, I hadn't heard anything and emailed them; they said they would forward it to the franchisee. After that, I didn't hear anything again, so I emailed again. Finally, I received a response from the franchisee, stating that I had to submit my information again (I had already done so), and that we would receive the refund within five business days of receiving it. After more than five business days, I emailed again, but received no response. We emailed again a few days later, but no response, and now we've emailed again today. Disappointing, and the complaints aren't being taken seriously. It's now November 19th, and we still haven't been able to get a refund, even though the employee himself suggested canceling the order.

Very bad service!!! First, it takes half an hour longer than stated. So, 1.5 hours. Then you discover your order isn't complete. So you call. After being on hold for 10 minutes, the call is disconnected, and you can't call back. I've never experienced such a bad experience. I hope something is done about this.

I ordered one pizza, it arrived an hour late, and it was still cold. I also noticed the dough was old. And this isn't the first time. This is the third time I've had exactly the same experience.

I ordered chicken nachos. The food arrived cold after two hours. Only a few chips with ketchup. I didn't get any chicken or cheese, so what did I pay for! But this is the second time, so I don't recommend ordering it.

You order a pizza and have it delivered at 7:30 and at 8 o'clock I haven't heard anything and then you call them and I'm told yes you're not the only one and it's ready to be delivered

This place is a joke! Incredibly late delivery

The pizzas are inedible, hygiene is a non-issue, and staff are insecure because the company's policy is: money over experience or quality, hence the poor quality pizzas. A place you wouldn't want to work for because they'll effortlessly replace you with someone earning €0.10 less.

Not good. The pizza was dry and very sparsely topped, but certainly not cheap. The 4-cheese pizza tasted more like a margarita. I ordered extra ham, but it tasted and smelled so bad that I had to remove it. It was made with cheap ground meat instead of real ham. I've noticed they skimped on ingredients. I'll never eat it again. Fast delivery, though.

Ordered pizza well before closing time. Paid for the order, then canceled after 15 minutes without a call or explanation. It's quite unusual. Actually, it's antisocial!

I ordered three pizzas, two of which arrived after an hour and fifteen minutes. The third still needed to be baked when the delivery driver came to tell me. I called, as if it was perfectly normal... and as an apology, I was given a mini tub of ice cream. The pizzas weren't generously topped; there was no difference between the Italian and New York bases; they were lukewarm. I had a tastier pizza from the Oetker frozen pizza, which cost €5 instead of €15.

Ordered 5 pizzas today. The delivery driver arrived with 4 pizzas and without all the sauces we ordered. He said he would be back as soon as possible with the forgotten pizza and sauces. In the end, we waited 45 minutes for the pizza they forgot. The other 4, of course, were cold and had no sauces. Justin, who I spoke to on the phone, was not customer-friendly and not at all sympathetic. They don't care that you paid €85 for 5 pizzas and that we waited so long because it was their fault the order was wrong. The pizzas were all bland, overbaked, and inedible. A terrible place; I'd better go to Domino's or another place that is customer-friendly and has better pizzas.

On the webpage of their own site and at thuisbezorgd there are products that are (for a long time) no longer available, but you can order and pay for them. Then you are called that they cannot deliver. I wanted my money back and that would happen within 5 working days. That does not happen, of course I called about this, but the manager can do nothing he says. It is just deliberate deception and their business model!! Do not buy anything here, you have been warned!!

The pizzas can be really good, but as soon as they have too few staff, you immediately notice this in the service, delivery time and quality. Our last order was disappointing: the pizza was hard, partly burnt and again the pesto swirl was forgotten – now the third time. The delivery was half an hour late again. Telephone contact with the branch was also bad: not very helpful and completely uninterested. The customer service from the head office was friendly and indicated that the franchisee would contact us. In the end, we received the same standard text message as before, with apologies and a free second pizza. It feels like we are not being taken seriously. We still use the free pizza – because hey, pizza – but from now on we will no longer order from the branch in Heerhugowaard.

Not only was it a wait of over an hour and a half (over an hour according to their own app), but the pizzas were also cold. I called because the pizzas had been on 'ready for dispatch' for a while, but I was assured that they would be warm. We are done with it.

Waiting 2 hours for 2 pizzas on Saturday evening (ordered 9:06 PM) is really crazy. The Thuisbezorgd app indicates delivered at 9:36 PM, so you can score a good arrival time. Quality very meh, delivery poor. Everything is better than this store. Better not eat than spend your hard earned money on these liars.

My experience with this business was very disappointing. They did not pay enough attention to the processing of my order, which resulted in an incomplete and incorrect delivery. As a customer you expect a correct and complete order, and unfortunately that was not the case here. Next time I will choose Domino's again. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this business.

Ordered 12 x Crispy Chicken Wings and a Chocolate Lava Cake at 6:07 PM, called at 7:25 PM, the employee said it was on its way. At 7:49 pm the food finally arrived, the distance from the branch to our house is 3.1 km (5 minutes by car, 9 minutes by bike). Waited 102 minutes for food, I don't know if we will order there again.

Tragedy... 2 hours of waiting for two pizzas... Dough = rubber with flour... Chicken? It wasn't next to the chicken, it was the cheapest luncheon meat. Everything is bland, dry and disgusting. I don't recommend it.

It's nice that there are gluten-free pizzas. First order came quickly but did not go completely well. Called and immediately received a new pizza that was absolutely perfect along with an extra cookie. Well resolved and delicious!

Pizzas were way too greasy and garlic bread was not quite baked properly on the inside. Not worth repeating.

Im honestly wondering how this place has 2 stars, should have been not more then 1 and its only because its not physically possible to rate it lower. I ordered pizza twice from this place and first time food came in 2.5 hours, was cold and disgusting, and today they didn’t deliver it at all. I really hope they gon shut down soon. If you are willing to have the worst gastronomic experience in your life it’s probably the best place you can find.

Ordered 3 pizzas on a Monday. After an hour we called to check the status of the order, to which the answer was that they were very busy, had not yet started and that it could take a while. After which I indicated that that was a problem, because there were small children who just had to go to bed. The employee's solution was that she could simply cancel the order and I could get my money back. Used this solution. But unfortunately, after many contact attempts, I never heard or saw anything again. It continues to say that the branch will contact you and refund the money. Haven't heard anything to date.

In an earlier case we were called liars, but now it turns out that they lie flat out themselves! Last time the pizza was late, so now I received a coupon code for a discount. Made another attempt: order already placed at 4:50 PM with desired delivery at 5:45 PM. Called at 6:30 PM, he had been on his way since 6:00 PM. “It was busy.” Contact again at 6:45 PM due to lack of delivery. What turned out? They had lied! Came for a deal that was indicated on a New York pizza advertising sheet, then MVR did not want to give a discount as it had to be "announced earlier". Service bad, pizza mediocre and price too expensive. 30 euros for 2 small pizzas.

Very bad service. Orders are constantly wrong and the waiting time quickly approaches 2 hours. Now ordered pizza again, none of which were correct, sent it back and had it remade and after waiting 1.5 hours we called to see if we would still receive it. As a compensation I received a bowl of ice cream and again the order was not correct after the 2nd time and there were several black hairs in the pizza. Called to get a refund and to be able to throw away pizzas so I could still get food somewhere else at half past seven in the evening. We had already placed the first order at half past four.

Few orders that really go well. Every time I order my pizza arrives lukewarm and dry. The one thing I always really like is the chicken. I did receive extra food after I complained, but that is not always nice.

Whore child manager, delivers pizza with only tomato sauce, the guy says that's how we deliver them all. Funny this. It's better to eat at a Turkish restaurant or at least you get value for your money instead of at some junkie who extorts money.

Staff is antisocial, order is never delivered on time. They often forget ingredients, dietary requirements and side dishes.

Ordered at 4:30 PM for delivery 5:45 PM - 6:00 PM. Then we didn't get the pizza until 6:25 PM. Both pizzas are cold and one of the pizzas is almost swimming because of the garlic oil.

Delivery was good, it arrived exactly on time as we ordered. Food was very tasty and arrived hot!

New York Pizza Heerhugowaard, what a drama! Every time I order, something happens...or pizza is cold, or I have to wait for hours, or it's overcooked, etc... A week ago I ordered two pizzas again, after waiting one hour I called the branch and I heard that they were very busy and I can come pick them up and then I will get another one as compensation. I thought fine. I went to pick that one up, but of course guys were having trouble with the third one. Finally they made it, but instead of three cheeses, there was one cheese🙈 the other two were already cold....but also very dirty. I don't know folks what is happening with the establishment, because every year it gets worse there. Never order again. Waste of my money

Telkens veel later bezorgd dan gevraagd. 18:00uur besteld, eerste bezorgmoment 19:00uur. Er is Contact opgenomen dat het extreem uitloopt. 19:40uur zelf weer gebeld, bezorging met 15 minuten. Een half uur later kwamen daar de Pizza’s. Laatst te lang gewacht, kreeg ik er één te kort. Kortom ze zijn lekker maar Laat.

Snap al deze reacties niet ik heb binnen 35 minuten mijn pizza gekregen en nog heet bezorgd.Aardige bezorger!!

Ik kreeg een top koerrier aan de deur, jongeman aan een buzzcut en was vlug met auto, pizza was nog snik heet hoe beter wil je het hebben! Ijsje wat ik er bij besteld had was ook nog helemaal koud en niet gesmolten!!! Betere service nog nooit gekregen van bezorging!

Al met regelmaat hier besteld via de app. Bestel vaak dezelfde pizza, die keer op keer goed is! Met bezorgen 9 van de 10 keer binnen een halfuur op de stoep, en de pizza is dan ook nog heerlijk warm. Klasse bezig!

Voor een keer een prima pizza hoor, maar het lijkt niet op een pizza bij een pizza restaurant. Veel gekke combinaties van smaken.

In totaal 2 uur moeten wachten op de bezorging; we hadden na 1 uur wachten gebeld en de bestelling zou net de oven in gaan en daarna meteen bezorgd worden. Weer 1 uur verder voor de pizza’s koud aankwamen - hierbij geen excuses of iets van een compensatie. Na het indienen van een klacht is het met wat moeite wel opgelost. Als ik de andere recensies lees ben ik niet de enige, wellicht handig om in het bestelproces een realistische bezorgtijd aan te geven in het kader van verwachtingsmanagement. Als de pizza warm is, is deze overigens wel erg lekker😊

Via de site op 29 april 2 pizza's besteld. Er ging iets fout op de site en dus opnieuw begonnen. Bleek dat de bestelling 2x geplaatst en betaald was. Direct gebeld en 1 bestelling geannuleerd. Ik zou binnen 5 dagen mijn geld terug krijgen. Na 1 week maar weer eens gebeld. Ze zouden het regelen. Op 12 mei maar gemaild naar NYP. Zouden binnen een paar dagen actie ondernemen. Tot nu toe nog steeds geen geld terug gekregen. Hele slechte service dus. Voor ons nooit meer NYP.

2 uur gewacht op onze pizza. Na 1,5 uur wachten gebeld en stond onze order boven aan. 40 minuten later de bezorger aan de deur. Geen excuses, niet vriendelijk en geen goedmakertje..

Heerlijke pizza's, smaakvol en warm. Ook de fingerfood zijn zalig. Op tijd bezorgd, bestelling was heel goed te volgen, ideaal! Een vriendelijke bezorger en top team. Thanks, New York Pizza!

We hadden om 21:30 besteld en pas twee uur later ons eten gekregen. Pizza was niet zo lekker.

Kwaliteit over de jaren heen is erg naar beneden gegaan bij deze vestiging. Vaak worden er spullen vergeten. Vandaag echter wel heel erg. Verbrande pizza met gaten er in gekregen, vergeten sausjes. Na het bellen kwamen ze een half uur later langs om de verbrande pizza op te halen en kwamen ze de verkeerde pizza terug brengen zonder saus weer. Dus weer moeten bellen, ondertussen weer een half uur moeten wachten. De derde keer terug gelukkig wel de juiste pizza, maar weer geen saus meegegeven, die saus nu maar gelaten. Daarna de volgende bestelling is aangegeven dat er 30 euro korting bij zou zitten, dit kon de manager (Arda) echter niet geven. Bij klachten komt geen reactie. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, bezorging is slecht. Niet bestellen/eten.

1 1/2 uur van te voren besteld. Na 15 min over de bezorgtijd, maar even gebeld. Staan nog in de oven. Bezorgtijd onbekend! Niks aan te doen was het antwoord. (geen sorry) Uiteindelijk 65 min te laat geleverd. Slechte service zeg. Opletten dus als je hier ga bestellen...

De pizza's zijn heerlijk, daar ligt het niet aan. Wel is het vaak de vraag of het goed gaat... Vandaag was het toppunt en wil dit toch graag even kwijt. Kortingscode werkte niet via de app, dus maar gebeld om bestelling door te geven. Nu kreeg ik de 3e pizza wel gratis met de bon, maar nog klopte het bedrag niet. Uiteindelijk pizza's keurig op tijd bezorgd, alleen miste er 1 pizza. Een uur later werd deze nageleverd. Toen ook aangegeven dat het bedrag niet klopte omdat er teveel kipnuggets waren berekend. Dus kwamen ze voor een 3e keer terug met een zakje muntgeld... Wat een gedoe, laatste pizza hadden we geen trek meer in en niks van een bon of vergoeding voor al het gedoe. Dit doen we voorlopig niet meer. Over de bezorgers overigens geen verkeerd woord, zeer netjes en deden hun best om het op te lossen!
