It seems like there is a new chef. The food was fresh and very well seasoned. Not too salty, not too sweet, and slightly spicy. Good quality meat and a good portion. I will be happily coming back here again for the time being.

One of the mediocre Chinese meals I have ever eaten. Paid €70 for 2 small dishes; the chicken wasn't tasty, the spring rolls were tasteless. The set menus were very poor for the price; for us, absolutely not recommended. A shame.

The nasi (special) was barely more than plain rice. The chicken satay was very dry. The spring roll was sparsely filled. The prawn crackers were the only decent thing. The majority of this meal ended up in the bin. Unfortunately, this was not the first time disappointing at Nieuw Azië, but it will be the last.

Had a delicious meal! Everything was to our liking: Foe Yong Hai, Peking duck, Koe Lo Yok, Babi Pangang, fried banana, etc., etc. Their bami is really super tasty. And they rang the doorbell exactly at 18:00. Nothing to complain about. Great 👍

Very expensive for what it is. If you order Chinese food for over 30 euros, it doesn't even come with prawn crackers. That should be included as standard with a set menu. This is the only Chinese restaurant I've ordered from a few times that I don't find particularly special, and where you don't even get a decent prawn cracker with your order! Next time I'll order from Peking Express; it's better and you get more for your money. I think it's ridiculous that you don't even get prawn crackers for over 30 euros. If you ask if prawn crackers are included, the answer is a curt no! Then I really think, "Just give me those, what are you talking about for a few euros?" Otherwise, the food was excellent this time, so at least I have one positive point.

A takeaway restaurant. The price-quality ratio is very poor. The service was excellent. I ordered the monthly menu, but instead of rice, I wanted nasi goreng, which cost me a hefty extra. The nasi goreng was floury, which spoiled the "experience." Other side dishes were okay. Too bad, I would have liked to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Although the food here is good, I will never order anything from them again. Last time I ordered, they forgot to deliver something; I was missing a container of meat. When I called to follow up, I was told, without hesitation, that this was incorrect and that I had received what I had ordered. After explaining several times that I was actually missing a container, I was repeatedly told I was wrong, or simply called a liar. I've never experienced worse service. It's ridiculous that you order, pay for delivery, and then ultimately have to drive to the restaurant yourself to get it resolved. Even though it was eventually resolved, I still haven't forgotten that I was called a liar. For this reason, they will never see me again.

Good food, but you need to communicate clearly to avoid order errors. Nice and well-maintained restaurant. Friendly staff. I only do takeout, so I don't have experience with delivery.

We ordered Crispy Sweet and Sour Hand with Rice and Fried Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables. We received the food quickly and it was excellent. It was enough, and we'd probably order it again. The portions are more than sufficient.

We ordered noodles with chicken tjap tjoy and babi pangang by phone and picked them up afterwards. The noodles were delicious, fried with egg and some vegetables. The babi pangang sauce can be ordered separately in a cup for €0.50. It was crispy and tasted good. The chicken tjap tjoy was generously filled with chicken and vegetables and also delicious. We thought the price of €23.50 was reasonable.

Good food. The delivery people are a bit strange, but there's nothing wrong with that.

Maandmenu, werkelijk niet te eten zo smakeloos. Kipcurry pasteitjes. Volledig gecremeerd en zonder vulling. Ossehaas met zwartebonensaus...gestoofde taaie baklapstukjes in een waterige donkere saus. Kip in licht pikante saus zonder enige herkenbare smaak met bijna rauwe ui. Alleen de babi pangang was te doen. Dit kun je je klant niet serveren. Zonde van mijn €33. Eerste en laatste keer

Zeer goede kwaliteit en keurige bezorging. Wij hebben het maandmenu met kip en babi pangang en ossenhaas besteld en het was allemaal heerlijk. Wij gaan hier 100% vaker bestellen.

Het was erg lekker alleen jammer van de satésaus die wij besteld en betaald hadden er niet bij zat

Ik werk als bezorger, en ik zie steeds de zelfde klanten terug bestellen dus het is zeker een aanrader, aardige werknemers

Vriendelijke mensen. Ter plaatse besteld echter miste er een item die wel werd opgenoemd. Gebeld en of ik het wilde ophalen (alles stond al op tafel....) Liever bezorgen. Dat kwam pas een 45 min. later. Eten was op zich wel OK heb wel beter gehad

Wat smaak betreft een goeie keuken,dit is te merken aan de toeloop uit de omgeving

Ik heb hier laatst besteld, ze zijn erg vlot met leveren in Hoorn zelf. Kwartier eerder dan verwacht. Daarnaast is het eten heerlijk en zijn de porties qua vleessoorten voldoende.

Heel lekker Chinees eten. Ze hebben wel Heineken, maar geen Corona 😆🤣😂

Erg lekker. Ik heb het idee dat er echt met verse producten wordt gewerkt. Het is smaakvol en minder vet dan andere afhaalrestaurants in de buurt.

Babi Ketjap deze keer als vanouds in Hoorn. Stevig van smaak en heerlijk knapperig korstje op het vlees. Top!

Eten is oké en daar is alles mee gezegd redelijk smakeloos.
