We've been coming here for a few years now. It recently changed owners, but the food and service are still good. Today we ordered Thunderbuns via Thuisbezorgd for takeout; super tasty burgers! The fries, their own burgers, and kapsalon are good too. Relaxed atmosphere; you don't feel self-conscious about eating with your hands and making a mess 😄.

I got a shawarma sandwich today. That is literally what I got. No sauce or anything. The shawarma and the bun were very dry. I got a pizza last week. I had to wait an incredibly long time for it to be ready, even though it wasn't busy at all. The pizza was also dry and not even tasty. On top of that, the prices are quite steep. No more food from the Nieuwe Bredabaan for me.

They have no fresh products at all, and the bread is stale, of poor quality, and expensive.

The place was very clean, the food was delicious, the hamburger was superb.

Dirty, messy place, waited half an hour for a durum doner while the place was empty, took way too long with salad in the sandwich maker because it is of poor quality.

The Crispy Döner was a rip-off. For €8.50 I got basically two tiny chicken strips, some salad, and a wrap. That’s it. It’s edible and not terrible, but definitely not worth the price. Save your money and go to McDonald’s instead.

Ordered food here. My girlfriend's 'frietje oorlog' fries were soggy, had a weird taste, and she almost choked on a piece of plastic in her fries. I had a hamburger that tasted like nothing either. The only plus point was the fast delivery; otherwise, not worth repeating.

The owner is super sweet and helpful

If you order Thunderbuns in Breda through Uber Eats, they're made and delivered by this disgusting shawarma vendor. The order took an hour and a half, everything was cold, and half of it was missing. When you call, they speak half Dutch and pretend they don't understand you. Thankfully, I'll get free drinks next time to make up for the missing food, but I'll never order from them again.

The worst place in Breda. The kitchen hygiene is questionable. The whole place smells of stale frying oil. And the service is downright terrible. Hopefully, something new will open up at this lovely location soon.

Ordered kapsalon, doner, and pizza here. The shawarma kapsalon was dry, bone dry, fries raw, doner dry, not tasty, tasteless, weird aftertaste… and the pizza meant for my wife was tough, raw, not crispy, like cake. Never again, and it smelled strongly of something else…. Not like food, in any case.

Ordered twice. The first time, I waited an hour and a half and called to tell them the delivery person was on his way. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes, and the food was ice cold. The second time, I ordered at 7:50 PM, and it arrived at 10:05 PM, and it was ice cold again. The delivery person didn't come to the door either and waited downstairs in the hallway of the apartment complex. The delivery person didn't speak Dutch, so communication was impossible.

Even just before closing time, this hero of a man was still willing to make food for our group and let us eat inside after closing time; great place.

We came from a huge festival where we experienced so much, from gnomes to Tweakers. We were HUNGRY. Very hungry. Taco Bell closed, other doner. CLOSED. Everything was closed, we were disappointed. Then we arrived at this place with 15 people and it closed in 10 minutes and he helped us and was so friendly, we had such an extremely delicious meal and it was ready so quickly that we could catch the bus home with a full belly!! Ordered at 21:30 for delivery by 22:25, called at 22:45 to ask where my food was. They indicated it was on its way, but my food was delivered at 23:00. Waited an extra 35 minutes. Asked for garlic sauce. But there was nothing in it, nor with it. The chicken was very dry. Had to go to the toilet immediately and had severe diarrhea.

The food there is really tasty and you don't have to wait long.

Ordered a hair salon which was inedible

A new low in our society: apparently, it's possible to ruin a simple kapsalon. This one was truly awful. Hard cheese, soggy fries, old meat, and no salad on top. The owner might be better off opening a Febo.

It's basically really good food, but the meat wasn't there a lot. I ordered a kapsalon, but honestly the meat appeared in an insanely small amount, i.e., ~20% of the product at max.. I hope it isn't the usual experience of you all...

Good day, I would praise the possibility of sitting outside, but that is only one positive. We ordered 2 x durum. I will tell you that I have not eaten a worse durum, the dough was dry, the meat was disgusting, it had no taste, there was no sauce inside, only 2 plastic bottles of sauce on a tray. I do not recommend anyone to order anything at this place, I would give minus 5 stars if I could😖

I came here for a simple order: two kapsalons, one of which was a small kapsalon doner meat, and a kapsalon lamb and 1 drink. The place was empty, but I still had to wait 35 minutes for my food. When I finally got it, the food was dry, tasteless, and simply inedible. As if it had been ready for hours. To make matters worse, I got a kapsalon with meat, while I had specifically asked for it without. When I said something about it, I was completely ignored. As if it was my fault. My drink? Not included. When I said something about it, I was told that I hadn't paid for it. Only when I showed my bank statement did they admit that I had paid. No apologies, nothing. As if that wasn't enough: I got sick from the food. Later that evening I got a stomach ache and had to throw it all up. Definitely suspected food poisoning. In short: slow, unfriendly, bad food and unhygienic. Please stay away from this snack bar - unless you have an afternoon off and fancy food poisoning.

Food not tasty, order took 2 hours to be delivered!

Normally the food is quite good but lately today a mess for 45 euros ordered fries stew.. Stew nowhere to be found. Only half a spoonful of sauce. Frikadel spec just thrown in the bag. Fries have a strange taste. Too bad last time I forgot a large cup of joppie sauce. Where has the quality of this chip shop gone?

Just picked up a Calzone pizza and a chicken dish. Because it took a little longer than usual, we were offered a free drink. Super friendly staff. The pizza and chicken dish tasted great and the portion was more than sufficient. So nothing to complain about, absolutely great 👌

Placed an order tonight, a mixed grill for 2 people. You could eat way too much for 4 people and it was delicious too! Fries top and warm, meat dish was only the middle one, the chicken was warm, which was a shame. Just pop it in the microwave and enjoy!!

Best food in and around Breda Central Station! Good cafeteria in a strategic location, tasty food, open long. Friendly fast service. Freshly cut salad with the doner every day. Get 0.5 liter Polish Beer for a fair price. Two slot machines if you like to gamble. Toilets available.

Food and delivery were good. Only the manager may remind the delivery person to read a customer's comments at the bottom of the order form. This way, for example, the delivery person does not have to frantically search for a front door with the correct house number, saving the delivery person a lot of time and giving the customer (even) warmer food. I am very satisfied with the Nieuwe Bredanaar 👌🏽

Nice cold beer, fast service. It is possible to get 12 beers while running at Breda station within a 13-minute transfer and have at least 3 minutes to spare. 10/10 recommended

This guy won't let you roll onto the train on an empty stomach without a döner full of love. 10/10 Edit: Just shoved the whole durum in my aim. It went pretty quickly and was really tasty. Edit 2: I missed my train because I was busy praising this place in the Google comments. Unfortunately it was the last train, but I did have a nice döner.

Never thrown away food until now.

Rarely have I eaten so badly. The spare ribs were incredibly dark and consisted of 20% fat. The salon was half a normal size and the doner on it consisted of square pieces of rubbery meat substance. The only thing nice about this entire order was the garlic sauce. In addition to the quality, we also had to wait more than 1.5 hours for our order.

We had to wait around an hour to get it, and I ordered a salad which looked like this on the website (1st photo), and then get the second one which is not even familiar to the first, but some oily gyros leftover(??), also get a stomachache after, would not recommend.

Due to a rush (train), a quick croquette and drink are needed to be back ON the train within 10 minutes. No problem, quickly made and also nice and hot for the train with a napkin. Absolutely great!

Order via home delivery. company does not arrive on time. Way too late. State 20 minutes delivery time. Called an hour later and they say it will take another hour. This was ordered at 11:00 PM, called at 11:55 PM and they close at 12:00 AM. The gentleman is too busy with his colleagues to properly speak to customers and look for a solution. Not a decent word about it.

Definitely not worth the money. Ordered via home delivery clearly stated that the vegetarian had to be delivered unfortunately with shawarma, called for a solution and no money back and no new food. Me and that durum döner shared a great moment. After missing kebab for months this was a great surprise. The garlic sauce complimented the kebab taste perfectly. Me and my friends will be coming back for sure. Very reasonably priced and the service is also extremely friendly.

Order placed (normal Doner dish, drink, and extra sauce) 1. Food in general was cold and looked like it came straight out of the warming container (not just the döner) 2. No drinks provided (paid). 3. Portion above average low, container consists of 3 compartments, the largest containing fries, the average the salad (more dressing and a few floating salad leaves) and the smallest the döner? 4. Pita bread for döner? Just a lil weird but okay. In short, my apologies for the straightforward review, but there is certainly room for improvement. Or at least, the name has probably fallen like many due to faded glory. (Where is the old quality? That used to be there with you). This went straight into the bin because I am careful of the possible consequences. First time in a long time but also the last. I hope that the situation will be addressed for you, because I wish you better. Good luck brothers!

Very fast, hot and the taste was great

Het was een noodlottige avond, om kwart over 9 in Breda. Alle zaakjes op station waren gesloten en wij, komend uit Lyon, hadden nog niet avond gegeten. Daar scheen onze redder in nood, onze prins op hoog paard, met zijn lichten de hemel in. 'Kapsalon', hing boven het raam. 'Durüm Crispy', scheen van achter de ramen. En wij, hongerig, vermoeid, klaar met de 10 uur lange reis, hadden honger. Het warmste welkom wat we konden wensen, een knuffel aan Bredase liefde, en een gevuld buikje is wat we kregen. Bedankt, helden van de Nieuwe Bredanaar. Jullie hebben ons gered. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nadat ik een simpele bestelling van pasta, stokbrood én een frisdrankje besteld had bleek het niet zo makkelijk om deze 3 dingen in ren tasje te stoppen. Nadat ik 10 euro fooi gegeven had en binnen de tas openmaakte was ik dan ook zwaar teleurgesteld. Nieuwe Bredanaar, maak dit maar in orde met me zo snel mogelijk. Het eten was goed, lekker en snel bezorg maar dit is de tweede keer dat ik hier besteld heb waarvan de eerste keer verschrikkelijk lang moeten wachten om daarna koud eten te krijgen. Ik verwacht zeer zeker een volgende stap om dit recht te zetten van de zeer slechte uitbater.

Eten top, bezorging top alleen verkopen ze geen knoflooksaus meer denk bij de laatste 3 bestellingen niets gekregen, bij laatste bestelling zelfs besteld maar helaas geen knoflook saus, dus die ene ster kan nog verdiend worden bij een volgende bestelling
