We really had a great experience at Njoy! We were looking for a place to relax with a chill vibe and Njoy delivered. The staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable about their menu and cocktails in general. True mixologists and masters of their craft. At Lillie’s suggestion, I had the Thunderball. Fantastic. My partner and I came here twice during our recent trip to Amsterdam. Lily’s service was excellent from the first time we visited. The drinks are different but so tasty. Will definitely be returning. Lollipop cocktails were 10/10

Great cocktail bar! Interesting drinks made from high-quality ingredients that really taste good, tasteful ambience, good music, sometimes a bit too loud. We went there spontaneously, but were lucky to get a seat. It is better and safer to reserve a place in advance. The girl at the door does a great job, she makes sure that the audience/level in the bar is right - quite a few people were turned away by her that evening. You have to, the bar is quite small and therefore the seats are limited. We sat on the ground floor, but there is another bar in the basement. Going to the toilet must be planned in good time, there is only 1 toilet per gender.

It's a shame that you can't sit very comfortably if you are in the downstairs area in a small group, but the cocktails are really great and are prepared with a nice presentation!

This is such a fun treasure to visit! Very intimate space and the drinks were delicious! Love the innovation in the drinks and highly recommend a visit.

The design of the bar looks nice ...at first! When we sat downstairs, the smell of a toilet & fungus hit us hard. The cocktails are really expensive and it wouldnt be anything wrong if they had worldclass quality. Instead of that, we got the cocktails, in which I tasted only ice.

Super cute tent! The former Samsam is now a hip lounge cocktail bar with a very nice Greek lady serving. Recommended!

Normally I never write a review, even if a restaurant is very bad, but I thought this was important to share. In the evening I decided to smoke a cigarette in front of the door. Less than ten seconds later I was touched inappropriately and at the same time I received a sexist comment from a drunken man who was also with Njoy. As a woman, this really shocked me. First, don't touch me, and second, if you want to ask something, just use your words. The worst thing for me was that the man did not take me seriously and claimed that I was exaggerating. When I went to the staff to report this, they said that they were very sorry for me, but that they couldn't just send him away because he is good friends with the owner. In the end I was offered a shot on the house, but that didn't make up for anything for me. The fact that as a woman I can't even smoke a cigarette safely in front of the door because some men can't keep their hands to themselves, and that the situation is then dealt with with a shot, is scandalous. I would therefore advise all women not to go here. If you do go, at least make sure that you are not smoking alone and that you are with a man. The fact that this is still happening in 2024 is downright scandalous.

10/10, a hidden gem in Amsterdam, you must visit here, they have some really amazing mouth licking cocktails and ask for Joey, he is amazing , such a sweetheart he will take good care of you and ensure that you have a kickasss time. 😍❤️❤️

Went for a drink before dinner. Great atmosphere, amazing drinks, and friendly waiters. Accidentally left my jacket and it was run to me by the waiter down the street. Definitely recommend!

I feel so lucky to have walked into this bar on a whim. The vibes and the music were spot on. I actually didn’t want to leave. All the cocktails I had were made with care, skill and lots of love. You can tell they don’t cut corners at this bar. But what made this place special for one of my last nights in Amsterdam were the people who work there. Ben the bartender was super friendly and if you’re lucky he will make some firey drinks in front of you if you’re sitting at the bar. Joey the host was fabulous and made sure I never had an empty drink! And got to meet the owner too who couldn’t be nicer. Nice to finally find a cocktail bar that isn’t pretentious and instead is just good because it is! Long story short. If you’re in Amsterdam go to this bar.

10/10 I was in Amsterdam for two days and stumbled upon this amazing bar. From the moment I was greeted at the door I was given the best time. The owner is full of energy and has the best personality! The bartenders offer up the best beverages. Definitely come here for a delicious drink and a good time!

Really good cocktail skills and flavor profiles. Went a few times and have tried 12 of their of cocktails. 11 of the twelve I would order again (which is incredible!) The one I did not care for was due to texture not flavor :) Highly recommend.

My favorite cocktail bar in Amsterdam. A good combination of a nice atmosphere, good location, interesting cocktails that are complex but also very tasty and friendly, fast service. Their Kama Sutra inspired cocktails are their strongest line in my opinion. They also have tasty snacks for those who fancy them.

We have been to a few cocktail bars in Amsterdam but this one is our favorite. I like slightly sweeter cocktails that still have a lot of complexity. This cocktail bar combines those elements perfectly. Special cocktails that are less easy to make at home. They do cool things with foams and fruits that make every cocktail a party. Their bar bites are also very tasty. A bit more pricey than the other bars we were at, but we thought it was worth it. Recommended!

My go-to cocktailbar in Amsterdam. Extensive menu with a cocktail for everybody, no matter your taste. The servers and bartenders offer personal service and will advise you on the drink best suited for you if you can't make a choice. The upstairs bar offers great seating for couples and a small group, while the downstairs bar has cozy booths to accommodate bigger groups. The overall atmosphere is always fantastic and gezellig.

Last Sunday I was at Njoy to spend some time waiting for a friend. I thought let me just get a cocktail while waiting. And what a good decision that was; delicious cocktails while enjoying my time talking with employees Yorick and Gabriela! Definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a good atmosphere!

The bartender and staff are so friendly and welcoming and willing to make you anything you want. Make sure you stop by this amazing cocktail lounge the next time you are in Amsterdam!

Great restaurant, but avoid parking in their parking lot. Cars block each other, making it impossible to leave before closing. Also the staff don't feel responsible and you will have to ask at each table who the cars belong to.

We really enjoyed the entire experience here. The decor, music and overall vibe was what we were looking for. The waiter, Joey, added to the ambiance and experience for us. We had planned to stop in for just one drink but ended up staying for a few hours because of him. The drinks were well done and prices we felt were reasonable for the quality.
