Excellent dinner with pleasant service. Better red wine is better served in a large wine glass.

Had dinner here with six friends last Friday evening, it was a wonderful and relaxing evening! The food, the wines and the service - everything was perfect. Maybe a little warm (we sat just in front of the half-open kitchen), but that was partly due to the crowds we brought ourselves ;-)

We had dinner at Nobel on Saturday, March 22. We booked a table on the website during the day and easily found a place for three. The restaurant is very conveniently located, underground parking is 150 meters away. The restaurant itself is very cozy: not big, tables are not too close, the music is not loud. The drinks menu was brought in a couple of minutes. We were pleased with the selection of non-alcoholic cocktails (for example, with non-alcoholic gin). The main menu is not large, but it is composed competently. It is clear that each dish is chicly thought out. The oysters are quite large, served with onions marinated in wine vinegar. The sea bass from the main menu is cooked perfectly, the picky eater ate it with pleasure. A large portion of steak is really big. The meat is excellent. We were also pleased with the desserts: the chocolate truffles are excellent, not too sweet, moderately bitter. The cheesecake is not like this dessert in the classic sense, but it is very tender and tasty, again, not cloying. The dinner was amazing. We are very grateful to the restaurant team for their wonderful work.

Cozy place with a very tasty and original menu and great service. What I like is that the dishes are surprising and I can also eat vegan. And I'm not really into desserts, which is always difficult with lactose intolerance. At nobel I had tea with a good truffle, that makes me happy! Portions of fries could be a little bigger...

Delicious food, excellent leg of lamb, good fish. Delicious fries. Excellent expensive (!) wine. Cold free tap water. Simple furniture. Asking just a little too often if everything was to your liking. After the last time, the price has increased considerably.

Really fantastic food, good service and nice atmosphere. Also a delicious vegetarian dish, even for meat lovers! Mediocre acoustics and poor audio/speakers.

Had a nice evening out. The quality of the food is excellent. I tasted not only tasty, fresh ingredients, but also passion and creativity, definitely worth a visit.

Nice meal, Gnocchi, with salad. Salad was a bit sparse, a few leaves of Little gem or something like that. Other than that it was delicious.

Nice restaurant in the middle of Bussum. One of the few with lunch (Fri/Sat). There should be more customers for the atmosphere.

Finally had a delicious vegetarian meal again. The chef clearly enjoys his work and is very creative with his dishes. The girls at the service were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The decoration of the place is very cozy. Top location. I have found a new favorite restaurant.

Nobel is een echt eetcafé waar je heel relaxed en ontspannen kan eten. De gerechten zijn creatief met ook de “altijd goed” steak met friet. Verder ook creatieve keuken en dat maakt het zo leuk Warme en echt belangstellende bediening, je voelt je thuis

Heerlijk eten, wat mooi opgemaakt op het bord ligt. Jonge, maar heel kundige bediening. Mooie inrichting een prettige sfeer. Muziek stond begin van de avond iets te hard, maar dat kwam later goed.

Goed menu, heerlijke gerechten, aardige bediening. Wel een opmerking: Ik was voor het dessert even naar de wc, toen ik terugkwam was er een kaasplankje gebracht in plaats van aardbeien. Daar was mijn gezelschap al aan begonnen. Toch vind ik wel, als je een gerecht krijgt wat je niet besteld hebt, dat het dan niet zonder overleg op de bon hoort te komen. Wel een lekker kaasplankje overigens.

Everything was very tasteful! Unfortunately the quantity was much less than some months ago and the dessert (mouse chocolate) surprisingly little ! While prices went up!

Prettige, vriendelijke bediening het eten heel smakelijk fijn dat het kleine porties waren. Prijs in verhouding met kwaliteit.

De ambiance was aangenaam en de bediening zeer vriendelijk. Helaas kon ik me niet aan de indruk onttrekken dat het hoofdgerecht, saltimboca van polderhoen, in een prefab keuken is gecomponeerd. De saus was prima, maar de prei die als bijbehorende groente werd geserveerd was gewoon slecht klaargemaakt: bijna rauw in de juiste zin des woords, in grote stukken net aangezet in de pan dus hard, draderig en beslist onprettig om te eten. Een volkomen verkeerde bereidingswijze voor een volwassen prei. Het toetje daarentegen was wel weer lekker.

Heerlijk persoonlijk en gezellig restaurant met mooie gerechten die net even anders zijn. Zeker een keertje langsgaan.

Heerlijk zondagochtend ontbijt! Mooie producten thuisbezorgd op zondagochtend, lekker & leuk, een zalig begin van de dag!
